Reena Thakur is an Excellent beautician. She came to my house for my beauty services twice and I loved the experience. She is really friendly and cooperative. Apart from being a trained beautician, she is also a very good human being. Takes care of you and helps you with issues related to skin and hair. Highly recommended.

READ THIS BEFORE TAKING THEIR SERIVICES! Worst experience. My wife had her bikini wax done by their professional (“Pinki, daughter of Rajendra”) which took 4 hours to complete. After completion, my wife had her skin peeled off and burn marks on her entire body which are now permanent. When this matter was escalated to their manager “Nitish Kumar”, he just gave us false hopes saying I’ll look into the matter and did nothing throughout. Now I need to pay the medical bills for my wife’s damage and still they are not taking the case seriously. They send highly unprofessional staff who are literally illiterate and don’t know what they are doing.

I had the best of experience today. Bhagyawati who serviced me was a true professional, absolutely patient n did best of her job. She knew her work n i dont like instructing the beauticians to do a better job. Not even once did she give me a chance to tell her or to instruct her. I took their services last week and it was the first time I tried salon at home services. I liked the service given by Reema, professional services indeed. She was very punctual. Gave good massage and other services as well. I liked all the services apart from hair spa. I feel it is best to take hair spa at a salon. The set up at a salon is much better to enjoy a hair spa.
