Mar. 19 2021 : My father was admitted. After 3 days his condition deteriorated suffered with Multiple Organ Failure due to Covid Mar 26 2021 : The doctors informed us that there is no chances of recovery for my dad. Finally, our Family decided to discontinue the treatment. In the afternoon, doctors advised us to sign waiver that hospital will not be liable for our decision. However we still ask to monitor him especially his heart rate until his system shuts down. He was intubated with ventilator. In the evening, all my dad's vital signs are still OK. We always ask for his heart rate but we didn't received any reply Mar. 27 2021 : After 6 hours signing the waiver, doctor called us that my dad passed away. He died March 27 2021 at 12:05 am. It's up to you to conclude the end of my story. Rest in Pease our beloved Dad.

i called to their hotline to ask if they have RT-PRC test, the personnel in the laboratory answer me that i should deposit fist payment even without giving me process on how to get a schedule..pera muna talaga ung inuna bago ang lahat!! tsk..tsk

This is one of the worst medical facilities I have ever come acroos in my life.

Terrible customer service and administration. Had to ask 4 times with 4 different people to get a high ranking administrator...ALL REFUSED. The situation is much more consequential than just that. We checked their website for covid 'drive thru' policy AND NOTHING THERE SUGGESTED THE NEED FOR AN APPOINTMENT. WE DROVE MORE THAN 1 HR WITH A DOCTOR'S REFERRAL PRESCRIPTION FOR A SWAB TEST AT THIS LOCATION ON THIS DAY. THEY REFUSED TO SERVICE US. WE TRIED TO CALL THEM ON BOTH OF THEIR NUMBERS TO SCHEDULE AN APPT. THEY DID NOT ANSWER. PERSON IN CHARGE ACCUSED US OF LYING ABOUT CALLING. WE PROVED IT BY SHOWING OUR CALL LOGS, WHERE THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER. STILL THEY TRIED TO BLAME IT ON US. THEY TRIED TO TELL US IT IS ALL OUR FAULT AND THEY REFUSED TO SERVICE US, DESPITE US PROVING REPEATEDLY THAT THEY FAILED...AND THEY WERE WRONG. THEY COULD HAVE EASILY SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR US, BUT THEY REFUSED. THEY COULD HAVE EASILY FIT US INTO A SCHEDULE, BECAUSE THERE WERE NO OTHER CARS AND ONLY A COUPLE PATIENTS EVEN INSIDE, BUT AGAIN THEY REFUSED. THEY HAVE SOME OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS, ADMIN, AND POLICIES IVE EVER SEEN AT ANY MEDICAL FACILITY.

Good and nice hospital staff, parking is a problem most times.

Operator keeps dropping the line. Kick him/her out. Waste of time and money for your company.

Not recommended, poor health services, skills, critical thinking of the doctors, poor analytical thinking of the doctors and nurses. Chitchat is their number one priority. You will die because of their thinking ability. This hospital killed my sister.

Our family friend had thyroid treatment in this facilitity. Within 72 hours after discharged, he acquired pneumonia from this hospital. I hope he gets better soon.

Worst hospital, my mother in law was admitted for a surgery I was the companion that time no one attended to her when she was in pain. Resident doctors are poor no knowledge in what to do to their patients. (Dr. KENNETH LUMBAN) worst doctor. Better go to other hospital. To the management, train your resident doctors, look also the ratio of nurse to patient. There was a time only one nurse on duty no quality of care.

Slightly traffic since there is only one entrance. And just a few parking space.
