I recently stayed at the Sheraton Fiji and was blown away by the overall experience. The resort is beautifully maintained, with stunning ocean views, lush gardens, and direct beach access. The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive – true Fijian hospitality at its best. One standout was our housekeeper MELI, he was absolutely fantastic. Not only did he keep our room spotless, but he was also incredibly kind and friendly. My kids absolutely loved him, and he always greeted them with a big smile and a kind word. He really added a personal touch to our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you'd expect from a high-end resort. The resort is also very family-friendly, with activities for kids, a large pool area, and easy access to local attractions and tours. The golf course and spa are perfect if you're looking to relax or stay active. Overall, Sheraton Fiji is a fantastic choice for both families and couples looking for a luxurious yet laid-back island getaway. We can’t wait to return!

We loved it here! My husband and I travelled with our 1.5yr old, and it was a wonderful resort to stay in with kids. The location is 10/10, beautiful views, amazing sunsets each night, lovely staff, and good food. I could go on and on! Daily activities for kids and adults, fire shows, traditional Fijian activities. The resort grounds are so well that there is lots of space for kiddos to run free so you can relax. Highly recommend staying here.

Family of 5 vacation. Odd that they don't have an airport shuttle. The taxi situation is strange, they only take cash and you have to haggle the price. Resorts of this magnitude should absolutely have an airport shuttle. It is also strange that the golf course only takes cash. Overall it is an amazing property with the friendliest staff. The food is amazing. The cocktails are only okay. Scuba diving was great. They shuttle you over to the main Marriott and give great value for the experience.

We had a wonderful family holiday at this hotel! The property was beautiful and very clean, and all the staff were incredibly polite and friendly. When we asked to change our room to get a full ocean view (instead of a partial one), the receptionist and manager kindly helped us with a great attitude, and we really appreciated that. The hotel is conveniently located near the port and Airport. There were also many tour options available, and a lovely staff member helped us choose the best one for our family. There were souvenir shops at the lobby, making it easy to bring back some memories. The breakfast and dinner were great for all ages. The hotel activities were fantastic — from the pools and poolside exercise classes to live music and nightly fireworks. There was so much to enjoy that we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere else. The warm welcome when we arrived and the farewell with a local song in the restaurant were special touches that made our stay even more memorable. I never forget the fresh Coconut from tree inside the Hotel that the lovely guy suggest us to drink. We highly recommand the hotel and hope will be there again.

What a beautiful resort!! We instantly noticed how friendly and accommodating the staff was all throughout the resort. I felt extremely safe the entire time. Lots of families and activities but also extremely quiet and secluded. The food was absolutely delicious at all the restaurants. Beautiful clean rooms. My ocean front room view was so wonderful. The beach on site was great for swimming in the ocean. I loved all the comfortable and shaded seating all around the pools and ocean.

Loved our time at Sheraton Fiji! The location is perfect, the staff were super friendly, and the service was excellent. The all-inclusive breakfast was a great way to start each day – fresh, delicious, and full of variety. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Absolutely phenomenal hotel to stay at. They are the epitome of exceptional service and a welcoming face. For the price you pay it’s also unbeatable. Most of the things I paid for would cost me an arm and a leg in the US, but here it was incredibly affordable and with a much better service and a smile too.

I'd put extra stars on service if I could. Absolutely love the warmth of the staff and kindness of this island, they truly represent. The buffet choices and taste profile is impeccable even to in-room dining. As Marriott tier members the ocean view upgrade was definitely a pleasant surprise plus the personal touch notes from management for this birthday anniversary week and almost daily room treasures were fantastic. Shops downstairs were fair if not better priced and distance to the marina manageable. Obviously loved it.
