I had an absolutely fantastic experience at "Hotel The Nest"! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, providing the perfect ambiance for relaxation. The amenities were top-notch, and the food at the hotel restaurant was exquisite. I can't say enough about the exceptional service and overall comfort I experienced during my stay. "The Best Hotel" truly lives up to its name, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable visit!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this hotel. I made a reservation well in advance, only to arrive at the hotel and find out that they had unceremoniously canceled my booking without any prior notification. The lack of communication was shocking, to say the least. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was met with a rude and unhelpful staff who simply refused to assist me in finding alternative accommodations. It's baffling that a hotel would not only cancel a guest's reservation without notice but also be so unwilling to help rectify the situation. This left me stranded, tired, and frustrated, not to mention the inconvenience of finding a last-minute replacement hotel, which cost me more money. The level of customer service exhibited by this establishment was nothing short of abysmal. The complete disregard for their guests' well-being and the lack of accountability for their own mistakes was utterly disheartening. I would strongly advise against booking with this hotel unless you want to risk your travel plans being derailed, your money wasted, and your experience ruined. This was a colossal failure on their part, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I and my wife and my two sons stayed here at hotel the nest for 2 days in superior room with balcony mountain view.The rooms were big, and clean, amazing views outside, especially the room covered by pure wood. Wifi was available, No need to say about the food and the service was excellent. Staffs were very helpful, parking facility is available. I recommended this hotel to you all to stay here, it's worth your money and time.

Cooperative staff, good food, good views from the terrace, very small rooms, very small bathrooms, good games, lacks privacy. Rooms are different from those in the pictures. I got very late in the evening and missed capturing the pics and had to leave early the next day as well. My room was 104 and it was absolutely different from what's shown in pics on Maps. This is surely not a place for couples. 1. Location: 3/5 Mall road and other places are not walkable from the hotel. 2. Room: 1/5 Very small size room. Even the hostel rooms are larger than this. Heater was separately chargeable as at any other hotel.  Bathroom is extremely small. Rooms have a common balcony with a common entrance from the lobby (not rooms). This lacked privacy as whatever you talk inside the room could be easily heard outside by anyone in the balcony and vice versa. Electric kettle, tea-cofee sachets available in rooms. Elevator available. 3. Food: 4/5 Veg Food is really amazing. The options were pretty good. Restaurant is on terrace and faces a hill. All the items carry great taste typically North Indian. 4. Staff: 5/5 They are highly cooperative. We check-in around 11:45 in the night. They still served us hot dinner even when the kitchen gets closed at 10. Our car got stuck around 300m downhill. They didn't mind sending their team to bring the luggage to the hotel. Someone is available at the reception always as I remember calling them at 2 in the morning for heater. 5. Parking: 2/5 The place outside the hotel is very narrow. However, the hotel staff guides the drivers on the same. Mind that the hotel team doesn't have any driver who could park on your behalf and street is very narrow. 6. Games: 4/5 They have snooker, chess, table-tennis available.

We booked superior room and it was a good stay. Washroom was clean. Staff was good at service. Food was tasty. Personal balcony was provided for supeior rooms where you can have your food with a great view. View from Common terrace area was also good. Overall experience was great at hotel the Nest.Will definately recommend to visit.

Impeccable and faultless rooms in a boutique hotel ideally located a few hundreds meters from Mcleodganj Main Street. Modern style room with balcony are the great deal, perched on the hill. The friendly staff add its value to what is already the best option by far. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my seven night stay, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very handy ,bus and to the airport. The staff were friendly,and the service at the free breakfast was fantastic, I would book this hotel this hotel again without hesitation. I will come back definitely

Great stay at an affordable price. - The location is great. It’s ~5 min walk to the main market. - Staff was very friendly and respectful. - They serve two bottles of water everyday. Coffee and tea bags are replenished everyday as well. - You get a view of the Dhauladhar ranges from the rooftop which is great. Recommend this hotel

It was such experience staying at this hotel. The scenery was so beautiful and mesmerizing, and the tranquility of the place was amazing👌. Staff was hospitable, friendly and cooperative. Would highly recommend it. You have to experience everything firsthand to understand me. Go for it😊

The hotel was located near the market 10 to 15 minutes walk from mall road.Service was good. Excellent view from the balcony. Food was superb. Room was neat and clean. I Enjoyed staying there☺️

My family and I had the best experience in this hotel. The view is absolutely breathtaking, the rooms were nice and cozy, the food was delicious and most importantly the staff were very kind and welcoming.
