I
visited
the
apartment
last
week.
Pros:
1.
Near
to
blue
line
metro.
2.
No
traffic
jam
in
front
of
apartment
since
it's
a
wide
road.
3.
All
essential
shops
are
just
outside
the
apartment.
4.
Apartment
is
well
maintained
in
terms
of
kids
play
area,
gym,
park
etc.
5.
No
seepage
problem.
6.
Prices
are
really
good
considering
to
its
build
quality
and
market
standards.
7.
It
is
semi
furnished
with
electrical
&
bathroom
fittings,
kitchen
slab
with
a
cabinet
and
wardrobe
in
all
the
bedrooms
which
will
save
some
cost
as
most
of
the
builders
are
giving
just
the
raw
flat.
7.
False
ceiling
comes
along
with
the
top
floor
flat.
[
Benefit
of
1-2
lakhs
if
you're
okay
with
top
floor.
:)
]
8.
And
the
most
important,
registry
is
open
for
Indosam75
unlike
most
of
the
apartments
in
Central
Noida.
Cons:
1.
Its
just
next
to
a
Shamshaan
Ghat
/
Cremation
Ground
(You
can
see
it
from
your
balcony)
.
Most
of
the
apartment
sales
people,
dealer
or
brokers
will
say
that
its
not
operational
but
talk
to
any
local
shopkeeper
there,
you
will
know
the
reality.
Most
of
the
people
who
are
already
staying
there
have
even
complained
about
it
to
the
authority
so
the
situation
might
change
in
future
but
it
is
there
as
of
now.
This
was
the
reason
I
cancelled
my
plan
to
take
a
flat
there
in
spite
of
so
many
pros.
Even
if
it
becomes
non-operational
in
future,
I
won't
pick
that
apartment.
2.
Although
first
point
was
enough
for
me
to
drop
Indosam75
from
my
list,
there
is
one
other
thing
which
I
didn't
like
for
1358
sq.
ft.
or
1364
sq.
ft.
flats
(3BHK).
They
have
a
small
common
balcony
for
utility
and
drawing
room
so
you
can
totally
assume
you
don't
have
a
balcony
with
your
drawing
room,
also
there
is
no
proper
space
for
Refrigerator
in
kitchen,
you
will
have
to
keep
it
in
your
dining
area.
So
that's
my
experience
of
Indosam75,
all
the
best
with
your
house
search
!
