So loud music Untrained staff Being situated in a mall like DLF Brand should maintain standards. Work is good prices are reasonable But ambience inside is not upto the basic standards. They should certainly work on that.

Linewise worst reviews .. I went today for a normal shampoo and dryer 1) the towel kept on me was full with bird feathers 2) the flat brush used on my hair was full of hair / not cleaned 3) one of the staff refused to dry my hair when I raised above 2 complaint. His name is vishu and best part was the manager couldn't control him when he threw the towel on the ground and walked away..

I can't vouch for their services for women, but this salon is certainly not suitable for men. They lack the basic skills for simple beard trimming and shaving, often resulting in numerous cuts during the process. Their inability to achieve a clean and neat beard trim is evident. Instead of focusing on providing quality service, it seems they are more interested in upselling. To make matters worse, they frequently provide cold water for washing, even in harsh winter conditions. Their excuse always revolves around a supposedly malfunctioning water heater – a claim that raises skepticism. Additionally, when I asked for an iPhone charger, I was told it belongs to the manager and I would be scolded if they lent it to me. This is far from acceptable customer service. I strongly advise against considering this salon; it's simply not recommended at all for men seeking a satisfactory grooming experience.

During our initial visit for a hair wash post-treatment, we were informed that the water heater had been malfunctioning since morning. Despite the winter season, they proceeded with a hair wash using cold water. Surprisingly, during my second visit, the same excuse was given, and once again, cold water was used. The service is average, and the staff falls somewhere between being friendly and not particularly rude. Overall, the experience was ordinary, but there is room for improvement in their service.

It was an awful experience. I got my haircut done from them and I've usually had a good experience with other outlets of Jawed Habib but this one was pathetic, the haircutter had no idea what was he doing and made my hair look more shabby, I did give my hair a week thinking maybe it'll settle down but it is worse in terms of how it was cut and styled! Please I do not recommend this particular outlet at all. First they said 150rs for hair cut and taken 550 for it. All outlets of habib takes 150 for haircut, i Don know why they have charged this much.

Worst salon ever !!! Went to colour my hair for a darker tone (my hair was already coloured with other light tone ) I wanted to change in darker tone .. so I opted for brown warm tone .. paid 5900 just to get fully globally black hair with damaged hair .. they were colouring so roughly .. they had colours splatter all over my neck , hands , forehead so that colour was black .. I asked them is this brown (bc I choose that brown shade) they said yes and will show after I wash .. did the final wash and boooommm my hair is jet black that was not what I wanted .. I was so frustrated.. told them and they said after a few washes it will get brown (now that I think ..the reason the splatter part on my neck was showing black colour ) might be because they actually applied black not brown ..I also opted for L’Oréal , but they used streax .. also the receipt they gave me for the bill .. there was some other name written on the receipt for the salon name not javed so be careful to anyone reading this .. I hope this can at least be the reason someone saves their money .

Employees occupy sofas for customers and customers have to wait outside. When the receptionist asks them to attend to customer, they get up painfully!!!😂😂
