Fiji Vacation. We booked a room for 2 nights with aircon for 2 people. The receptionist quoted $100.00 per night. Upon check in the duty guy asked us to inspect the room before paying as payment was non refundable. We checked the 1st room = Aircon leaking and old sheets and blankets. Second 2-- smelt of cigarette and beer and was very filthy. We were shown the the third room which had a tiny bath over shower . We elderly couple would in no way be able to climb up and have a shower. We decided to look at other hotels then only the Duty manager offered to show us a renovated room which was acceptable and we paid for two nights. The next morning the receptionist informed us that this room rate was higher than what we paid for the first night and demanded extra money. We refused ad requested to speak to the Hotel owner , and were told Mr Verma lived in Suva. On the third morning we were to leave for the airport at 5am. All reception staff were sleeping and doors were locked. We left the room keys on the counter and left. Our key deposit was not refunded. This hotel appeared more like a guest house than a hotel. Not recommending this place to anyone. Photos on website are not a true state of this hotel.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very dirty and expensive. Would never ever recommend.

Are the Fiji Tourism authorities reading all the negative reviews? I honestly do not know how these guys are still operating. Worst accommodation ever!

Avoid at all costs ! This hotel is in a completely unacceptable condition. When we arrived, the rooms were filthy: cockroaches as soon as we opened the door, yellow-stained sheets and pillows, awful smell, dirty carpet. We were shown two other rooms all in the same disgusting state. It was 8 p.m., no other hotels were available, so we had to sleep at the airport. This kind of place should not even be called a hotel.

I just stayed for 3 nights at this hotel on my way back home. I picked it because the price was right and it is close to the airport. I should have spent a bit more and gone elsewhere. The room was dark with no natural light and was dirty. The bathroom had grim around the tub area and the shower was old and barely usable. The TV didn't work and the fridge was also non functional. When I booked (through Expedia) I received an approval email and when I checked in was told my card declined. Being tired from travelling that day I paid cash for my room and went to bed. The next day I explained the misunderstanding and was told they would clear it up. I waited all day and had to remind him again to get my money refunded. Then I mentioned my TV and fridge issue and was told he would send someone right up. That never happened and I didn't want to make a fuss since I had one more day. My advise, spend your money somewhere else and avoid this hotel all together. It was by far the worse experience I have ever had in a hotel.

DO NOT CONSIDER STAYING HERE!! No matter if the price is cheap.. e very low-standard hotel. There were rats and cockroaches in the room. The beddings were disgusting! It had a damp smell. The towels they provided could not even be used to dry my body properly, such cheap quality towels and beddings. The staff who were young girls do not even know customer service and hospitality and did not look presentable and were not welcoming.

This is a hotel from hell. It's not in a condition where it should be allowed to operate. It's a big zero for me. The rooms are so filthy and the bathroom is not useable, it's so gross that you will puke if you go in. I booked it for half a day to get some rest and to freshen up before our afternoon flight, we didn't hang around for long because we couldn't stand the filth and smell. Someone please shut it down.

The benefits are it's that it's walking distance to the airport and the staff are friendly, apart from that stay clear from this place unless you either in need of a place to rest for the night
