The Himalayan Tea Shop

Restaurant Cafe Breakfast restaurant Tea house

👍👍 This is a magic shop they seem to have everything and still doesn’t look commercial at all. We ended up here at least thrice in our 4 days stay fell in love with the most delectable home style paranthas, tea and cinnamon rolls . The owner / servers are so humble and warm.

Place where you can have light snacks and drink refresh yourself before you proceeds towards TRIUND PEAK, TRIUND Trek starts from here only to have is ginger lemon honey tea, specialty of this shop, U feel fresh and energetic which refresh your body and mind, the beauty of the place is like memorable while you walk through the lush green forest 🌲 of Dharamkot. Shop is at the main square or Dharamkot village. Thank you

Very simple place for a chai and Danish/croissant/pain au chocolat (of course Indian quality but maybe the best in town). Also a secret source of decent chocolate. Worth visiting before meditating at Tushita

Good place next to Tushita and Vippasana to sit down, have chai, drinks, snacks, breakfast foods. You can also buy basics like toothbrush, shampoo, pens, soaps, packaged snacks, cookies, etc. Sometimes it gets busy so you may have to place your order while someone is cooking a parantha.
