Our stay here was great. However a small bag was left with some valuables in it at the end of our stay. When we got in touch with the hotel they confirmed that they had the bag and that they could ship it to us. They asked for an address which we provided and told us that they would get back to us within the next day with a price for the shipping. However after that email we never heard back and no matter how many follow up emails we sent there was still no reply.

Stayed a full week with my partner. Room was very spacious, comfortable, and in good condition. Even received a complementary fruit platter mid-week, nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful, including organizing taxi service. Location was perfect being right next to Denarau Port, very handy for day trips. A bit of road noise in evenings but all good by bedtime. Will definitely return on the next trip to Nadi.

On checking in we had a large two bedroom unit. It was lovely. We dropped our bags off and went shopping. When we came back to our unit we noticed how filthy our grey couch was. It was disgusting. The couch either needs throwing out or a good steam clean. Not good enough when we paid a good price for our room. We went to reception twice and there was no one there. I spoke to the receptionist when we checked out, she did apologise. The location is great, but a bit noisy especially after 1130pm when the shops and bars are closing and people are walking home.

Lovely place in a convenient location next to the marina and other amenities. The apartments are clean, tidy and spacious with excellent facilities. Not sure why others are complaining about wi-fi speed as it was fine for me, but that may have been due to my room location.

We stayed here over the school holidays and had a fantastic experience! Even though the hotel was fully booked, it never felt crowded or busy. The pool was wonderful – plenty of room for the kids to splash around, and the water was warm, which made it perfect for family fun. The facilities were well-maintained, and the rooms were cleaned daily, which was such a nice touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal, right across from Denarau Marina, which made it so convenient for our day trips and exploring the nearby shops. Plus, it was within walking distance of lots of restaurants and activities like the Big Bula Water Park. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

We were walking past & decided to check out the eatery. The curry laksa order, was simply delicious, with the right level of spices, creamy, gorgeously thick with an abundance of prawns, with a pinch of local veges. It's certainly 1 level up, when compared to Aussie & Kiwi curry laksa 😉

Situated close to Port Denarau, the Palms is a great place to stay. Our apartment was clean and bright. We loved the convenience of the washer and dryer. The balcony overlooking the pool was very welcome. The arranged taxi service from the airport was so brilliant after the very long wait to get through passport control and bio security.

Enormous apartments, fully equipped, a great choice if you have kids and want to easily stroll across the road just a hundred meters to get the boat to the islands. Lots of shops and food options nearby on foot. Super clean, well maintained, friendly .

This hotel is situated across from Port Denarau which makes it really convenient to get to the cruises, tourist shops, and restaurants. We picked it mainly for the location and booked a 2 bedroom apartment for the 2 nights we were there. We were told that the AC was not working in the 2 bedroom so we were given a 1 bed apartment with adjoining 2 bed queen room. First impression was the spaciousness and cleanliness. We like the modern decor and all the large windows. Beds were comfortable and the main bathroom was very large. There's a nice safe in the big closet. A washer and dryer in the hall closet. A good size refrigerator. Dishes and cups were available though there were only 3 dishes. The only downside to this hotel is that it's located on the main road so there's a lot of road noise. The small pool is located at the front of the property next to the road too. They do have a small restaurant on site that was nice in case you want to stay on the hotel grounds for any reason. Or too lazy to walk across the street like us for dinner after a full day of activities.
