Ambience is good. Food is awesome, but service is worst. They provide spoons when we ask otherwise you have to eat without spoons. We ordered salad which delivered when our food was about to finish. Only premium packaged water is there. No normal RO water is available. You have to purchase water along with food.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 night and was impressed by the pleasant ambiance. The restaurant was a definite highlight with its great food. However, I did find it disappointing that their MAP option was priced 1000/- higher. This may not be the best choice for official travelers who are looking for more affordable options. On the bright side, their thali was reasonably priced around 449/-.

An un-expected gem with separate veg and non-veg restaurants. Great ambiance and gives a really luxurious feel. Service is prompt and staff is really helpful. Definitely a must visit if you're staying or driving by.

You cannot have Water without paying for it. Even if you are at their restaurant, they don’t provide RO water for Guests. No Hooks in bathroom door. No place to keep Toiletries while having bath. Neat Rooms with good air conditioning.

Worst GM attitude ever seen.. He was rude, unapologetic towards his behaviour and most important Don't book this place for any function or event. They suck at that part. Highlights were decor, interior and food quality.

Although rooms are nice,neat & clean. Food quality is also good. But the "FREE" breakfast service was not at all convincing. However the "NOT FREE" dinner service was quite good !

Ambrosia Restaurant.. Taste was not good.. Indian thali and quantity are very low for all item. Chilly potato are also not good . Eurasia palace are very neat and clean and good staff also.

Worst place. They talk like they are the goons of this whole place. The staff is very rude. When asking about service charge, they said that they don’t care about anything and I can do whatever I want. The government agencies should seriously consider reviewing their audits.

Manager name is tyagi, he is very rude with guest. He directly taunted that your guest are take more than enough food and he was continously look after chicken peices and again taunts that guest are taking only chicken peices.... I think owner should take strict action

Wonderful place to stay at Dhampur town, 4 star hotel like view and services. Good food , cooperative staff with professional dressing sense, and decoration everywhere. Really enjoyed stay.

Food is awesome. I personally like the dal tadka, malai kofta, spring rolls.White sauce pasta is my most favourite.Cold coffee is next level.The stay was very comfortable and the staff is super cooperative.I highly recommend this place to all singles and families too.

We stayed here only one night with my family for hotel is splendid, chill, extravagant. Service is excellent, thoughtful. We stayed in an upper room with nice broad view of the Danube, the Chain Bridge and the Castle. It is an unforgettable experience, having a nice champagne at night by the window, having the first double espresso in the morning by this beautiful view.

The palace is located right in the Center of the city. The staff is super courteous, the property is regal, the maintenance is immaculate, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast options have been generous. There is nothing to complain about. Buses to Nainital and other nearby places are available right at the gate. Railway station is also super close at 1+ km. It worked great for our group who were travelling using the public transportation.

Very Hygenic and Clean Rooms. One of its kind of hotel in Dhampur. Peaceful and comfortable place. Food was also good. Just a bit pricey as per location. Just one thing that needs a lot improvement is Tea......which is a very big thing for Teaholic Indians like me!!

Had 2 nights 3 days stay recently. Excellent stay experience on all counts. Just 2 observations.....1. remove door closers from bath rooms. They are very hard and absolutely redundant. 2. Remove opaque sheets from windows as they cause claustrophobia if one can't look outside.

Worst of worst service and behavior...I am from dhampur only it was first we have visit this palace and the my grandparents having their anniversary..The staff is so so rude and bad behavior that in mid dinner it was taking half an hour for getting chapattis and other things ..When we complaint to manager he his so rude that he said to us dont behavior in this manner you have yo eat then otherwise leave .All staff members are literally very worst and bad behavior..Dont waste your money and time..

Such a lovely food i had in dhampur Eurasia palace , sizzlers were really presentable and wow in taste i recommend to visit place once definitely you will it .

Absolutely worth it , the services , the staff , the management was quite nice and totally traditional vibes full of authenticity and elegance . Very affordable 👍🏼

I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in ambrosia. I had a 3 course meal, with a couple of mocktails Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Ideal for those who want a romantic night out.

Just threw a birthday party for my 11 years old. Food and place is awesome. Staff is really good. Everything went well until the last minute when Mr GM ( yes the person did say multiple times that he is GM) appeared for closing. He was talking like a low level Dhaba owner. If he was not shown in the end I would have rated this as 5 star
