As per my experience on 24/7/2022 this McDonald is the worst one which I ever visited. The taste and quantity of food items are very poor. There are some costumer friendly device for placing orderes by costumer, but that is the worst one which does not showing available items and showing which is not available 😇. Variety of food items Are limited and taking long time to get the ordered items. Only giving rating 2 based on ambiance. Never waste time on this McDonald’s. You can get better taste on the same mall just look around.

Very good service. Great job. We had chicken wings and muffin. Aloo tikki burgers. Everything tastes good

Tried their McSwirl icecream. It was affordable and yummy. Tried at their Lulu mall Outlet Trivandrum. Cone with white cream and then outer is covered with chocolate 😋

During my visit, I encountered arrogant behavior from the staff, including the manager named Pooja. I found the service to be extremely slow, with no response from the staff at the counter for over 30 minutes while attempting to place my order. This experience has left me dissatisfied and frustrated, as it significantly impacted my time and overall impression of the McDonald's brand. As a loyal customer, I believe it is important to bring such instances to your attention in the hope that necessary improvements can be made. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and would like to see corrective actions taken to enhance the customer service standards at the mentioned location. Great Place for a Big Mac and McCafe. The place is less crowded in mornings. The personal counters are only two and will take some time to get your order placed. Ordered the McCafe last time and the girl who took the order did an excellent job where earlier i had difficulty explaining the counter guys for getting separate milk along with my coffee. I have personally requested for separate warm milk along with Americano. They delivered it pretty quick and even served it personally at the table. The coffee was top notch. I used to have their one Riyal ice creams at Qatar. Didn't get the opportunity to taste their ice creams here. The cleaner guy around was also smart in his job moving trashes quite fast. Highly recommended place for fun time along with a Big Mac, Coffee and Ice cream. Hop in.

Very disappointed. Manager should replaced. Guy doesnt unxerstand the concept of fast food. Took 40 minutes to prepare a take away menu. Replied, cooking time when asked. Then should run a restaurant , not fast food.

Worst McDonald's. Ordered 2 mcmaharaja chicken . The order came in time. As soon as I had half of the burger I ended up vomiting. Same happened to my friend also...we got down with severe food poisoning. Even after paying 586 rs for swiggy order, we are not getting a hygienic burger. Health officials seriously need to check this place.

I had this experience where an employee forced me to give her a review while I was dining literally in between my meal. She was invasive and extremely inappropriate. She didn’t respect my boundaries.I have social anxiety and to avoid maximum contact I was using the customer friendly device as well. Said employee didn’t help me with the order or any other service, she barged into my booth without my consent for her personal gain. I am never going to this place ever again

Dont ever order from the lullu mall outlet. Very slow service. Ordered via swiggy, the swiggy delivery person waited for an hour for the them to prepare the food. We tried calling the outlet, but no one attends the phone. Had to cancel our order.

One Star for the irresponsible staff and sluggish behaviour. Went there at 10.15 with family and asked for 2 buckets of chicken. The billing staff asked that it would take some time and i will have to wait. I was ready to wait and said yes. He went in and came out with some other fellow and said they cannot make it as the restaurant closes at 11. This happened at 10.15. The person who has taken franchise please make sure that you appoint staff who actually takes the effort to retain customers and not shoo them away like pests. Not coming back to this outlet again.

Not the food but the service is very bad. A GIRL 🤬 who provides ice cream in the outside area doesn't know how to do proper service to customers 😡😡 She doesnt follow first come first serve way. My wife with kid waited for 15 mins infront of her and she went after another customer who came suddenly and asked us to wait again.People who have been waitinv in the queue become fools eventually. This might be world class outler but First u appoint quality staffs.

I went to McDonalds in Lulu mall at night 10:00 pm after a movie in PVR. I had ordered a chicken cheese burger and got it in time. But the burger was cold, especially the cheese, it was not melted and the overall taste was bad. The moment I took the first bite, I knew my money was wasted and was only hoping that I don't get food poisoning or something. Thankfully I didn't. Not going to the McDonalds in Lulu mall ever.👎
