Owner is a gentleman so is the manager. Staff was polite and courteous. Food was good, rooms were good, location was amazing. Planning to come back again soon.

My family and I had an excellent time in the resort. The staff was very warm and welcoming. They arranged a spontaneous birthday party for me on my birthday. The food was really delicious. The resort is located at a very calm and peaceful location and offers a great view of the mountains as well. The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped with the basic necessities. I really love how pet friendly the resort is. All in all, we had a very enjoyable and pleasant stay at Blossombliss resort and we surely would like to visit it again. It is easily one of the best resorts I've ever stayed in.Kudos to the team!

Most unreliable property. I made a fully paid booking on Goibibo a week before my stay but when I reached the property I was told that they had cancelled my booking. Then one person named Nishant told me that he had personally called me to cancel my booking. When I questioned him and caught his lie he changed his stance and falsely said that he had informed some lady. I clearly told him that in case a room wasn't available then it was their duty to cancel the booking so that I would have got the refund and made alternate arrangements. Then Nishant started abusing me and asked me to cancel myself and disconnected the call. I was left high and dry as it was a long weekend and even though I tried for over 2 hours but I couldn't get a decent place to stay anywhere nearby Nainital or Bhimtal. I contacted Goibibo and after a long wait they cancelled my booking in their system so that I could get a refund. However, I am yet to get my money back. When I was leaving, I overheard a guest taking to Nishant that Nishant had arranged a cottage for him but at a higher rate. It was clear that Nishant/Blossom Bliss profiteerred at my cost by selling my booked cottage at a higher price as all properties were booked due to long weekend. I had no choice but to leave my holiday midway and started back home and found a place to stay overnight at Haldwani. Please don't risk making a booking here as they are unscrupulous and abusive people and it would not be possible for any decent person to stoop to their level.

We stayed for 4 days last week , the resort was beautiful with unexpected nature scenes 😍 The staff was polite and friendly . Food being delicious and tasty . Everything was worth it 😊

Last week me along with my family visited Mukteshwar. I chose this resort by watching beautiful pictures at website. Location is beautiful actually, calm and peaceful. Service is pathetic. They doest know hosting the guest. Only one person to handle all rooms where you have to wait long for your single need.(luckily one or two rooms are booked at a time remaining resort is empty). Rooms have bad smell like they are opening them after long time. Frequently power failure and No power back up in resort you have to wait like stupids for power. Manager want to make money by charging any amounts. Food was unhygienic, poor quality and offering very vew basic dishes as complementary food.they have no idea that it includes soups, desserts, RO water, salad etc. According to them sabji roti dal chawal is only given for other things you have to pay extra. Staff is more interested in sleeping though guests need something in morning no one is available and no one can locate them. Overall very bad experience with such unprofessionals. Never recommend this property because of service and attitude of staff.

We enjoyed the property and the food was really good and Fresh. However, we felt there was a lot of scope of improvement in services and cleanliness of the rooms. The services require an upgrade wherein the heater in the rooms are not very effective in extreme winters. The bed sheets are old and badly stained and look dirty even if they are washed. The bathing towels are also discoloured and not clean for any guest to use them. The kettle in the room was dirty and fungus growth inside it. The boys do not coming for cleaning of the room even after being called upon or reminders. There is no gen set and when light goes then the room heater or geysers cannot work which are basic requirements with kids in winters. We paid price of a 4 star hotel that is 9000/- a night but the services and cleanliness of the hotel was poor.

The place, the ambience and the best part is their service. I will give a 10/10 based on all the pointers and the hospitality which I have received from them.
