This place is must if you wanna explore the nature of Munnar to its core. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re traveling babies or elderly who are not at their 100%. Views are breathtaking, trek on Pulipara mountain (6100 ft) is adventurous. Our guide Dileep is exceptional and sincere with his work.

Sorry for the long review... Short version is it's brilliant and you should definitely go here. Long version: We stayed here in the beginning of the dry season. It is an absolutely beautiful spot with 5 tree houses and these are actual tree houses up in a tree not just a house on stilts like so many that claim to be tree houses. It also has a selection of tents (with en suite bathrooms and hot running water). We stayed in one of the tree houses and it was really nice. It had an en suite bathroom. There is mains plug sockets a kettle and even WiFi in the tree house. The tree house we stayed in had a tree coming in and out of the side of it meaning a big section was literally in the bedroom. The bed was a big double bed but unfortunately the mattress wasn't all that comfortable as I think it was just foam not a normal sprung mattress. The little balcony on the side of the tree house was idyllic and had beautiful views into the forest/jungle. The main word of warning is that this is a tree house and you may have the odd bit of unwanted wildlife in or on the tree house but it's all part of the fun and if it's anything that needs sorting you can just ring down to reception and they'll help sort it out. As for the rest of the resort it is a beautiful array of little terraces with local plants and flowers and some little kitchen gardens. There is also archery, basketball and a kids play park. There are multiple beautiful view points clearly marked where you can watch sunrise or sunset. The restaurant is great and the food is fantastic. The staff are also excellent for everything throughout your stay. There are also two walks one for sunset and a different one just after sunrise that are well worth going on. Getting to the resort is via jeep ride on a very very rough dirt track which is not for the faint hearted but is well worth it and can be fun. All in all an amazing place to stay with great staff, great food and an amazing setting.

This is my 2nd time here at Nature zone. I loved it the 1st time and wanted to bring my family for them to experience this wonderful resort. It is a family friendly place with good food (dinner and breakfast complementary) and trekking activities. What I liked: Location, Treking, small play area for kids, stay, food. What could be improved: Reduced wait time for pickup/drop Cost & refund policy (could be a bit customer friendly) (Adding the picture of viewpoint)

One of the best! Need to go 45min from main road in hills! Hill road is not good but the location and tree house is fantastic! Very nice experience! Don't miss trekking there! All the view points are excellent! You can literally hear different sounds of various animals! Camp fire is very good to enjoy!

Really nice ambience, suitable for families even with small kids and excellent service. Very friendly management which makes the stay more enjoyable. A place where we can admire the beauty of nature. Thanks to all the team you did great.

1000 starts for this location!! There is a reason we call Kerala as god’s own city!! Coming to Nature zone it was fantastic yo stay here. Tree house is really awesome though a bit costly!

I wrote to them to ask about how do I get from the airport to Munnar. A Mr Mobin V Mohan just quoted me the price of rooms without reading my email. I replied to ask again about the airport transfer and never received a reply. I was excited to visit Kerala after seeing a YouTube video about this resort, but I guess they don't really care about overseas guests.

Words are not enough to describe this property. Calm, serene, breathtakingly beautiful. Pure nature. The food, the views, the staff, the early morning walks, the campfire. Book, you won’t regret it.

A stay at Nature Zone Jungle Resort is a "must" to any who seek the recluse of nature or to experience the wilderness of Munnar. Located amidst a tea plantation and wilderness, Nature Zone Jungle Resort expands to an area of 30 acres. The trip to resort itself is an adventure. The resort management facilitates special parking space for our vehicles and transports us to the resort in their private vehicles. It is an awesome Jeep drive amidst a panormic tea estate and a steep hills. Once we reached the destination, we were recieved with warmth and were offered welcome drinks. As it is a property that shares it's border with the reserved forests, they informed us about the do's and don'ts. They also briefed about the compound and elaborated on the activities we could engage with. The resort offers super clean and fully furnished tents and tree houses, with attached bathroom. As we were two families, we opted for one tent and one tree house. We had a unique stay at our respective tent and tree house, and we are looking forward to experience the other. The breath of fresh air and the clear night sky were a feasts to the mind and the eyes! The resort also facilitates 1. Artistic Reception Area 2. Restuarant offering mouthwatering native delicacies and continental dishes (must try) 3. Childerns park which our children found quite enjoyable 4. Nature friendly structures were we can simply engage in conversations or to look at the splendid greenary surrounding us. 5. Amazing campfire experience We were also lucky enough to meet its directors, Mr Jayakrishnan and Mr Mahesh who were so warm and cordial. Furthermore, Mr Mahesh, took us for trecking and we got to experience the breath taking beauty of Munnar from 180 and 360 degrees.. a small town filled with mist and mystic greenary. These views are quite rejuvenating, and is prompting us to visit there often. In total, the hospitality was superub & we highly recommend Nature Zone Jungle Resort to everyone who wish experience the nature and jungle together. We will go back there for sure. We thank Mr.Jayakrishnan, Mr.Mahesh & all the staff members of Rudra hospitality for their warmth and hospitality.

One week back I with my daughter stayed there for one day. Jeep service was very punctual . Road was bumpy but not so much scary as I was listened before. All staffs were nice & very helpful. Specially Manager Manojbabu & Guide Dilip . After thrilled evening trekking we found there was leech biting on our legs - we were felt nervous but staffs gave us first aid promoptly and consoled us . In our 09 days Kerala tour this is the best place .

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff. Everything about the hotel was excellent. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very good resort. We loved it. Quiet, good for bird lovers and nature lovers. Best part was trekking where they take us for 180 degree and 360 degree view of munnar. Dilip ji took us there and he clicked beautiful pics for us as well. Owner is also very nice. Thanks so much for everything 🙏

One of the best Resort in munnar with almost everything u needed. We visit munnar mainly for view points and trekking with off road, also with a very good peaceful stay with chill and cool climate. Fortunately all are available in this resort. You will be getting a tent stay or Tree house stay here. And the highlight is you can enjoy 4 view points inside the resort itself. Which includes 2 trekking. The way to Resort is an off road, you can enjoy that as well. The Resort itself will arrange drop and pickup with their Jeep for free. Sunrise point and Sunset point are at a walkable distance. You can stay in the tent only in the evening and night because in the morning it is pretty hot, we can't even sit. In April itself the night is shivering with cool around 12 degrees. I ll suggest you all to visit the resort at least for once. Don't wast your time by traveling in munnar instead you stay here. Mr Muthu ( manager) and trekking guide Karthi assisted us all the time. Hospitality is amazing. You will enjoy it for sure. Free wifi also available. Restaurant is very good, will get tasty food.

Checked out this morning and need to make sure i leave a review before I forget because wow!!! A fantastic, different and very unique experience! Starts with a super cool, bumpy jeep ride along the tea plantation and some jungle! An experience to remember by itself! The resort is just beautiful, wild animals roam freely, the views are stunning, a couple of view points which are easily accessible! They also take you for a little hike all the way to the top of the hill and gosh that is AMAZING! A Sunset and sunrise you’ll remember! Facilities are great, clean, comfy beds and delicious food! I really value comfort and this place has it even though you are in a jungle! Recommend it for anyone who loves nature and just super fun experiences! Would love to visit again! The manager and staff are great! Thanks for great memories!!

Amazing place with amazing view . Great staff, friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Resorts itself have planned activities to keep the entire day occupied. Overall , a must visit place

When you are in search of a forest experience with the ambience of natural resources and scenic view of mountains Nature Zone is the best option in Munnar. The Road towards the Nature Zone provides dumpy and jumpy thrilling tea plantation cum jungle experience and the jeep car service is complimentary from the property. Two types of rooms available here. For couples Tree House is best and for Family American Tent House is available. The views of mountain clouds in the morning as well as during sunset relax our soul. Clean and well maintained treehouse rooms.  These treehouse are actual in real tree house where you can get tree in between room. No television no wi fi available in the treehouse that make ourselves to be accustomed to partner for the life time one day experience to remember by itself! Four watch towers available in the lap of nature to watch the Nature scenes. Foods are not recommended to eat in the room to respect the roaming wild creatures like Malabar giant squirill etc roam freely nearby in and around the property. A good variety of foods are available for dinner and breakfast which is also included in their package gives our taste buds magnificent experience. The Manager, all the staffs and the Resturant Manager were very much helpful and cooperative. The best thing happened to us we were the only guest on that night in the entire resort with a heavy rainfall... A very beautiful resort to enjoy jungle night experience to be mesmerized.. Recommend it for anyone who loves jungle experience...

One of the best experiences ever. Wish we could have stayed more. Mr. Mahesh Nair is a very gracious and enthusiastic host. It's an eco friendly property constructed in the heart of a jungle which offers a memorable and peaceful rendezvous with the nature. Home to a great variety of flora and fauna, this place also offers mesmerizing mountain top views of the Munnar town and vast tracts of tea gardens. There are few activities such as Archery, Carrom and Badminton but the best of all is the camp fire with a Bluetooth speaker fracility. The food here is too delicious, perhaps better than any good restaurant you have been too ! The staff is very courteous and each guest is personally looked into. It's definitely worth a visit, especially for nature lovers. Only a word of caution for senior folks and ones with any back / walking issue as the the approach road is rough (the resort arranges for offroading jeeps for pickup and drop from Munnar town) and one has to also walk and climb a bit inside the property.

Great resort away from Munnar city & into Jungle… Stayed for 2 nights (6-8 April 2022) Recommend stay for 3 nights Kids & sport activities should be maintained - currently they were just for name sake. Good support from staff & yummy food.

You shall experience the wild in this resort. Nature lovers are able to feel the best in class. Trekking is awesome. Off-road jeep safari without additional cost. Can spot wild life for sure. All together the name says everything to the core.

Must Vist Resort in Munnar with lots of adventures.. Only Tree house and Tent is available for stay. Ultimate part of Nature Zone is View Points and Trekking activity. Hospitality is Wonderful.. Service is excellent.. Food is also really tasty and quality one. Maintaining the resort very well.

This is the place to be in munnar if you want to be close to nature and do not want to forgo some of the creature comforts. Great service overall and excellent dining options. The 30 minute jeep ride to the resort starts your experience with a bang.

A very very unique experience that will leave you breathless (literally because of the trek) with its picture perfect poetic view points, lush green treks and a vantage point of munnar you will miss otherwise. The staff is caring, the tree house rooms welcome you in to the womb of the nature. Just a marvelous thrill going up the hills and seeing the sunset and sunrise above the clouds.

Nice stay with the nature With no disturbance, enjoyed the nature during the stay with a small hike that is almost at the altitude of South India's highest peak. Memorable moment is the cloud passing during when the entire place is covered by clouds, couldn't express the moment in the words. Food is good and tasty.

If you truly love nature, you will find beauty everywhere in Nature Zone Jungle Resort. Its not just a place to visit. It is really a home, the sights of nature made me rejoice like a child. I felt my lungs inflate with the onrush of scenery air, mountain, trees, people. From the moment we entered in the Nature Zone we were thoroughly impressed. The resort has been built in harmony with nature. Treehouse experience was really good. You are inside a deep forest with all the cricket sounds and surrounding tree's. Good privacy neat rooms. The service provided by the staff were friendly and caring and food was really fabulous. A good place to enjoy the nature. Off road riding to the resort was an adventurous. Different views from the view point was amazing experience .
