So good! We’re so glad we went here to try traditional Fijian foods. Friendly service, delicious food. 👌🏼 Our young kids (4 and 5 year old) were also happy to try everything that we ordered, and loved the kumquat juice. Thank you also for catering to plant based eaters. 😊💕 Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Best restaurant that we've eaten at in denarau up until now. Great service. Everything we tried was excellent. Best kokoda I've had up until now. Also the bone broth blew us away. Really everything was on point. Would love to eat here again. Great flavors, staff was very friendly and had great recommendations. Really loved this place. Exceeded all expectations :)
terrible experience at this restaraunt. meal portions were tiny and not filling. the kokoda and the coconut curry was served in a small bowl. Furthermore, the high price compared to other restaraunts in Fiji double downs on the disgraceful value of this restaraunt. the staff were incredibly unfriendly whilst serving as well. they kept giving my table dirty looks and showed no happiness when serving. the view was the only retaining factor other than that one of the worst experiences i’ve had in Fiji.
Absolutely loved my lunch experience. The girls on service were professional, friendly & gorgeous. I was recommended the Fijian grilled fish with local greens & it was divine! Healthy & flavourful & unique. Beautiful waterfront views as well.
We had really nice experience here. We loved traditional Fijian Kokoda fish and dessert which was recommended by our lovely waitress. Such a great lunch. We would come back anytime
I had a "Cream of rourou soup" and carrot juice. These were delicious. It's hard to find this restaurant as it's hidden.
Absolutely the best way to experience authentic Fijian food. Local owners and excellent service! We went back 2x and tried different things. All of it was wonderful! Loved the Kokoda, Kovu and the cassava chips Vulase was the kindest person and we loved getting to know her.
Absolutely delicious and authentic Fijian cuisine! The flavors were rich and unique, truly a taste of Fiji. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Special thanks to Manu, who went above and beyond to recommend fantastic dishes that we absolutely loved.
Really nice authentic fijian food experience. Particularly after hotel meal after hotel meal this was a nice welcome change. Worth the visit. We had the prawn curry, the beef curry, the lobster and a couple of the desserts. There wasn’t anything I didn’t enjoy. The coconut base was not heavy at all and not too rich. And we have Manu as our hostess! She was amazing!
Wish we had taken more pictures. Best place for great Fijian food we found on our week long visit. Very tasty options. Very friendly servers. Just a bunch of fun for lunch or dinner. Would go back if we return to Fiji.
This restaurant is located at the very far of the Denarau waterfront. Service is friendly and nice, but quite slow - so if you don’t have too much time before your boat departure, I would advise checking upfront how long it would take. We ordered fish dishes and those were nice. We opted for Fijian potato instead of rice as a side - not my cup of tea, however, really interesting taste. Portions are huge. It’s not cheap, considering location and everything. Payment by card is possible, they will charge ~3% card payment fee though.
A really lovely experience capitalised by that unique Fijian hospitality. 🌸 We wanted to have dinner by the port but didn't really know the area, so took a punt on the local option. It did not disappoint! We indulged with the Ceviche, which was excellent and the local fish in Lobo sauce, along with the fish curry. All options were so full of flavour, we thoroughly enjoyed every dish. The service was so great as well. The team were so welcoming and friendly, they really made us feel welcome. We had our baby with us and there were no shortage of lovely staff around to keep him entertained. It wasn't cheap but definitely worth a visit if you're nearby the port.
We had a great Fijian dinner here. It's located at the very far end of the marina. Great views from the restaurant looking out towards the water. We were waiting for them to open on a Sunday but found out that they wouldn't open until 11am or noon. Time kept changing according to who you ask. So we decided to come back for dinner instead. They post their daily specials on the chalkboard. It was Surf and Turf that night so that's what I ordered. Everything was a bit overcooked and on the dry side but I like the little accompaniments. The Ika Vakalolo (special walu fish in coconut creamer) and Kai Viti curry dishes were excellent. The Kai Viti dish was a good size portion and that was the favorite. We did order an old fashion and that was a big disappointment. Did not taste like what we're used to and tasted like a fruity smoky cocktail instead. Like all the restaurants there, service was with a warm smile. Everyone is so friendly and nice.
The place to go for true Fijian food and experience. Great staff, amazing food. Great value for money. Food for a king. Highly recommended.
