Service at spice art restaurant is pathetic. You order & food will delivered after 55 to 60 minutes. Snacks come than u are asking for other snacks which was ordered with first snack. U have to wait for another 40 minutes. Food comes but no chapati u have to wait & than chapati comes but other dishes are missing. One good thing. Thay give us sufficient time to mingle with each other as food is not there. Taste 2 out of 5.

# Spice Art - This place is temporarily closed. But on occasion of Valentines day it was open on 14th Feb 2022. It's divided in two parts with live concerts/singing view & without view only audible. On Valentines day they had a separate menu for couples & family 5000 per couples in with starters, main course , deserts & soft drink was included. No charges for Child below 5-6 years. We had chicken lahsuni, fish tandoori & mutton kabab. Initially they served cool which was tasteless after asking for hot one they served was better. In main course we had dal tadka, mutton curry, paneer Tikka masala & Ghost biryani with laccha paratha, butter Naan & Pesto cheese Naan. Everything was good but not satisfactory. It was like 3 star normal restaurant. Ambience is good, staff is nice but the service is slow. If you are looking for the extraordinary taste & presentation it's not as good

Visited Spice Art after a long gap. It is still as maintained with good ambiance. Live music during dinner and great environment. We had our 5th Anniversary celebration on 10th December at Spice Art - Crowne Plaza Rohini. My expereice with the whole team is beyond words. I planned this sitting in abroad and Amit was so hepful from the start. He listened to all the requirements be it food or arrangements very carefully and also provided a beautiful private set up on the day. The food was impeccable and service was astounding. Their whole team - Amit, Naresh, Mukul, Manav and Chef Sunder were in their top form taking care of our guests. I highly highly recommend this amazing place for all your celebrations. Not only our day was made but the 23 guests that attended with us are still talking about the food, arrangements and the ambience. We cannot thank Amit and his team enough for making this day a wonderful memory for us. I visited this place with my friends. I love the concept of decoration with excellent quality food. The paneer dishes are so much nice there. They have best varieties in desserts. I love to eat dessert there.

Service is way too slow. I ordered dal makhani and dum aalo and one family naan it took them 40min to deliver it to our table. Then we ordered 2 butter naan, it took them 25 mins to get that too. I asked them several they kept on saying "we are making it". All of the sabjis got cold. Super bad experience. Will not recommended anyone. The staff is rude too.

Considering it is a five star restaurant in a 5 star hotel , we were sitting for 15 minutes without electricity around 10 pm . The food is nice and the service is also optimum.
