I would give this negative stars if possible. Rooms were disgusting! So many stains on every layer of the sheets and all the pillows and I don't even want to know what they are! Had no remotes for the tv and AC and had no towels in the room. When we went to reception to get remotes and towels it seemed like an issue that the lady's a reception had to do their job and get us these things. Then we went to go to sleep and got bitten by bed bugs! Ended up just leaving the accommodation and staying the night at the airport as we weren't sleeping in this beds. Do not recommend this place at all. Horrible experience.

My first room had bed bugs. Woke up to them crawling on me. Moved to a new room on a different floor. Found evidence of bedbugs again. (Sheds and eggs). Left and went to a different hotel, hopefully I can get a refund. Lady at reception was lovely.

Please avoid this place, go elsewhere. My mum was ill treated her first day, they took advantage of her quiet nature.. Whoever worked on the 2/6/25 at around 8pm should be ashamed of himself. Both the receptionist and the worker who took my mum to her room. She video called me, Room was filthy, sheets all over the floor, bathroom messed up and when she complained she was ignored. I called the staff, he went to my mum and asked her what she was expecting, spoke with her rudely and walked away. According to her, pillows and sheets were filthy, toilet was messed up. No drinking water, no place to get food within the premises, the doors don’t have locks, you can only lock them when you are inside your room with a hook. It was until the next day they came to clean. I regret spending so much for her comfort yet she got the worse treatment anyone could ever get. Now I’m seeing reviews of people who saw bedbugs, I’m seriously worried and I’m praying she didn’t leave the hotel with it.

Stayed here as we had a flight to catch at 5AM and it was directly opposite to the airport. However, thieves got into our room from the back door somehow although we locked it from inside. Luckily all our bags were packed at that time. Felt like the security (who was seemingly drinking with the thieves during working hours) was involved. Checking out at 5AM and the reception staff was sleeping and looked drunk. Bad experience, never going back.

AVOID! Do not stay here. This place should be shut down immediately due to bed bug infestation. I was in the room for less than half an hour and left as fast as I could after finding a large adult bed bug, shown in the picture attached. The reason I checked was the sheets were filthy. There were several rooms smoke alarms beeping intermittently due to low battery and the solution offered by reception was to take down the alarm and remove the battery. Absolutely shameful. Hope they are investigated quickly.

Location convenient which is the only thing that warrants 1 star. Place appears to house long stayers, felt unsafe, lots of lurkers. Front reception unhelpful. No drinking water available onsite. Current photos and description of hotel are inaccurate. Air conditioner made noises most of the night, we could also hear room above making noise most of the night-sounded as though they were dragging furniture around the room. Visually appeared clean however smelt unclean. Annoyed at ourselves for overlooking reading reviews prior to booking.

Absolutely horrible!!! The photos on Booking.com are completely fake - it’s probably what the place looked like 100 years ago but no where near what it looks like today! The whole place looks old and deserted, almost scary. I requested an early check in due to us checking out of our other accommodation at 11am and just wanting somewhere to rest for the day before our 8pm flight - the early check in got approved however when we arrived they still told us to wait as the room wasn’t ready? Can’t understand why it wasn’t ready since they weren’t exactly “booked and busy”. They quickly cleaned the room AFTER we arrived and allowed us to check in around 1:30pm. They tried to charge me an extra fee for having 3 adults rather than 2 adults however the room I booked was a twin room with 2 separate beds?? So it could clearly fit up to 4 adults, but they still wanted to charge me an extra fee for it. I refused since we were only going to be there for a few hours before our 8pm flight, we were not sleeping overnight, so why charge an extra fee!? We were on the 3rd floor - no elevators - poor security man offered to carry our luggage up all the flights of stairs. The room was horrible! Beds were roughly made, pillows were stained, hand towel was stained, bathroom had a sewer stench, and the aircon was broken!!! Poor security man had to come back and forth for a good hour to test out different aircon remotes until one finally worked - thank GOODNESS! We were completely sweaty by that time, but couldn’t even shower because there were no towels! Also couldn’t open the windows because of all the mosquitoes, so until the room finally cooled down we pretty much had to sit and sweat in a hot box. The check in reception staff were not helpful or friendly whatsoever, however the lady who was there when we checked out was very lovely.

There is no WiFi in rooms .you have to sit in reception for WiFi which is weak.would be nicer if reception area was nicer. Staff was OK.rooms not very clean ,big spider in shower.frige was dirty.there was a TV but not working.found the place very out of date or things broken.needed a make over lovely big building from outside.there is no lift if you require.pool could do with a clean along with all outside area and stair Wells.getting to and from the hotel the 200meters from hotel is a grass verge so if need to walk it

Against my better judgement I booked a room at this hotel assuming it could not be as bad as people said. I was wrong. It is bad. None of the rooms have wifi no matter how close you get to the front reception. AC and TV remotes are kept at reception - I had to ask for it. No towels in rooms, also at reception by request - something I found about after getting out of the shower. No shampoo either. It felt like a hotel from a movie that you could rent by the hour in the 80s.
