We had a wonderful respite from the winter during our stay at the Jusgar Resort and Hotel. The views and sound were excellent in the rooms with mountain views that we stayed in. The Jusgar Restaurant's outstanding food and first-rate service came in second place to the resort's serene ambiance. The menu offers a wide selection of options, and the cuisine is prepared for excellent flavor. The personnel was highly attentive, knowledgeable, and welcoming. You and your family will have a wonderful time at Adventure Park as well. A lovely short getaway!

At this hotel, I had a fantastic time. The setting is magnificent, and the property is exquisite. The Super Deluxe suite we stayed at is right on the river. The rooms were spotless and in excellent condition, which really impressed me. The employees provided courteous room service that was swift and effective. A special thank you to the owner, who was incredibly nice and offered immediate aid when my partner became ill, as well as the staff, who rushed to the closest pharmacy to provide us our medications on time and took excellent care of us. They all looked after us really well, continuously checking in, and accommodated all of our requirements. Someone going the extra mile for you in a new place instantly puts a smile on one's face and makes one feel grateful. I shall definitely be coming back here the next time I'm in Lansdowne. Kudos!.

A nice place to enjoy your vacation with family in an isolated heavenly ambience place in the lap of nature and very near to NCR Delhi at a travelling distance of about 4.5 Hrs and going to reduce to 3 Hrs after completion of the Highway project.

I visited this place with my family and pet on the 31 Dec 23 for a one night.i just have one word to decribe my experience "perfect".The staff was excellent ,service was fast,rooms where beautiful. The staff at Jusgar Resort and Hotel were exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and always went the extra mile to ensure that my needs were met. Their genuine hospitality added a personal touch to my stay.

The accommodations at Jusgar Resort and Hotel were top-notch. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I felt pampered and well taken care of.

Path (almost 4 km) to resort is totally damaged....not safe passage... AC were switched off for several hours citing electricity fault during whole stay of 3 nights.. Sports Activities in the park were not maintained and hence not safe for kids... Property is not maintained properly... In dome shaped room, one night scorpio entered in the room.. Every other thing is charged heavily... Staff were courteous but basic resources were lacking there All in all, not a pleasant stay...

Awesome place to connect with nature.. had 2 nights stay with family and kids loved it.. Good food and service.. Very supportive staff particularly Ashish.. Would recommend to everyone..

Overall very bad experience. Very difficult to access. Rooms are extremely bad, poor paint, basic amenities are missing. Reception asked for cash payment instead of digital payment Our packages included meals but later realised that most of the items in the menu are not included in the package or not available. Difficult to reach and should be avoided.

I had a great time at this hotel. Both the location and the property are outstanding. We stayed in a Super Deluxe suite that is directly on the river. I was very impressed by how well-kept and pristine the rooms were. The staff delivered prompt, efficient, and friendly room service. Special thanks to the proprietor, who was wonderfully kind and offered prompt assistance when my partner fell ill, as well as the staff, who hurried to the nearby pharmacy to quickly get our prescriptions to us and took great care of us. They all took excellent care of us, regularly checking in and meeting all of our needs. Someone going above and above for you in a new location immediately elevates

The resort's commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction. The staff were attentive to my preferences and ensured that all my requests were promptly addressed. I felt like a valued guest throughout my stay.

We (couple) had a three night stay at the resort. The igloo shaped rooms are a unique concept. Our room was extremely comfortable and well appointed. What stood out and was exceptional was the quality of service and food. The manager Sh Ashish went out of his way to take care of us and despite the resort getting filled up, he took the time and effort to reach out and monitor our stay and comfort. Along with Sh Ashish, the server Sh Rahul also gave us quick, prompt and accurate service. In view of the location, comfort and exceptional level of service I would strongly recommend the resort for a stress free and relaxed holiday.

Everything was awesome here . I would like highly recommend to all those who are looking for a peaceful n mesmerizing place . My experience was good here .
