    The staff were very friendly, i made an advanced booking one week before going down to Nadi. The rooms come in two rates, one is the standard rooms and the other is the deluxe rooms. They differ in price because of the room sizes,otherwise it would be the same amenities available. The pool is well maintained and open even if you want to swim in the night. The rooms have air conditioners, a tv, a mini fridge, an electric kettle, no hot water for the taps and shower which is ok because it is really hot in the West. A full clothing cabinet is also available to unpack your outfits for the stay. Overall, it was affordable and a good place to spend your stays while in the West. Rates range from $79 to $99 per night.

    The worst hotel on Earth. The owners should go and jump in River. If you can't run hotel , don't own it. don't make a joke of your hygienist.

    When we arrived shd of realised by state of reception. No towels, linen was so stained we slept in our own sarongs. Fridge was off, no hot water. No TV reception or a remote. No coffee or tea and cups were so stained. No glasses. Air Con worked. Place needs to be condemned.

    Couldn’t pay for room due to EPTOS malfunction, receptionist wouldn’t accept their system was down and needed to be restarted. No room towels available, when I asked they said they needed to wash the towels as they had no more, they told me they would bring me towels within 1/2 hour which never happened. Went to reception 8:00pm again no towels and said they would provide it at 8:30pm. Returned at 8:30 and still nothing. Ended up drying myself with my shirt. No bed cover on single bed and covered in stains (room 402) didn’t want my child sleeping there so my daughter slept with other family in room 503. Just maybe pay attention to detail and actually get guest fresh towels and provide a better service

    The Room is very good but lacks care and maintenance tv not working no amenities torn towels the bed was not made with hotel standards the sheets were dirty. The lights in the room not working.. Even that small bed has a very dirty sheet on it.. It's more like short term use rooms like people come and do their "personl" business or should I say leisure pleasure..some guests are soo noisy and mostly disturbing at nights no front desk staff at night.. no coffee and tea facilities poor service by staff..

    We waited for 2.5 hours to get checked-in. Staff was very friendly good location 5mins walk to supermarket nd restaurants. Hotels pool was nice but not clean which was disappointing cuz I was unable to swim..

    I used to frequent the place, but after they renovated a couple years back, the quality has gone from bad to worse... Horrible experience!! They lost the confirmed booking I made, and kept asking me if I had registered under a different name!!! Then they totally ignored me and booked 3 other people... and then they only registered me when I showed them the email booking I had made!!! Never booking there ever again!!!

    The rooms are horrible. Furniture scratched and old and the sheets are covered in black spots. Also it stank like someone smoked in there before. Really disgusting. Receptionist showed us 2 additional rooms in which he offered us to stay in instead but they looked exactly the same. So we cancelled the booking. Felt sorry for the receptionist because he was lovely and helpful. But the hotel is sadly not what we expected.

    didn’t have our booked family room ready, then told us they would give us a β€œdeluxe” room, but it was nothing near that. expecting a family of 4 to sleep on 1 bed. filthy room, bed not made, a strong smell of dust and ants in the room. their photos on the website were a scam and looked nothing like it. we didn’t even stay for the night and requested a refund.

    Had a lovely stay at oasis..i recommend this hotel..covid happened n this lovely place is js starting to spread its wings again..i always love this hotel, cheap&clean and staff are friendly..thank you oasis..hope to see you again in my next visit..❀️❀️❀️

    Its a good for budget, comfortable enough but nothing too special. Standard rooms,; The good: 1. the location of the hotel is good. Walking distance to supermarket, pharmacy, movies and restaurants. 2. Comfortable 3. Quiet. The bad: 1. water pressure is an issue 2. Room service 3. clean bedings and towels (stained, rough and dusty) 4. Its been nicely renovated but the upkeep is very poor. Stayed in one room that had electrical wires exposed. Overall an average to good experience... within budget.

    Upkeep of accommodation amenities below acceptable standard for occupancy. It requires purchase of new beddings, linens and towels for guests usage. Current ones appear to have been reused for longer than expected period.

    I had made booking reservations for 2 nights with Hotel Oasis through Agoda for the 31st December - 2nd of January. This reservation was made 1 month before the accommodation date. On the 29th of December, I called the hotel and asked if I could cancel my booking online and pay cash upon arrival without my booking being canceled. They had agreed. I made sure to get a confirmation by email as well. I arrived at the hotel by 2:30. A receptionist named Shayal informed me that my booking was cancelled and the hotel was fully occupied and that i was supposed to check in at 1pm or my booking would be canceled. I was in complete disbelief on how this could happen. Especially when I had given a call confirming my accommodation and emailing as well. She also mentioned that all bookings were paid bookings. This is also a lie as I saw 2 different guests paying at the counter. I told her that had she told me this, I would have been here well before 1pm. Or if they wanted a full deposit then I would have paid. They just needed to communicate with me on this which they did not. Shayal claimed that she tried to give me a call but the network was down. This is a lie. I told her that you had my email if the network was down. As a smart consumer, i had booked a month before New years but apparently it was useless in this situation. Eventually, she called their sister hotel "Hotel Transit" and said that they had a place for me there. I spoke to the GM Mary who was over at Hotel Transit. I told her that while Hotel Transit is not my ideal location, I would be willing to compromise for their mistake if they were able to compensate and give me taxi fare to and from Hotel Transit to wailoaloa beach. I booked with Hotel Oasis as they had a TV and it was closer to my new years destination. Mary declined. After arguing for an hour, Shayal said that she would do something and for me to wait outside. A few minutes later, I saw her walking to her car with her belongings. I asked her what was happening and she replied saying that her shift was over and for me to deal with the new guy at the front desk. I told her that at least before going you should give me an update or something, not just walk out and drive off. With the new guy, he didn't care about my situation at all. He was smiling the entire time despite the fact that I had no place to sleep that night. I called a number of hotels but none were available. We asked to speak to the manager but he said there was none on site. Upon asking another staff member, the manager was there but didn't want to speak to us. I cannot describe everything that happened that day as I spent more than 2 hours waiting for them to do something. This was a total nightmare because the thought of having no place to sleep that night and going through all this gave me so much stress that I cannot even begin to fathom.

    1 star is for the staffs....the hotel has very poor standards...needs maintenence and lacks amenities....the rooms are pathetic........and to add on to the pathetic state...the mattress, pillows, duvets, sheets and towels have dark black or brown stains, the tv isn't working, and to top it all the invoices isn't handed over to u as payment is done.....laundry section is also at great sight ....where u can c all the mishappenings being done....their clothes + towels are on the floor and pple are just walking over it......even after they clean a room after some1 checks out....it still has dirt and dust all over the place......the A/C is leaking.....there was no kettle and iron as they have shown on their ad page....we booked our room for 4 nights and we weren't happy with their rooms , we tried to check out immediately but they didn't wanna refund.....so we had no choice...we wandered around to our relatives places for those 4 days evn after paying......this is out of all hotels....the worst one to be at.....very very disappointing.......a message to all who want to spend their holiday and make a worth of ur money please don't come to this hotel and waste ur time and money over here...πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž

    I arrived late in this Hotel, 11 pm was the time so faustrated with the delays of flight and arriving here made it worse. The receptionist gave my keys and I asked if there was a towel in bathroom , she replied yes, Was so hot and asked for water to buy none in stock, as soon as I got in to my room first floor surprise no towel available and no door of bathroom, no bathroom mat for the floor so imagine the water splashing everywhere, just as well i had my own towel took a quick shower, and could not sleep that night the blanket was not comfortable, i started being itchy every where mybe bed buds, i was so tired i couldnt go down to complain, i slept only 3 hrs decided to move on and leave the place around 5 am, another surprise blood stains on sheets from the feet way, oh i check my feet no sores, called in Secrity on duty and recptionist to witness this, how dissappointed I was, I'm a Airbnb operator for homes and number one rule cleaness for clients and clean linen please everyone the pictures look nice but its not really a good spot, if I was not that tired i would of paid a couple of dollars more and move into another hotel; I was waiting to put this up on Booking com where I booked it did not pop up so I took time to do it on their Site , client from Noumea , New Caledonia

    BED BUGS!! we booked to stay here the 14th of September. Shortly after getting into bed, I felt a bite. We got up and turned on the lights. There was multiple big red bed bugs crawling over the bed. I killed one of them and it left a blood stain. (See attached) We immediately went to reception. The receptionist was less than helpful, she accused us of bringing the bed bugs in and refused to give us a refund.
