Doesn't even know about sports injuries.. Still mentions best in sports injuries... No time management....people wait for like hours for their turn... unnecessarily...

Unprofessionalism, Staff is not professional and not at all coprative. First of all you have to wait so long for the Doctor's consultancy. After the consultancy there is a very very long wait for the in-house Medical center and on top of this, when I visited the to take the medicines, before me tere were 3-4 patients and to my surprise all patients were given the same medicines for different type of Ortho problems.Even they are not giving the Medicines bills as well and giving the reason like they will give after 1 day.

Well, I would like to explain an incident to tell regarding the doctor. Almost a year back, I was badly injured on my right hand and have initially took treatment from some local doctor. Inspite of the treatment, there was no relief. I started surfing for a better orthopedician in Alwar, luckily I spotted Spine & Joint center. (earlier it was located infront of the Govt Hospital & it was a very small set-up) I've consulted the doctor on the same day, with very minimum investigations the problem was diagnosed and my right hand was on a cast with in 20 mins of consultation. Assurance provided by the doctor was very helpful in coping with the injury. I was charged a very nominal fee for the treatment. I was able to recover in a month. I'm in a profession where sports form a major part of our routine, I've recommend many of my colleagues for consultation. I'll rate the hospital as under:- # Treatment & Medical Advice - 9/10 # Diagnosis - 9.5/10 # Interaction and attitude towards patients 9/10 # Ambience - 8.5/10 The new set-up is well established with hygienic surroundings. Worst experience They asked you to pay for tests that makes no sense in bone injury. Just making money out of it. And there is no emergency treatment. This is my personal experience.

Very good doctor and supportive staff. I was having back pain from 6 months but after the medication and exercises told by Dr Chirag helped me get rid of the issues in less than 1 month.

Doctor may be okay. But not at all a friendly doctor. Doesn't listen to patients and writes medicine in such a poor writing that even medical person can't understand. Don't take calls for clarifications.

The orthopedic operation is not good. And in the follow-ups all the doctor provide is painkillers, making people believe that they have been cured. Even the doctor dose not bother to look into the patients past medical records. All they know is to provide painkillers and make fool of people.
