Cleanliness of the surroundings of the Hotel Location are Excellent. Rooms are fully equipped with all the facilities as per the requirement. Hospitality offered by Staffs and their behaviour are beyond the expectations. The food was too tasty. I really appreciate it. Our stay during the entire period was really enjoyable and wonderful. Thanks to the coordinating team & all Staff of the holel.

Firstly, we were overcharged for the rooms, paying Rupees 1500 more than the amounted shown on the website. The rooms were being shown for 2000, but we paid 3500 Also, the rooms were barely adequate. No dustbins provided. We had issues with no water in the two rooms we had. As for the location, the stairs to our rooms was really unsafe, and someone would have definitely fallen if not really careful. Loud music was also something we had to deal with

The rooms were nice, we stayed in dormitory room it was clean and the location is great...Right between the nature. The service was really great the manager was not there because he was out of town but still the staff was really well behaved and polite. The food and there cafe sitting area was the cherry on cake. Really recommend to check this stay if you are planning to go to Dharamshala or Dharamkot or Mcleodganj. And they have budget and premium both options for staying.

I bought a package from them which included food and stay. Firstly the stay part. They give you tent which do not have emergency lamp or any other light and pillows. They give a same size tent for a single person as well as 3 persons. So if you are booking book twice with 2 names you might get 2 seperate tents otherwise in my case 3 person had to share one tent. Now food part, which was good but they wait for you to stave until you are served. So my suggestion would be if you want to book don't go for food included in the package because the food service which was available there was good.

As a tourist I made my booking prior to experience the adventure of the triund trek for the date of 1 to 2 October with the food tent and other stay facilities at the hill top for the group of 12 people but what we experienced was completely different than what they told to us, no tents, no blankets, no mattresses, no sleeping bags. Not only this, the food was also served like refugees to 200-300 gathered people with the capacity of 100-150. All this hassle happened specially on the rainy night where cold waves were blowing and we spent hours on the ground in the open area. At that moment we were completely helpless because no one was there to take ownership from their team and mobile network was not available and the option to return to base camp was not there as it was completely late and dark. Somehow we passed the night and the next day left to reach base camp early in the morning.

Vishal and the crew were very helpful during our 2-week stay. The low price in relation to services was very fair, and allowed us to stay a lot longer. The location close to the Tushita Buddhist centre allowed us daily meditation practice there. I recommend it!

We went on a trek to the Triund top, having made a prior reservation with Himtrek. After an entire day of trekking, covering approximately 9 kilometers, we finally arrived at our destination. They were severely lacking in essential provisions such as food, tents, and sleeping bags. This was primarily due to a severe overbooking situation, with over 200 people being sent despite the camp's capacity of only 50. The temperature dropped below freezing at the summit, making the situation even more challenging. To make matters worse, there were children in other groups. We were left with no choice but to spend the entire night in the open, exposed to the elements. Two of our friends fell seriously ill due to these adverse conditions. It's essential to emphasize that the organizers displayed a complete disregard for our well-being and seemed solely interested in financial gain. They lacked any emergency equipment, leaving us in a precarious situation. This experience was undoubtedly one of the worst and most harrowing we've ever had, and I strongly advise please do not book with them.

My recent trekking adventure was nothing short of a disappointment. As we reached triund top at 6:30 pm we didn't get the camp and food until 11:45 pm in full freezing cold hardly to bear, and there is no sleeping bags no proper tents everything is wet due to rain no proper management Overall, this trekking experience left me disheartened and frustrated. It's clear that proper planning, organization, and maintenance were sorely lacking. I had expected an adventure filled with natural beauty and excitement, but instead, I was met with disappointment at every turn. Terrible and pathetic
