I received a very warmed welcome after arriving from a late delayed flight! The receptionist helped me to settle in quickly and assisted me to my room. I enjoyed my stay throughout and definitely will be back whenever I am in Kathmandu. This particular staff, Rojita caught my attention with her very friendly and attentive hospitality. She always make sure the guests are comfortable and being attended by the staff whenever we are at the lobby. Good job! 👍🏼

As a hotelier, I was most impressed with the staff of the hotel. Their genuine care, professional training and outstanding spirit to serve was a great add-on to the hotel ambience and services. Amazing hotel close to the shopping places. Fairly new hotel, good service and decent food. Staff very helpful and courteous. Nice amenities and swimming pool. You can go to the happening part of the city in few minutes.
