Dear reader, I am sharing my feedback. I hope and pray it will help you take a wise decision. There are lot of red flags in this property. I am mentioning few of them. 1. Their marketing office will give you an aura that you are walking in woods . It is all because of a sophisticated cooling system. The big round vents are tactically sited. The so called jungle is also placed near it which is grown only for 5-7 metres. 2. They will tell you that club house is ready and is fully equipped with number of ammenties . The moment you ask them to organise a visit, they will simply deny. 3. The sales team behaviour is highly arrogant and non cooperative. They will give you misleading facts and figures. Their only selling pitch is based on godrej brand. Here I would like to mention that their sales executive Ms Ankita feels that she is selling plots on Mars and nothing can be more exclusive than this project. 4. The surroundings of this sector is rural and not so premium. The authority park has not been constructed yet and even if it is constructed, the end user will be rural population. Back road is wide but the road at the front is very narrow and there does not seem to be any place/plan for expansion. 5. Lot of people might be investing in this project due to godrej brand and location of the project but i personally won't like to invest my hard earned money without seeing anything on ground. Godrej just selling dreams. Customer care is only for name sake, which only issues receipts of payments. Regarding important matters they adopt ostrich approach of closing eyes & let the innocent customers bear all pains. I recommend to get their agreements legally vetted before signing. They are drafted to burn all customer’s rights & putting all obligations. You will feel cheated after paying such a high price & getting no services rather traps are created in agreement by taking discharge of Godrej from all its obligations.

Amazing place with it good place for play outdoors games and do videography

Over priced property in a bubble. 3bhk for 3.5cr and all 3 bedrooms don't even have attached washroom (forget abt 4th powder room). Person spending 3.5-4cr is expected to wear a towel and move from common bathroom to his bedroom after bathing 😂

Pathetic and arrogant receptionist. We went to understand the size and pricing, but she ruthlessly denied and replied that they are not entertaining unless you buy property above 6 crores. Under the name of Godrej they've hired ill mannered staff.

#infinity pro smiles # jai Prakash I feel compelled to share my recent experience with a broker named Jai Prakash and his team from Infinity Pro Smiles. If you happen to be contacted by them, I strongly advise you to ignore their calls and seek another broker. My encounter with them was nothing short of frustrating and a complete waste of time. Initially, Jai Prakash lured us in with promises of negotiable prices for the properties we were interested in. He convinced us to visit the sites, assuring us that we would have room for negotiation. However, once we arrived at the locations, we were met with a completely different story. Jai Prakash suddenly changed his tune and insisted that the prices were non-negotiable. This discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered left us feeling deceived and let down. To make matters worse, this pattern repeated itself on multiple occasions. Jai Prakash's team, who were supposedly assisting him, were equally unhelpful and wasted our time further. We were subjected to numerous site visits, each time hoping for a different outcome, only to be met with the same non-negotiable stance. It became evident that their intention was to string us along and waste our time rather than provide genuine assistance.

"Godrej Woods is an excellent apartment in the middle of Sector 43, Noida. There are so many things that I love about it, but what really sets it apart is the greenery and luxury. I am happy to have found this place and look forward to living here.
