I had an incredible experience at this saloon! Its one of the looked upon branch at Enrich. The beard and hair services they offer are simply amazing. The skilled artist (Mr. Mitesh) paid great attention to detail, making sure my beard was perfectly groomed and my hair styled just the way I wanted. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I left feeling confident and refreshed, and I can't wait to go back for more top-notch grooming services. Highly recommended!

Took a hair cut and head massage this morning Awesome Experience!!! Hair stylist was Mr. Jai and Massage was done by MR. Sunny both are experts and they did a satisfying job! Saloon was Hygienic and car & two wheeler parking facilities was superb!! Overall really satisfied! Thank you Enrich!

Totally unethical system, after confirming appointment for 2, they refuse at the last moment saying only one is booked, have you sold it to some big ticket size customer. This is not the 1st experience, most of the branches are like this. #boycott #enrich

Absolutely loved my experience at Enrich SB Road. I always get my hair done with Yash and as always, he was extremely kind, positive and made sure to understand my requirements, provide his suggestions and stayed open to feedback. At one point I didn’t like the way a particular section of my hair treatment turned out and despite it being late, him and the rest of the staff made sure to stay past the closing time to address it until I was happy with the end result. I really admire the patience and hospitality I received, especially from Yash. Keep up the good work!

Services were really good. Their staff Nayan was really good at his work…. He did his job with perfection. But felt their gel manicure charges for French manicure quite weird. They charge you around 550 plus taxes just for the tip, and if you need a base of gel nail paint you need to pay 450 plus taxes extra… but how can you do a French manicure without a gel coat… they have also charged me 400rs for removing the gel nail polish that I had… I feel them to be over charging…

I took your membership last year, then was done hair cut.. my hair is thin n very much straight n silky, so they advised for layers. After cutting hair, I also told I don't feel volume. Then again I took trial in August 2022, again same things n while using hair dryer he burnt my hair n silk, they gave me ice pack. During these time they changed around 700 rs for members. Now today I told them before haircut that I was not happy before so pl send some good person . Now this person advised me never do layers for your hair. Only straight cut. I surprised n told why u never told me n before advised layers? He did his good job. But instead of bad experience n all these , they charged around 1150.. I told why something, previously when u spoiled my hair u didn't deduct anything. Now when I m asking good person u charged more. So I m not happy. U should refund when u burnt my skin n hair, . Today u should charge same amt as u were charging. I request u to refund money
