Went to New world supermarket in vutualevu around 9.30 am today. Their super coffee shop had no coffee. Only had tea and Milo. The can iced coffee was on special however the price was not changed in the POS machine. The cashier verified the special price, however upon reference to the supervisor she refused to acknowledge the special price posted on the shelf. Their customer services is pathetic and leaves much to be desired.

This new world was so compacted, needs to be renovated and also needs to be cleaned thoroughly. The only reason we came here was because it was the closest on the way to lautoka, but seeing how everything was almost not restocked, and the space to shop in is just not good. I don't like to come to a place where it feels like the space to look and review products is a hassle because of spacing, and also please tell them to repair their trolleys it can't even work to navigate in the already narrow spaces

Dirty and foul smelling both outside and inside, parking lot not concreted properly, exposed tar that gets stuck to your car and shoes which you then drag with you everywhere. Rubbish everywhere and dumped on the side of the supermarket, really disgusting and says a lot.

Just like shopping at home, lots of Woolies products available here also.

Good range of goods and food items.. Fresh fruits and vegetables...

Happy to return, good supplies, all the drinks and snacks needed for a resort stay (plus some little goodies). Issue with melted and refrozen ice creams. Refunded no issue, so glad.

Convenient and a good variety but they need to improve on the interior of the store. Needs an upgrade. Also they need to display correct prices. Ensure to verify the sale price displayed versus the price entered in the system at the cashier counter. Check your receipt!

Good place for daily needs shopping

Lots of snacks, candy, condiments and junk food, not much fresh produce or meat. Nothing resembling the fresh deli case shown in a video from a year ago. Trash all around the parking lot. Sad store in need of some help.
