Location is not at the airport but they offer a free shuttle service. Rental was okay but on time of rental and return they said the deposit will be refunded 48hrs after the return. That didn’t happen. It took a complete week. As I asked they said it takes 4-5 business days for processing and then 48hrs.

We came there because of the good image of europcar in the world. Actually we should have checked reviews here. Cars are in a bad shape and if something happens they let you pay hundreds or thousands. In our case the key was in a bad shape, broke. Additionally battery was close to give up multiple times. If you want to get stuck in the middle of fidschi they let you pay. We had to pay 1500 dollar. It's such a scam here, they trick you and then warn you with calling the police. I doubt they ever repaired the car with the money but just glue it until the next tourist can be tricked. This is not just unprofessional but gangster style. Such a shame in a country with lots of nice people. I hope they go down and another regional company with cool bula style people will take the place of those criminal squads. Shame on you europcar.

They need to update their fleet with reliable and newer vehicles. The vehicles are in very poor condition and are not road worthy. The only thing going for this place is the front reception staff.. Ana deserves a medal for keeping up with the customer service despite the limited options they have. I would never rent a car from here again...

First up, of your reading this... GO ELSEWHERE! Local car hire companies make this place look like a den of thieves! But more on why you need to find someone else... It's frustrating that you book via the internet with specific terms and conditions etc, then you walk in the door and suddenly all those numbers are no longer relevant. Then you find out that the car you book, they don't own on the island, but you get something equivalent... Specific frustrations include: - Their "equivalent" to a Kia Sorento 7 seat is a Wuling Cortez!! REALLY! You pay the same as it costs for a rubbish Chinese hunk of junk as you would a quality Kia/Hyundai well sorted SUV? - You need to sign on to a $5000FJD excess! That's a huge chunk of the cost of the useless Wuling! - Plus you get a wonderful shock with them asking $1000FJD for the bond... Again, quite different to the website! - Possibly the worst part is that, the Indian manager is nice enough who picks you up from the airport, engages with you on the drive in, opens the door for you to allow you into the building... Then he DISAPPEARS and you get the lady at the desk who can't make any decisions or fix anything that isn't as the website says it should be. Her only response to the discrepancies is... "That's how it is". "I can't change anything"... "My manager says"... Shame that said manager left the building! As a Europcar outlet... It's about as a European experience as having a Barbecue, standing on top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge!

Nilesh - Extremely unprofessional and bad communication and dishonest. We went there a day prior to reserve a small car for the next day morning around 8 am. We even offered to pay in advance and reserve to which he only said "come tomorrow and I shall take the payment tomorrow, cars of our choice will be available and he would also be there". We reconfirmed and he assured us. Came the next morning around 9, first of all Nilesh pretended that he did not know us from yesterday and had no communication. Later asking about the car he goes the cars are not available as the previous renters have not returned the car. He has bigger cars but he will not discount the price and kept blaming us saying we are fussing about it. All we kept saying was that if that was the case , he could have informed us the scenario yesterday itself so we could have a plan B with other car rentals, rather than getting our day spoilt first thing in the morning. Never ever book from Europcar Fiji, you can see already their review is 2.6 stars and if you do, deal with anyone else apart from Nilesh. Rather go to budget slightly higher price but much better service and you can get in touch with Nidish or Ramba.

Terrible. You could barely see out of the passenger window. Tried cleaning it with no success. The remote had a flat battery which made starting a challenge. I had the battery replaced so locking and starting the car worked. I told the staff of the problems, no refund for the battery replacement and no interest in the obscured view. No interest. Never again.

We hired a car here for approx 1 week - smooth and easy experience and everyone we spoke to was helpful and pleasant. We called to extend for 2 days and that was also easy to do. Note the office is not located at the airport - it is a couple mins drive - but they come and pick you up at the airport and drop you back there too so not a problem

Très déçus de cette agence. Fuir est le seul conseil qu'il faut retenir. Les 2,6 sont généreux. On a dû les attendre presque une heure et ils ont essayé de nous refiler un véhicule plus petit que ce pour quoi on avait payé. Ils nous ont donné un siège auto pour enfant sans nous aider à le fixer, vieux et plein de miettes. Aussi, pour aller jusqu'à l'agence, il fallait monter dans leur voiture qui n'avait pas de siège bébé. Ils ne voyaient pas le problème. J'ai dû attendre une demi heure de plus avec notre bébé de cinq mois que mon mari revienne me chercher.

Staff were friendly enough but company claims we did not return car with a full tank and we were charged to top it up. This is untrue because we made sure to fill it up to avoid exactly this problem. We were charged a different rate, the car was different to what we hired, and the baby seat provided was a little large for the age we selected. Disappointed but at least we got a car. Probably wouldn't use them again.

I rented 3 Vans from here and 2 of the vans were not exactly the vehicle I hired. They said My other van is upgraded, but to me, that was a degrade due to it condition as it was an old VW van. I returned this old VW a day prior before my departure date, and none of them had contacted about any issues. Right when im returned to my home country, they emailed about the damages, and those are the photos of the damages. These parts looks so old. They even charged my card $5,000FJD without my approval and they didint reply back to my emails to sort it out as this is very unacceptable. Even the $1,000 deposit/bond was never refunded. First and last time to hire a car from them.

Do not rent here. They do not provide written prove that the car is returned and/or damagefree when you return your car. I had a flat tire, and they told me a BS story about that the tire could not be repaired because the screw was not in the side of the tire but in the front. Back home I checked my cardealer, and they told me that damage on the side can’t be repaired but on the front easily. Also, they tried to scam me with the price of the repairment. The told me twice 250 Fiji Dollar. After I returned the car (with no prove or return, I had to catch my flight), a few days later it was 350 Fiji Dollar. When I protested it was 250 Fiji Dollar again. This branch is exactly why rental companies are hated around the world. They try to scam you all the time, and you have to be extremely alert not to let it happen. And on top of all above, I booked a car and they promised me an airport transfer upon artival. Apparently they forgot, so I had to wait over 45minutes (its a 4 minute drive)

Europcar Nadi Airport. Absolutely shameful presentation of the hire car on pick up. If this is how you clean a car, I am seriously concerned as to how it is mechanically maintained. Absolute filth for the money paid.

If I could give -5 stars to this company, I would. We rented 2 cars at Nadi to drive to Suva. One of them had such bad brake problems that my wife almost had an accident backing out of the driveway the next day. Numerous other problems: car wouldn't lock, leaving our luggage to be stolen in an unlocked car. Told to fuel car, but we weren't given the key to the fuel cap. Woke up to a flat tire on one of the cars that was so bad it was almost undriveable. If you are considering renting from these people, my advice is: just go burn your money in the backyard instead. Less hassle.

Fantastic service and there was no hassle. Ana was terrific. She saw that our luggage couldn’t fit the car and upgraded our car. Proactive and solution driven … we’ll done and definitely using your company again

Car in terrible condition. The guy working there was so unfriendly. When we returned the car, they were desperate to find a problem. There wasn’t one. Talk about bad customer service. I recommend renting from another company.

Wir waren total zufrieden mit Europcar Nadi, unsere Abholung hat gut geklappt, unser Mietwagen war ideal für die Strassen in Fiji, und die Abgabe am Fiji-Day ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten, bei der der Mitarbeiter extra früher aufgestanden ist, war hervorragend.

Avoid! Issue after issue, resulting in a canceled booking on the day of pick up. Not a good experience at all 😔
