    I had been suffering from joint pains for some time, when a family friend suggested Girija Ma'ams online yoga classes. I was apprehensive at first, if for a beginner like me , online yoga classes would serve the purpose. But i should say after having completed a month of the yoga course I absolutely do not regret my decision. I'm glad my first lessons in yoga were from Girija Ma'am..She is an inspiring personality and radiates so much positive energy and warmth. She is extremely dedicated and sincere and treats each of her students like her own children, giving individual attention and taking the time to correct and make our yoga poses perfect. Her knowledge of the subject is vast and she takes extra effort to explain the science behind each and every yoga pose and how it helps our body. Thanks to Ma'am, yoga has become a part of my daily routine and has made me more flexible.

    The online course offered by Girija B Nair is a great opportunity for people who are busy and are eager to get the benefits of yoga. The teaching style is customized to each student. The results are evident within a few days of the class and three weeks into the class my breathing has improved. I am able to sleep better. My body has increased flexibility. I am losing weight. It's a wonderful experience and the effort is worth it as the body, mind and spirit are all being rejuvenated. This is an experience that you can gift to yourself.

    I have joined 3 months beginner’s yoga at Prajapathi by Girija Amma via online and the change happened in me was incredible. Unlike normal yoga lesson she was concentrated on therapy as well. I had irregular periods but after I join the lesson 1st month itself it back to normal. I am really grateful for for the dedication and selflessness she shown towards teaching Yoga. Even if we miss lessons she will ensure that we get makeup lesson to learn. Those who wish to learn yoga from an experienced (38 years) guru don’t miss the opportunity.

    The only good thing to come from Covid was that Girija Amma started online sessions and I am among the many who have benefited from that. I was working in IT but have quit to take care of family. I was recovering from a severe bout of pneumonia that reduced my lung capacity significantly. I joined her online classes in 2020 and practiced with her for a year. Within 3 months of joining Amma’s sessions, I could see an improvement in stamina and general mobility. Then I had to take a break of almost a year because we shifted to Germany. In that time, I could see that I was losing a lot of flexibility and strength. When we settled in, I rejoined in December last year and have been slowly regaining my strength. Her dedication and guidance are commendable. Even if there are just a couple of us in a session, she will still continue. She gives time and attention to each person in the session. It never feels like only an ‘online’ class. She builds a personal connect with each of her students. I am truly grateful for her guidance. Susan M.C.A, 45, home maker, Germany

    I've been Girija amma's student since past two months. The results are amazing. I had certain medical issues, which made me join the yoga class online sessions. I was not told by anyone about her classes, i believe I was guided to amma'class by the Almighty. I joined just because i wanted to help myself with something. Over the last two months practice i can say that doing yoga may or may not cure you but it definitely releases some kind of positive energy within ones's system, which otherwise i have rarely experienced before. It is definitely worth a try for all those who are thinking twice about joining amma' online sessions. Her energy levels are a testimony to the effects of yoga on one's body and mind. Girija amma is definitely way younger than all her students.

    We joined Online yoga classes a month back with Girija amma based on great review from known friend. It just took a couple of classes to realize that yoga with Girija amma is unlike any other yoga classes we had ever attended. Girija ammas dedication to the practice and imparting knowledge to her student is unmatched . Each yoga classes is a therapeutic experience for us and we look forward for her guidance in our path of yoga for a long time to come.

    I’m so happy that I joined 3 months online yoga course (grateful to my friend who introduced this to me) with Girijaamma. I’m impressed with her flexibility and ability to do many asanas at her age (she is very much young at her mind); and also on her passion to pass it on to others for their betterment even in this pandemic time by adapting to zoom lessons. I was skeptical at first as I had no flexibility and got severe back pain for the past 18years due to 4 bulged lower discs. I was bed-ridden 3 times in my life with severe back pain and was under regular chiropractor treatment for past 6 years to manage my back pain to lead a basic mobile life. Girijamma's gentle and friendly guidance with lots of tips and variations for each asanas helped me to remove all my wrong concepts about yoga and I was able to sit on the floor after so many years. I have completed 6 weeks of online yoga class now and witnessed Girijaamma’s dedication, commitment and selfless teaching with a great intention to help others to get healing through yoga. First time ever in 18 years I’m enjoying life without back pain. I did attend few other yoga lessons earlier but gave up on them quickly as none of them taught me the correct method to overcome my back pain but Girijamma with her years of knowledge and expertise helped me to loosen my painful stiff muscles in an easy and magical way. First week itself I started seeing some differences in my body movement and it kept improving day by day. Her breathing lessons and its repetition throughout the course taught me to be calm and peaceful. Her positive energy and gentle approach to bring out the best out of each student is commendable. She is a true blessing for people like me. She gives attention to each student and corrects them to reach perfection in each asanas they do. I recommend her online yoga class to everyone who wants a disease free and peaceful life with great body flexibility.     I have been associated with Prajapathi Yoga Centre’s online classes since Girija Ma started her online classes during the pandemic. I am Bhavisha and a work-from-home professional. It has been 2 and a half years, I have been attending online classes, and Girija Ma’s sheer devotion, passion and undivided attention to each of her students on the screen has ensured to keep us all safe, healthy, and stress-free even during the wrath of the pandemic. This is about my life back in 2019, Kochi. In this fast-paced and unsettling, stressful life that we live, I was looking for fitness beyond the body. Being a fitness freak and working out at the gym for 9 years, I was much more prone to backaches. The erratic lifestyle and irregular sleep caused many other health issues. That is when sense prevailed, and I was looking for healing beyond the physical realm. While I tried other yoga institutes there, I was unable to experience what YouTube and Google had to boast about yoga and its benefits. After much deliberation, and with a fortunate stroke of serendipity, I stumbled upon Prajapathi Yoga Centre. It was in November 2019, when I met my guru Girija Ma. As I climbed the floor, I could hear the soothing chants reaching out to me. It was calming. The fragrance of the incense, positive vibes, and happy energies immediately engulfed me. My first interaction with Girija Ma, was very comforting. She gave a patient listening to what my concerns were and reassured me with a healing touch that I will be fine. Girija Ma, has this zen-like calm demeanor. She has an enigmatic and graceful personality. I was finally under the guidance of my guru who made me aware of the pranas and kriyas and their importance. She holds great knowledge of the asanas and yogic science and takes interest in her students on and off the mat. Her teachings embody all the aspects of yoga-physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Girija Ma is enlightened and encourages us to be nurturing and expansive to our bodies and minds. After each class, I feel cleansed. Just when I was counting my blessings of having discovered Prajapathi Yoga Centre, the pandemic hit. But that did not let Ma pause her classes. She was extremely concerned about our well-being and despite all the challenges and fears of the novel unprecedented pandemic, Girija Ma instilled faith and order in us and she began her online classes. My husband being in the military, amidst the fear and unknowing of the pandemic, we were on transfer to Mumbai. Even during the thick of lockdowns and quarantines, Girija Ma’s classes were a breath of fresh air, both literally and metaphorically! It has now been 2 years of online classes and it is no different from going to her sanctum center. She is meticulous online as she is stern and attentive in live sessions. She has an eye for detail. The online classes are convenient, flexible, and as refreshing as attending them in her center. Girija Ma is extremely diligent and has devoted many years to the health and well-being of her students. People prefer offline classes, but I say, if you have a guru and mentor like Girija Ma, distance, and proximity are insignificant. These online classes have also seen a huge influx of NRI students, and I am so glad and happy to see Girija Ma touching and healing people across the globe.     Great place to learn yoga . Highly recommended. I started with yoga classes in April based on my friend’s recommendation. Girija Ma’am is an excellent teacher and follows systematic , simple approach. Her compassion, patience and commitment is remarkable. Ma’am provides individual attention and make sure that every student does the asanas correctly . Yoga sessions have improved my flexibility and always helps in mind and body recharge .

    I am so glad I joined Girija maam's yoga class. Its just about a month and I feel so active and energetic. She is an excellent teacher and she has a great passion for yoga and would like to spread her teachings to many. I recommend Girija B.     If you wish to learn yoga the real way, you should learn with Girija mam. She is a dedicated and patient guru and goes out of her way to ensure her students are comfortable and learning yoga the right way. Her experience shows throughout and I am so glad I decided to do this. She has adapted well to online classes and ensures every student is getting individual attention.
