Mid high end condo development bu Alveo of Ayala. Not yet fully occupied as of now. Secure and safe.

All the staff are very friendly, location is great. But since construction is still on-going, it's dusty in balconies, pool area, and parking. We also have an issue with our unit which Alveo is already working on, but never experienced such issue with other developers.

👍 Good security. Moderate rooms/units. Good Gym. Swimming pool is attractive but has unfinished touches inside. Thus you might have a bruise. This residence is close to the V.Mapa train station.(walking distance). Also finding a jeepney stop isn't difficult. And is close to the SM mall
