Awesome experience. Great staff. We had a wonderful day cruise with you. We did both rhe Kuata day "shark encounter" and the South Sea Island Day Cruise. And we enjoyed both. The food and entertainment were excellent. Staff were friendly, welcoming and made an effort to learn our names. We had a blast. Will definitely be back!

We travelled with south sea cruises to Malamala Beach Club and also to Shark Snorkeling in the Yasawa Islands on two days. The trips were amazing and left special memories for first time experiences. The Staff at the Port were fantastic and helped with our bookings. The trips were amazing, highly recommend them if you are traveling as adults, or potentially older teens for the shark snorkeling.

Great day out, lots to keep you busy or just relax on the beach. Take cash for the massage, souvenir's or any extras(Scuba) you want to purchase. Water shoes for the kids or those with delicate feet (coral). Despite being an overcast day it was perfect. Well worth the trip, there’s something for all ages. Loved it, & would do it again😁

Was a lovely day, everything went as expected. Loved the little sub. Not crowded. Lunch was good. Saw lots of fish snorkeling right off the beach. Lots of shade provided. Nice entertainment after lunch.

We have done this cruise twice to south Sea. The water is beautiful and crystal clear. The food is good. A great relaxing day.

Great half day trip. Fun things to do. Although it rained there was still a good meal and little shops to visit along with some beach walking and a fun dancing and musical program to listen to and watch. It was a fun day!

This was a fun and relaxing tour we did last minute. There is a lot they include that we weren't expecting. The Glass Bottom boat was a bonus. They have a guided snorkel tour where you swim near coral just off the island in deeper water. The lunch was good food and the show after was a great experience. There's a pool in the center too if you don't want to be in the ocean. The boat rides in between were good and quick. Well worth the money! We would do this again!

Cruise people were awesome, drinks wasnt that expensive. Smooth ride to south sea island. We took FULL DAY which I think too much as you gets there in 30 min from Denarau Port and have lunch with an hour. They offer you free drinks (coke, wine, beer, water) unlimited. After having a lunch there is traditional show and after that you on your own. We get bored after 2 hours but stuck until 5p.m as our but was due that time. Overall we enjoyed and had fun but personally I recommend Half day tour enough.

Our experience with South Sea Cruises was okay, but a few issues kept it from being great. Upon arriving at the marina, we easily found their counter - there was no line, which was a plus. However, there was a small hiccup when the staff couldn’t find our airport transfer booking in the system. We had to connect to the public Wi-Fi to pull up our confirmation email, and shortly after showing it to her, she confirmed it was showing on her end as well. Once sorted, we were given stickers to place on our bags for check-out day at the resort and were escorted to the back for luggage check-in before the ferry transfer. There were no delays with the ferry, which we appreciated. That said, the ferry ride itself felt cramped. The main area in the back was crowded, likely because the top deck was too windy for most passengers, the lower deck didn’t have seats and the Captain’s Lounge required an additional fee - not ideal for standard passengers. A key recommendation: don’t book the airport transfer (bus shuttle) with them. It was noticeably more expensive compared to booking a taxi via Booking.com, and the shuttle bus was not in great condition - it was dirty and had visible mould-like spots inside. Overall, it was a functional transfer service, but a few things could definitely be improved to enhance the customer experience.

We had booked a half day visit to the South Sea Island, but with our return trip being delayed, we ended up spending about an hour and half extra on the island. When we first arrived, there were quite a few tourists already on the island, so finding a shaded seat was almost impossible. Nevertheless , we located a semi shaded area for our group and settled in for the day. The lunch provided was very mediocre and consisted mostly salad. The free flow alcohol promised from the moment we set for on the island was some consolidation but, as our return transfer was delayed by about an hour and half, the bar closed well before we left the island. In all, there were too many people for the facilities, lunch was not much at all, and the free flow alcohol ran out well before we left. Was it worth the time and money? No.

We did the South Sea Island Combo cruise and it was a good day out. The tour included a nice buffet lunch including wine beer or soft drinks. The Island cruise in the afternoon was interesting and enabled us to see some of the resort islands even though you can't get off the boat.
