New and fresh gym. Large and spacious with new fine machines. Airy environment and just enough people even though I was there at 7 in the evening.

Love the smell of this particular gym, it just feels fresh. I don't mind sweat och chalk but it just relaxes you as you enter. I can't give it five stars because chalk isn't allowed, who in their right mind forbids a gripping agent in a place where that actually matters? Sounds like planet fitness sickness 😷 politically correct and delusional at the same time. The equipment is fine it has what you need a bit lacking in the free weights (bench press, real squat cage etc) because of the location I can imagine that you wouldn't invest in having a hard-core gym equipped fantasy place. So to end I like it for the smell, and that there not a lot of people before 15:00.

Very nice staff, but who unfortunately could not help me with questions regarding gym membership at STC. Which I thought was the whole purpose of this service counter. Was referred to customer service who have very poor contact surfaces. No physical visiting address, limited phone time between show times only on Tuesdays and Thursdays (if not red). When mowing, it normally takes a few days to get a response. At work we receive health care allowances which must be paid by card but STC cannot accept card payments if you have already (unknowingly) been sent an invoice. For me, this now means a loss of SEK 3,000 (lost wellness allowance) + 4,000 for 12 months BAS (new customers get Premium for the same price). Thanks for that!
