Had a burger, coke, fries and Oreo mcflury. All are ok not bad. Bcoz it's Sunday the place was pretty packed. Prozone mall needs to increase the seating capacity coz more than 10 hotels are in same place. The cleaning staff was very quick and efficient. Try to download McDonald's app and go to offers section. Just redeem any thing and show it at the counter. They will happily serve you. App is must recommend if you are in low budget and want to try McDonald's.

Each time I go to the mall, I get the Kitkat McFlurry from their kiosk on the first floor near Lifestyle. However, during my recent couple of visits, it has been served with a runny texture, which I find quite unacceptable. Also the girl working at the kiosk consistently displays an irritating attitude, as if they are offering us food as a charitable gesture.

Burger,fries and wrap was not freshly served.Not expected from McDonald's.bad service this time .⭐⭐

They have more than one till but they don't arrange a second staff to take orders even though the place was full. They have got a broken ice machine, so no ice cubes in the drink. The staff was innocent and wired. Could have more seats to occupy the crowd on Friday.

Took 2 hours to deliver my food, burger and fries went to cold and wet stage. Not even worth for single star.

Hace ordered Chicken premium burger, so along with chicken patty and egg layer have got egg shell as well. Munching and feeling cruchy few times ingored and went on having to see a big egg shell in it. I took it to the counter and they replaced with new one.. so this time have requested one with out egg and shell. Unhappy the premium quality itself this bad and Happy they reacted and handled in polite way. But can't just rely on brand. :(

Loved the freshness of the fries n chicken nuggets. Wasn't soggy or thank you it was truly customer satisfactory. I'm loving it 🙂👍🏼

My brother and I dined at this McDonald's and the service was really bad . The order was missing items and sizes were incorrect . But the worst part had to be the Fries, they were definetly not fresh it almost seemed like it was kept out for hours as the fries had gotten hard. I have eaten mcdonalds for years now had to be worst fries I have ever had. It was dissapointing.

Burger was very dry Even kFC makes better veg burgers than McDonald's

Food delivery ok good service good delivery but food packing is not good packing is not good choco bottle is demage ok very not good service but other food ok and I'll come to the shop of next week ok
