Unbelievably slow process in getting administration done. I hope management will revisit the process with proper updates as it is such sweet time is taking for every easy things. Being a private firm ABATE is expected to have more smoother process. I don't know how other eye hospital fuctions?

Patients are treated like cattle. Doctor was in a rush to diagnose and treat next patient. My questions to doctor was frowned upon. Dont give much time to patients.

I got my LASIK done by Dr. Preetha. It was done really well. The staff were very kind and nice. All the scans were done well and I was kept well informed about everything. On the day of my procedure I was made very comfortable, I was explained what was about to happen before each step so that I could be prepared. The whole procedure took less than 20 minutes and I could see without my glasses right after the surgery, even though my power was really high. Today it has been a week and I have 20/20 vision. On 28th of last month, I had a surgery for Cataract at Abate Eye Hospital, Calicut. No doubt, it was a pleasent experience right from the entrance, to the Operation Theatre. The Surgeon, Dr. Preetha and all the members of staff, were so polite and caring and hence i never felt that i was in a Hospital.

Exceptionally well service. The hospital staff was professional and cordial. Took my case immediately. I approached the clinic to clean eyes as dust particles struck near retina while riding bike. Big thanks to front office staff to get it done smoothly and quickly.
