Amazing!! The staff were incredible - Rachel at the front desk was super helpful and welcoming. Mereoni was the absolute best room attendant - she was so lovely, professional and very efficient. All the staff were amazing, such kind and caring people. Buffet breakfast every morning was lovely, aqua aerobics every day was 10/10! So fun! The 2 bedroom villa was spacious and comfortable. Pool areas were great & restaurants were also great. Overall an amazing stay!!

We had such a fantastic stay at the Sheraton in Denarau – everything from the location to the facilities was spot on, but what truly stood out was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Ratu from recreation, who was always full of positive energy and made every interaction fun and memorable. He kept the good vibes going and really made us feel welcome. Also a huge shoutout to Laisa from housekeeping – our room was always immaculate thanks to her. She went above and beyond to keep everything perfect, and her friendly nature made our stay feel that much more special. Every team member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay amazing. Can’t wait to come back!

I love this place. So family friendly. The staff is great. I’ve never been enjoyed a hotel more than this one. And it’s because of the staff. Which is odd because the hotel itself is awesome too.

We spent one week in Fiji, and four of those nights were spent here. There is very little I can fault with this place. There were lots of options for food and the prices were very reasonable. The pools are very clean, and there is lots to choose from with plenty of pool side chairs and tables everywhere. Their is a bus service that runs around the island every 15 minutes to allow easy access to the harbour, which has lots of food options and nightlife. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
