The standard of this apartment does not even deserve a 1 star rating. Extremely disappointing and not how it is shown online. From dirty greasy pool to room facilities Extremely pathetic. Bugs and cockroaches covered under bedsheets making their "homes". Staff pretends nothing happened after the issue was complained. Pathetic service from the staffs Extremely rude. Alternative room also given with stained beddings and cockroaches crawling around. Ceiling patch covered using a pizza box! Should be CLOSED! Service does not work this way! DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PLACE!!!

i stayed in best view apartment the rooms so clean and tidy and its so relax place and the staffs were so welcoming. For me it the best and cleanest hotel. we had enjoyed in there restaurant and bar. The food was so amazing delicious and cheap. I recommend to my friends and family members to come and stay here and enjoy this best view apartment. Thankyou

The name says it all "BEST VIEW". I would recommend these place to anyone who is willing to live in luxury at affordable prices. It's cheap nothing to lose, there is a pool, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and many more try it out. You won't regret it!!

Pathetic apartment. It is highly not recommended. The disgusting smell of the waste is full time coming from the washroom , with broken toilet seats and cigarette smell all over the room. The utensils are so dirty that you can't even think of cooking in that. It is recommended to pay few dollars more and get a better hotel or apartment but not a apartment of this kind. They don't deserve to be operating. They don't tell you about the refund policy at the beginning. What they'll do is that if any situation of such will arise, they will quickly fill the amount that is not to be refunded. And will start saying to you have signed the terms and conditions. It has happened with me when I asked for the refunded, they quickly filled the amount and highlighted the portion which wasn't done at the time when I signed. It is not recommended, waste of money and time if you choose this apartment.

Very spacious, good for family for a long term stay with fresh mountain breeze throughout the stay, would highly recommend if you looking for budget accommodation.

Please anyone who tries to book this place think twice. The place is not what it as promised. I Asad Ali from Sydney came here was not worried of money but booked for 4 days. The room I was given was so dirty . No aircon small cockroaches running over hand basin. I running business to buy it sad I over looked the reviews in Expedia. It looked cheap after using all rewards.....but my experience will not be same but no one stopping.....,...good luck........ Please best view apartments don't have reply .... Cos all you gonna say I didn't book the right room....all reviews saying same but it's a easy way to grab .......for families I will say no thanks

My experience at Best View Apartments was highly disappointing. Despite the promising pictures on Expedia, the reality was far from satisfactory. The overall cleanliness, from inside the apartment to the pool area, left much to be desired. The pool was shockingly dirty, housing birds and dead cockroaches. Upon entering our room, we were greeted by stained and dirty bedsheets, a syringe in the vanity, and a toilet system detached from the floor. Despite lodging a complaint, no corrective actions were taken. I strongly advise against booking a stay at Best View Apartments; the view, in particular, was far from impressive.

Raj the hotel manager is probably the best part of the hotel. He is very nice, kind and easy to talk to. The hotel is exactly what you pay for. It was somewhat cleanish?, running water and budget friendly! The aircon was great and worked amazing in my room. The hotel does need a renovation, for example the bathroom tiles and tap need to be fixed. Negative- the location is not desirable. The road to the hotel is gravel. If you want to walk to a restaurant, you have to do it by foot (5-10 minutes walk, not worth a taxi). Be careful because the people who live close by are poor and they will nag you/ ask for money. Please install better locks on the door, only one lock and the dead lock did not work. Please clean the mould in the shower. Overall, it was good. 3/5 stars. They have a security guard, so extra points.

I had to checkout early from your hotel next day as rooms was not livable at all. We had a late check-in on 18th July around 8pm. So, we went to office and paid holding deposit and get the keys for the rooms we have booked. Problem start when we went in. -Floors were not clean there was dust and dirt in corner of each room. -Cooking dishes looks like never been washed before. -toilet lock not working. -Big hornet was in the room to welcome us, which Avinash killed it with his sandal at the spot. -We didn't not even bother to check swimming pool as it looks not clear. -Toilet papers were all wet and dried one. These all above things we were still considering to be bearable. But we we check the bed. There was about 5 bed sheets in each bed and only top sheet was fresh all other was not change, dirty and used. some of them were really stinking. It was already so depressing that we have found blood stains in most of the linens in those beds. As it was already about 10pm, there was no place to go so, we went down to see duty manager /responsible person at least to ask some fresh sheet and to talk about conditions but there was no one to address our issues. Everyone we tried to talk was unapproachable and not helpful at all. Next day, when we tried to talk with the manager there, he don't want to accept anything but wants to push us to accept that, the service and condition of the room were best to live. He offer us to change all linens but this booking was done months and months ago to get better price and better service. So, why they could not prepare it in first place? And about the price we felt like we were ripped off as well, As you have charged us double the price that one in your board stick out side off your hotel reception. Oh, one more, the towels were smelling weird feels like it's not washed properly. We went through a unnecessary hassle with you and due to this we have to reschedule all our days and program in Fiji. We wasted next half day just to organise another accommodation in higher price on the spot just because of you. We were travelling with family with small kids, there was huge possibility to get infected with allergic reaction or illness with that cleaning level of your hotel.
