They force the good quality kitchens to lower their rates. We told Abhishek that we can't lower our rates as we put best quality ingredients in the dishes and prepare meals with patience and love.That was the reason why we got good reviews and repeated orders on our kitchen.Someone from their team hacked my chef app and lowered the rate without my consent.They don't even promote good kitchens and gave only one order on Sunday and that too because other chefs were enjoying their weekends. The customers many a time complained us that they were receiving their food late. When I coordinated with the team they told me to lie to the customers that the riders have met with an accident or the tyre of their bikes got punctured. They give us a model to do the preparation in advance. How can we put stale ingredients and work on a restaurant model? We prepare everything fresh and that's what a real home food is. They don't respect good chefs and their hardwork. Homefoodi is running QSR restaurants in the name of home food kitchens. Pathetic service and behaviour of the team.

Refund not provided even after 3 weeks and upon reminding them they straight away lied that they have already done so and will provide the screenshot and details which when I asked them to show me for proof sake they failed to do so. They lied so how could they? Right? A successful business' thrives on ethics and integrity which they surely lack. ( For a measly 600 bucks!?) - A once loyal customer who now knows your true colors. Good Riddance.

This app has become very dear to me with time as I can order delicious varieties of home cooked meals which I was missing. Have completely switched over from Zomato as I am finally taking charge of what I put inside my stomach. Kudos to the customer care team for regular follow ups on feedback and adding new home kitchens every month. Just a suggestion if you can add some more south Indian chefs.

Homefoodi has been my go-to app whenever my maid has taken leave. The chefs are very supportive in making food as per your liking and very prompt in asking for feedback to improve. I mean this kind of stuff does not ever happen with any of the food delivery apps and you people must advertise about it. I have shared your app with my other friends as well after you launched the refer a friend bonus. Please launch this app in Gurgaon fast as I have loads of friends to share.

I wish the founder is reading this msg. Please change this lady neelam immediately she can be the reason to get your business down, rest all can be adjusted ,ignored but not her uncivilized ,carefree and unprofessional behavior. Please change her even if she is your relative, not fit for coordinator or customer care profile..

The food from most of the homefoodi kitchens is great. .the problem lies with their high delivery fee and delivery system...also often one's msgs and calls are not answered/ picked up etc ...there's a need to be more customer friendly and professional

The app has been a boon for people suffering from COVID and I must say that the food is exactly what we were looking for i.e non spicy and non oily..however please enroll more chefs in Delhi and you must launch in other cities soon

I ordered from Sonia's kitchen and it was a pathetic experience..this was mu first time when I thought of ordering from this app.I ordered 3 dishes which came very late ..they took more than 2 hours for delivery despite of me asking them to send early as they were more time than the time shown in the app..the rice was uncooked so unhealthy..VERY DISSAPPOINTED..I had the conversation with the Homefoodie cx help who said your food will be delivered in few min and they cannot help more than that

This app personal very unprofessional they usually exploits the home chefs ...try to impose their undifiend policies no food supply gudiance no support from the team if food is declined by the customers the chef has to bear the losses..They want to drive chefs on their lines which are unethical..If you counter them they will delist you from the app because of unprofessional behaviour....so bad experience with the home foodie app management....

Homefoodi is one of the best places to order fresh home food from. I would really recommend abha's pure veg kitchen for the best quality nd quantity of food. I have ordered several cuisines manier times and have received the best u can expect. The chef makes sure to give you a healthy yet delicious meal and is open to change the dish as per request.

The greatest meal we have ever had, without a doubt. Strongly suggestable, particularly for working professionals working long hours, living away from their home and longing to taste a meal made by mother's hands. Good APP to have on your smartphone if you are in Hyderabad.

I moved to Mumbai from Delhi and was struggling for North Indian Dishes, one of my friends told me about this App & that is how I got to know about Homefoodi. The food is simple Home Cooked Food & the Concept of various Tiffin Suppliers cooking from their own home kitchen is excellent. I am planning to try out another tiffin Suppliers too in Homefoodi. I think its a great App for Home Cooked Meals... Highly Recommended!!

I have been ordering in Noida. There are some very good home chefs but most of the time delivery partner cannot cope up with the time specified !! Needs attention and improvement

We have registered for dinner for one week plan from their app from one of the kitchen. The app don’t have any details in the menu like which curry they would be sending us daily we have requested that we need to have curry of our choice they agreed and asked to send us the menu in the morning daily to the homefoodi whats app(Its pathetic that they don’t allow us to talk to the kitchen directly and their call to kitchen from the app doesn’t work) And they agreed i have shared the menu through whats app but what happened is they forgot to sent that menu to the the kitchen and we got some random curry that day that we are allergic to and we don’t eat at all. when i called them and raised my concern (Neelam who manages the calls) was not at all listening to the problem which i faced instead she doesn’t accept the mistake is from their side and in reverse she argued with me which is not at all professional from their end so this is one of the worst app which i have registered recently which doesn’t respect customer and understand their concern.

This homefoodi is a total scam. It was my first order from Abha's Pure veg kitchen. And it is the worst home cooked meals. And when i called her all she said is sorry and told me that this is how i make it. And didn't even refund my money. Please never place an order from homefoodi. There reviews are fake. I will be posting more reviews about their scam.

Do a favour to yourself and place an order! Unmatched Food Quality is their Forte. The Home chefs care deeply about your taste preference which you cannot expect from a restaurant. Everything we tried was exceptional and was truly a melt in Mouth experience.

Sharing my experience after ordering couple of times. Concept is good, food is very good but the delivery time is extremely bad.

Very unprofessional and irresponsible behavior of Abhishek from Homefoodi, never apologize for delay deliveries even used to start argument aggressively. Not deliver food on time just because of motorcycle breakdown issue of their delivery boys and I faced this issue many times , very disappointing experience...i never recommend this app
