We
had
a
lovely
time
staying
with
Abhi.
He
is
very
friendly,
welcoming
and
a
great
host.
The
room
is
clean
and
comfortable.
The
room
has
a
terrace
that
looks
out
over
the
spice
and
coffee
plantation.
His
mum
is
a
great
cook
and
we
really
enjoyed
eating
her
homestyle
Coorg
meals.
As
ever
with
homestay
food
the
portion
sizes
were
enormous.
A
great
place
to
stop
over
for
a
few
days
to
relax
between
Karnataka
and
Kerala.
He
also
sells
ground
coffee
from
the
farm
at
a
very
reasonable
price.
We
write
this
review
sitting
in
Kochi
enjoying
a
cup
of
Abhi's
coffee!
It's
easy
to
get
there
by
public
transport.
There's
buses
that
go
from
Mysore
and
Madikeri
to
Somwarpet
and
you
can
then
either
catch
an
auto
(approx
₹200)
or
another
bus
to
the
homestay.
There's
a
good
couple
of
hour
walk
/
hike
to
a
nearby
view
point
and
we
also
took
a
bus
into
the
countryside
and
walked
along
the
narrow
country
roads
to
a
waterfall
and
between
plantations.
Thanks
Abhi.
We
would
definitely
stay
here
again.
