ITC Mementos is the most beautiful ultra luxury property I have ever been to. Such a peaceful and scenic location. Their villas are designed beautifully with ample open space, private pool and lawns around. I was thoroughly impressed with their prompt service and amazing hospitality during my recent stay. Expensive but worth every bit if you are looking for a luxury experience.

I had the most enchanting getaway at this remarkable location. Nestled amidst lush green hills, the lake's tranquil waters reflected the beauty of nature in all its glory. The private pool was an absolute luxury, allowing me to unwind in style. The hilltop stays provided breathtaking panoramic views, making each moment truly mesmerizing. The luxurious resorts enhanced the overall experience, offering comfort and indulgence. Without a doubt, this destination's scenic charm and serene ambiance left me rejuvenated and in awe of its natural splendor.

Excellent room and overall product. Rajasthani service of high level. Food is very good. Budget for travel time within the resort, buggies can take time, though the management coordinates this aspect very well. Bit far from the city, but that's an advantage for this kind of space and views.

We visited Mementos on 14th August for lunch(fine dine-in) with family and we were deeply regretted with the behaviour of Hotel staff and reception staff of restaurant who did not let us visit the whole property through guided property tour in golf kart, Also they didn't allowed us to give feedback for the same in written which is highly unprofessional in hospitality industry, the staff behaviour is questionable and unacceptable. We loved the property but at the same time huge disappointment with unprofessional ITC staff. We spent money on lunch but didn't get the request responded properly inspite of repeated humble requests. We absolutely rate negative for this.

Unforgettable views from our suite which was very well appointed. The whole arrangement of ferrying us to and from our suite using golf carts was managed well and was enjoyable each time because of the beautiful pathways. Maybe because they are relatively new, they need to fine tune their services such as housekeeping & security a bit; otherwise top-notch experience. The service in the restaurants was a bit of hit or miss too, the quality of food was quite good though.

A bumpy narrow road takes you to the undulating landscape of the resort hotel. I found a large posse of relatively untrained staff trying hard to please the customers. Buggies negotiate the bumpy path to take you to the spacious rooms. They can skid when it rains as the slopes are too high at a few locations. If you have plans to go around Udaipur, the bumpy road awaits you again. Choose this hotel if you wish to stay within it for your entire stay. One restaurant serves you food is typical of 5 star hotels. Needs to add variety in cuisine, especially because venturing out is so dreadful. I find the place hugely overpriced. Would choose a hotel closer to the lake.

Just checked into Mementos Udaipur today.one of the most beautiful experiences of my life..the sheer beauty of nature literally embraced me as I drove towards the resort.i loved the warmth of each and every staff..my villa is exquisitely designed with my little lawn looking out at the Aravallis.the silence is actually golden..I can feel my mind and body relaxing.plenty of personal touches including a tiny note of welcome in my villa..felt good. I went there with my friends and When I saw the hotel 1st time, i was amazed. It's so beautiful and the everything is so perfect, their lawn, view, rooms, outdoor places , restro. The most beautiful experience was restro and the food and for this credit goes to the restro staff , they took a good care of us and suggested a good food by Hargovind(he was so polite, helpful and knowledgeable about what he is serving to us. A big thanks to Hargovind to make our day special) and that was the highlight of the day "Ranjit khasa" . Overall the quality and quantity of service and food was awesome and just perfect as you want . once again thank you so much Momento for these beautiful moments😍.
