Katson Castle Hotel is good one. Well service provider. The staff is friendly and suportive. Food is delicious. Nature views especially during sunset are super. The rooms are clean. Katson Castle is more than a hotel. Good service, tasty food, and beautiful scenery. I highly recommend for good experience of stay.

I spent two nights here on the 2nd floor of this hotel. After we visited here, My observations was : 1. Ambience of the room of very comfortable 2. Spacious room 3. Car parking facilities 4. Food was just okay, please don’t expect verity of cuisine 5. Swimming pool (but was very dirty like countryside pond) Happy Journey!!!!!

The service is pathetic.No hot water in the rooms in December .shortage of staff always.The restaurant staff is rude.The food served was cold and items are always short during buffet.The serving staff is just standing and not bringing the items despite repeated reminders.Don't ever Think of wasting your money. If possible I would have given them minus five star.we gave keys for room cleaning at 10 O'clock in the morning but till six O'clock it was not cleaned.Same excuse shortage of staff was given.
