I would highly recommend NOT to visit this healthcare clinic. I REPEAT, “NEVER take your loved ones to them”. The Attitude of the staffat the front desk and the doctors is so careless. The front desk talks to you as if they are least interested and don’t want to work at all. My experience: My friend had 2 kidney stones and hence the pain. We went to them and asked to meet the general physician and my voice has urgency because the pain was unbearable. The receptionist tells me, “The doctor is there at the clinic but it’s time for him to leave”. I again requested to consider because my friend wasn’t able to stand as a result of the pain. She again told me in a very insensitive manner that he has to go. He can’t attend you. This is how they deal with the patients. Leave the goddamn business if you can’t be sensitive enough to treat the patients. I am so highly disappointed. NEVER VISIT THEM.

Unprofessional, aggressive and unethical dentist. I had a dentist appointment on 30 Oct 19 evening. I reported in time and the receptionist told me to proceed directly to the dentist's office. The dentist informed she would charge Rs 4,000 over 02 sessions with the 1st session of 45 min. She finished within 45 min and said there was no need for the 2nd session. At the reception, I was informed that I have to pay Rs 4,600. After I objected, I was told to pay Rs 4,100. I did not agree and said that I would only pay the agreed Rs 4,000. As I was paying the same, the dentist appeared and passed rude comments to which I objected. I told her that her behavior was insulting as I had already paid the amount she had asked for. She got aggressive and started gesticulating. I tried to explain that she was being unprofessional but her behavior got worse. At this point, to avoid a confrontation, I left. I was not given an invoice.

Health care is delivered by health professionals (providers or practitioners) in allied health fields. Physicians and physician associates are a part of these health professionals. Dentistry, midwifery, nursing, medicine, optometry, audiology, pharmacy, psychology, occupational therapy, physical therapy and other health professions are all part of health care. It includes work done in providing primary care, secondary care, and tertiary care, as well as in public health.

Radiology department is very good especially thanks to Dr Lakshay Mehta & his Assistant,she is helpful too. Reception staffs are also very helpful,even though I reached late for the appointment,still their way of talking was pleasant & calm.

***Edit - the clinic is permanently closed**** Clean and hygenic place. Although i have not seen a doctor there, i have visited the place to get my weekly shots. There clinic has a small pharmacy also from where you can get the basic medicines

Very expensive. They overcharge you with the consultation fees. Also, they will double or triple the bill, by giving unnecessary medicines.Their doctors are weird

We have visited HCL Centre a couple of times now for consultations but every time there is prolonged waiting time despite dedicated appointment slots. This can be very harrasing for patients.

Good doctors, neat place only the waiting time may be a bother even after taking an appointment.
