Ordered the American pizza. Literally dumbfounded by how bad it is. Basically spent 350+ tax for dry bread. Barely any cheese and the bare minimum toppings. Extremely disappointed with the experience. Got the chicken tikka one too for another 400+ which was equally bad

Dont order from his outlet of pizza hut. Ordered pizza through zomato..Worst delivery.. Pizza was kept in his backpack it was spilled sideways..and pizza was also burnt. Never going to order anymore from here.

Ordered a 2 pizzas from this outlet and it turned out to be not so tasty experience..the crust was very dry and felt there was hardly any pizza sauce. Taste was not at all up to the mark. Though the bathrooms were neat, there were tables which were not cleared through out. And also felt the tables were oil or sticky..

I recently had a disappointing experience at Pizza Hut petta outlet. I ordered a pizza for 950 rupees, but it was disheartening to find that the topping was so sparse that it felt like I was eating mostly plain crust. The value for the price just wasn't there, and it left me unsatisfied. I hope Pizza Hut can improve their quality and portion sizes

The service was extremely bad and are unsatisfied...I recently ordered French fries, veg pasta, and chicken pasta on New Year's Eve at 10:53 pm. Unfortunately, both pastas delivered were veg instead of one veg and one chicken. The order took longer than expected, causing frustration. Almost 40 minutes took...The waiting time was excessively long, and it was apparent that the ordered food had been left unattended, showing a lack of responsibility to ensure all customers received their items promptly. When inquiring about the delay, they told self serving system is there....the lady at the counter was unhelpful and behaved poorly, despite observing ongoing service to other customers. This experience greatly affected my satisfaction with the service. Totally unpleasant experience and absolutely pathetic staff and their attitude....

Never had a terrible pizza like this before. Both pizzas were awkward and garlic bread was terrible too

Need to maintain their ac unit, Pan pizza does better than redimade crust pizza, I love their chicken wings I hate somebody offer sugar drinks along with the food

I ordered from Pizza Hut, and it was a disaster. The delivery was late, the pizza arrived cold, and it was practically inedible. When I contacted customer care, they promised a call back from the outlet, but guess what? No one bothered to call. Terrible experience.
