Called Mr. Karthik for booking a cab from Madurai to rameshwaram "TWO (2) WEEKS" before the trip. He asked me Rs 500/- as an advance for confirmation and I paid him. Day after we had change in plans and I asked him if he can adjust the money according to the new trip or he can refund the money taken, but he denied saying this is our service charge taken from customers for telling the cab price for the tour which is clearly unprofessional.

Very good travels. Service is excellent. Car was clean and in good condition. Price is also reasonable. Driver Mr. Balakrishnan is very good person. So patient and courteous. The owner Mr. karthik was highly cooperative and helpful.

Booked a corporate tour service from madurai in DEC 2021. Even after repeated reminders requests, they are not providing invoice bill. Driver only provided driver slip which is not meant for passengers. I had to submit for corporate GST bill and vismi is legging the issue just because I paid full money trusting them that will provide bill later as per their promise. Do not trust these people and don't pay before u get full service. Thanks to social media that after reading this review atleast you responded. However, Really surprised to see your response. You admitted your driver forgot to handover the bill. Now u blaming my family. Ridiculous and very unprofessional. If u fail in service, atleast admit and try improve. Don't wrongly blame your customers.

I booked Innova from Vismi cabs for a trip to Madurai, Rameswaram, Kanyakumari and Kovalam. Since I never travelled on this route before, I just searched their contact from Google and contacted them. Karthik from Vismi cabs has been very helpful. He not only provided the very reasonable quotes for the entire trip but also provided the list of places which was very comprehensive. Best Tours and Travel service in Tamil Nadu by Karthik, Trust worthy, Best driver he provide, whatever is you itinerary he will adjust accordingly and if require give you best and good advice. I travel with my family and he provide best car and best driver (Adhiranjan, best person I ever met as driver). I inquired about many tour and travel company but his price is best in town, I am not telling less with all in madhurai but not high as other quote, and the service he provide.

Services provided were very nice! From the beginning Karthik was helpful and our experience overall was great. The only thing we would want to say is as we were from north India we had a communication problem with the driver because we didn't understand each other’s language properly. The car was in very good condition. Driver was also good for my 3 days journey from Madurai to Kanyakumari via Rameshwaram. Only a bit language problem need to be worked upon. As attimes it becomes difficult at emergencies. Rest all good.

Very bad experience. Driver is very rude and not cooperative at all. Don't recommend it to anyone. Always late and ready with an excuse. We got it booked from Cochin for a trip to Alley, Munnar, Thekkady, Kodaikanal, Ooty, Waynad to Bangalore. The driver Jaichandran Sanjivi was habitually abusive and self talker, who won't stop at all, throughout the way. Driver didn't know the routes at all. Didn't know what are the tourist attractions at any destination. Didn't know how to read Google map. Even after referring to map, checking with the passer bys, with the hotel before starting any journey, would end up taking wrong routes. As far as taking care of his freshen up and stay etc. All our tour was managed by our travel agent. We had given him money also to take care of the food whenever we were not eating in the hotel. We are not aware of what was the arrangement between our agent and you regarding driver's foods, stay etc. Moreover your driver knew the local language not us. You as an agency should have known what are the arrangements for the driver when the guests are going in a house boat and when the hotel is another 2-3 kms away in a hilly terrain where a two wheel driven cars can't go, from where the guests are dropped. The way the driver was behaving doesn't show that he was an experienced one. We had to hire a local taxi for sight seeing at Munnar and Waynad as Jaichandran didn't know the route at all of any place. We paid extra for all this. The AC was used only when required. The driver would switch off the AC and roll down the windows immediately he would stop the car. In Cochin itself, when we stopped for a coconut water on road side, he did that. We all know that the car has to be switched off while refuelling, but at least he could leave the window panes on and thus saving the guests from the heat. Nowhere in the hills was the ac required. It was only required in the plain areas. Your driver did not bother to tell us about the tourists destination enroute whereas all the other cabs we took at Munnar and Wayanad told us about the tourists destinations of the place. We had planned to enjoy this trip but it ended up being a disaster Thanks to Mr Jayachandran ( Your experienced driver of 14 years) Before sending him on the next trip kindly inform the tourists that they have to make arrangement for the stay of the driver as well.

Above & beyond.. for drivers who go beyond their expectations, this one's for Rajesh... He is a warm hearted family man, who speaks very less but delivered an exceptional and excellent service. I have never seen a driver who is concerned for my entire family, may it be to slow down a little just to click a pic on the road or understanding even petty health concerns of anyone in the car. Rajesh is also very good at everything local, which shows so much passion as being a driver, you can't help but consider him as part of your trip. He took us through some very unique forest roads twice, I think on the way we had a village and spice tour of sorts in their natural habitat, which was impossible for anyone except Rajesh.. although he spoke less, spoke fewer languages, may not knew some roads in Kerala since he is from Tamil Nadu, we feel we had the best communication with a driver in our lifetime... We also had a very cordial interaction with Kartihk who arranged for Rajesh and Innova. A very humble and kind gentleman. Thanks for this wonderful service!

I took there service for my travel to Rameswaram from Madurai on 24th October. We traveled 4 adults and got great service. Totally enjoyed ride with Mani the driver, and Karthik over phone is also very helpful. Mani is a professional and polite driver. It's a must recommended if you are traveling in the route.

I booked the cab after searching on net. Everything was perfect, there were no issues, perfect service. It would be better if driver speak in English and understand it little more.

Our trip was amazing and it was not possible because of the cab service. Reasonable prices, polite staff and cricket match while travelling in the cab was unreal experience. Booking again whenever I will visit south. Our driver was first Muthu and then Arun kumar both were really amazing. ❤️

Booked my tour plan ::Madurai -Rameswaram-Kanyakumai-Trivendram from 20-01-2024 to 26-01-2024. On 22-01-2024 the driver changed .The driver was drunk or had taken drugs and started from Madurai he started to drive unsafely . He was asked for any problem but said no problem. He stopped vehicle 7-8 times in 80km run in 3-4 hrs. and We contacted owner of Vismi Tour &travels Madurai. Discussed the problem and was asked to terminate our trip or provide other driver. Anyhow we allow the driver to take rest for half an hour and we started for Rameswaram and reached there at 3pm. The whole day was painful and we are totally harassed . Mr. kartik arranged other driver and we completed our tour any how. Total 3 drivers in above trip of 7 days
