Location of this hotel is excellent. This hotel is easily accessible by metro and bus or by own vehicle. It is located in the centre of Delhi. Enjoyed great food at this hotel. Staffs are very polite. Rooms are clean and well maintained. I liked their services. One of our clients had come to India from abroad and I suggested him to stay here. They have good space inside lounge. One can have meetings as well. After all good place to stay, have meetings and enjoy good food.

Great Value and service. Stayed for 6 days on two separate trips in Oct 23. Far exceeded my expectations. Both rooms were super clean, quiet, comfortable bed with nice linens. Kind and professional staff. Very well managed hotel. Also great breakfast with lots of options.

The hotel was overvalued and too expensive for what it offered. The bathroom was dirty, the bedsheets were dirty, there was dust everywhere. The hotel says it offers pick up, but they did not respond to the 3 follow up emails. They didn't inform us that the road was closed result in us being dropped by the airport taxi in the middle.of nowhere where without phone we had to make our way to the hotel. Breakfast was ok. Staff were polite. Location is handy, next to a metro stop.

Very dangerous entrance, the hotel has 7 steps at entrance with railing on side which ends on the ramp where there is no railing which is very dangerous for the persons who check in late night. My mother had a fall from the corner of the steps as the railing ends there She suffered from back fracture, head injury and had to rush to hospital on the very first day of check in. I did recommend that there should be railing on the top step but I am not sure if they did it.

Very nice hotel and very good location. Staffs are polite and ready to help. Recommended.

I don't know who all have given ratings above 1. They have too tiny rooms. Even a four star hotel's washroom is bigger than their rooms. Pathetic in 4000+taxes tariff.

Checked in at Nehru Shervani during Dusshera. The room was quite good, tidy, and courteous staff; right from the front office to the sub staff. Ideal for small families. Closer to the airport. Good food on the table!

the hotel is well equipped and the people are also very welcoming. My room was pretty spacious with a cozy little working desk - which made my stay perfect. I visited the in-house coffee shop for a quick bite and it was such a worthwhile experience.

Had a very good stay over here. The biggest advantage of this lovely hotel is the location. Closeby to the Metro station and lots of wonderful restaurants. Another good thing about Shervani (A Boutique Hotel)-Nehru Place is their service. The only thing was that room sizes were small, but they were not at all uncomfortable.

For the price, quality is better than other hotels in the area, professional staff and housekeeping. Good quality breakfast and items. Only concern was hair in dinner sometimes. Please check for hygiene before serving food. Maybe Provide head cover for chefs. I would give 4 stars but hygiene matters.

Had a wonderful stay here. Room was good. Service was also good. Our room had an issue with the AC. They immediately sent a guy to check and since it was not getting fixed, they changed our room without any issue. Everything was smooth. Even the location was good. However, I felt the breakfast was okayish. Still, would definitely prefer this place when I visit Delhi the next time.

I recently stayed at Shervani Nehru Place and couldn't be happier. It's a 4 star hotel, but the amenities and service they offer feel like a 5 star experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. We had a great time there and will definitely be back soon!

It is located right at the gate of metro and there are auto rickshaws available at all times. Close to the Nehru place station. Location wise it is good. The people there were very accomodating. Needed triple room and they managed the extra bed (yes bed with a plank floor, not a mesh and proper mattress). The rooms are not very big but three adult females with tons of shopping managed pretty well in the space. The breakfast was full fledged and pretty commendable. The kitchen staff were enthusiastic and offered fresh made food even though we were late in coming down for breakfast. Overall, I would recommend this place.

The hotel is overrated and expensive as per their services. Rooms does not offer any view. The staff of the hotel is super rude. If you are planning to spend 6-8k please find good hotels somewhere else.

I recently travelled from the United States to Delhi for a business related visit. I booked this hotel in advance and I told them that I would be reaching out early. They charged extra but agreed. Yet when I reached there, they made me wait for 2 long hours and did not refund the extra charges. Very bad experience. Rooms are also not up to the mark.
