Went to Enrich for the first time and overall had a great experience. The staff is very welcoming and professional. I would definitely recommend Dharmik for the hair, he gave proper attention to my requirements and i really appreciate his efforts. Meanwhile i would also recommend Shabnam for facial, massage, pedicure and other skin related services. She does a great job and make us feel so relaxed with her work. Also Vidhi has been very co-operative and helpful in all ways. I had so good experience with this branch and the staff that though i have other branches close to my area i would always like to visit them. I left the premises feeling very happy and confident and looking forward to be there again to get some more services. Highly recommend.

I am a regular client and have an Enrich membership. I always used to visit the Enrich Passport officer (Gulbai Tekra) outlet. This time I was completely devastated when my appointed hairdresser left his workplace before I visited there despite having an appointment with him. I had a bad argument with the entirely unprofessional floor manager, and seems she is new in the service industry. I believe in how to provide the best services to the client, as I am in the same service industry and have a higher designation in a foreign education company. I have very small hair and I always like to look something extraordinary as my profession demands it. I then tried to find more Enrich outlets and found the best one is located on Science City Road. I called them and described the incident I had faced. Fortunately, I got my desired and all-time favourite Mr. Dharmik who knows magic and how to change anyone’s look with his magical fingers. I completely felt so delighted to have him on Sunday, although it was the busiest day for him as well. He is my regular hair designer, and I feel so comfortable working with him, as I always do tremendous homework before visiting him, and he knows how to make my anticipated looks more beautiful. Thank you Dharmik, and thanks Enrich management team who has given me a chance to turn back once again, as in Ahmedabad city multiple options are there. Worst Experience . Worst haircut I ever had. If you go to any local barber they will do better job than this guys. I already had layers cut with really long hair, but they cut my hair 50% shot literally shoulder length saying this is the layer cut and even I there is no change in look and they made it worse. Also, when I complained and showed my hair to manager he was laughing at me. This idiots don’t know that growing 50% hair again would take how much time. I was keep saying I want length . But he just made a pony tail and cut it down straight, Pathetic, Disaster, Idiotic, worst.. See the picture I am attaching, who says its a layer cut? And how it was needed to cut the length so much.

I visited ENRICH for the first time, before I’m having completely frizzy and dry hair and I also had many grey hairs and want to cover them up. Raj sir examined my hairs properly and gave me very honest suggestions on what works best for my hair and what could be the possible result. They did hair Botox and global hair colour and worked hard to bring me the best results and they really stood for what they said and me stunning 😍 results. They completely transformed my hair in amazing manner.Not only me but all my friends liked it so much. I went Enrich science city. honestly that was amazing ambience. and that young boy (jay parekh) did fabulous work he did my all makeover he cut my hair set my beard very finely. I loved he's work. all over all is very good.(must try with jay parekh)
