Can anyone explain me how we can determine size without trying a cloth? Answer is NO, right! But This outlet of Trends won't let you try the clothes without determining size of a pair. I had the worst experience here. Last time I bought more than 10 pairs from here. Theses people gives the worst service. I also work in RETAIL industry but I never gave this service to any customer. Shame on you guys and you are shaming Mr. Ambani by giving the worst service. This staff should be fired.

Good. Accommodates all price ranges. Executives need to be very specific about the countless coupons they gift customers, while purchasing for a large amount. These coupons are just a way to lure us to buy more.

Cashier needs customer care training. He is very rough in talk. Gentleness and clear explanation to be provided to the cusotmer. Cleaning staff are very poor. The changing rooms are full of clothes. Even no one bothered to clear the tried clothes from the fitting room.

On 5th Oct 23, we walked into this huge showroom spread over 3 floors and were warmly welcomed by Ms Anjali and her team. They showed us, all the clothing that could meet our needs/choices, explaining the features, price etc. Mr Tushar the Cashier, explained various gift offers, so that we could make the best choices Hats Off to the full team especially Ms Anjali [ 10 out 10] and Mr Tushar. Due to them we have recommended this place to our circle of friends and look forward to visiting the Store again Regards Krishna Rajan

It's the best place for shopping in kankaria. You'll get anything you need or you wish to purchase for example trending clothes, home accessories, kids wear etc at reasonable prices. Most recommended for shopping.

Very bad store the service they provide is very poor the cashier manager is so rude The items collected from the offer n than they refused that there is no offer the managment of keeping the stuff is also no good not according to the offer they put the clothes. Now the trends is not the old one Do not visit ever

The worst shopping mall I have ever experienced. The staff person named jaydeep at kankaria trends misguided me and cheated me on women’s jeans. He told me the different amount of jeans and after billing the amount was multiplied thrice of that same jeans. And when I complained about him to other staff then they were trying to cover his mistake. One staff member accepted that it was his staff fault. Other staff members don’t have manners to talk to customers specially with female customers. I had to pay extra 2500 rupees because of this Jaydeep. So I request the manager to take some action against him to misguide customer.

Staff members do not need to follow customers everywhere, we visit mall so that freely choose what we like

On Sunday at billing counter crowd is too much and only one billing counter working, on remaing 3 billing counter no any person to atten customer. Need to utilise manpower on Sunday and Holidays
