This is the one which is the real one... It is situated on Silk route... Baba Harbhajan Singh's bunker is also located here...also the room where he used to sleep... Every Sunday Langar is organized... This place is maintained by Bihar Regiment, Jat Regiment and Maratha Regiment of the Indian Army... This place is very auspicious as it is said that whatever you wish it gets fulfilled... All you need is to keep a bisleri bottle here and write in whatever your wish you want to get fulfilled... For the next 15 days u need to stay away from non-veg including onion, ginger, garlic... It is said that wishes gets fulfilled... The local drivers considers this place as very auspicious... A must visit place...👍

A great place really.....it shows that the spirit of a soldier to serve the nation will never die. There are few things to see....the baba mandir, baba ji ka bunker and ofcourse you should visit the souvenir shop. But the best thing to do here to accomodate with the temperature is to drink a cup of coffee at the Baba cafe. And maybe a plate of momos too! And plz visit with respect in your heart, don't make a mockery of the spirit of the Indian Army.

Old Baba Mandir is the highest point in the Silkroute tour. It is about 14000 ft height. Babaji ka bunker, worship place are there. You have to climb several steps to reach the bunker. The place is maintained by Indian Army. Nearby scenic beauty is awesome. There is small restaurant run by armyman. Tea, coffee and snacks are available with reasonable price.

This is one of the best place. Definitely must visit. The view, all the vibes, the atmosphere leaves you mesmerized and enchanted. Being on a very high altitude...few people may experience breathing issues but nothing to be worried about. Must visit spot when in Sikkim

Rich with history about Babaji' valor, it sends shivers down the spine when you visit his abode and see his material possessions. The veneration due him is touching and it feels great to see this rich tribute. But be careful. We visited in November when the temperatures were touching 5 to 6 deg C and chilly winds take the wind out of your lungs and you start gasping for oxygen when u reach the top. Be sure to be well attired with warm clothes, go slowly up the steps and take tablets prescribed by your physician to combat high altitude. A must visit

there is a myth about this mandir...... if you exchange a bottle of fresh water in front of babaji's pic at his bunker with a old bottle from there .....it acts like a miracle....u can keep it in your room.... it will turn your bad time to good ...... one cap full of water from the bottle can cure you from fever..... blah blah blah.... jai baba Harvajan

This is the original Baba mandir. The entire life history of baba harbhajan singh is written there. Inside temple you can see the dress of baba the hat rifle the work bench all is there. Every army persons who can pass through this temple they stop here and pray once then they go. One army shop and canteen is also there. You can eat food there. In a clear day the view is awesome from temple.

This temple was built and is maintained by Indian Army. It is reported that Indian soldiers have got favoures by Baba who also guards each one in the inhospitable terrain. Legend has it that he appeared in a dream a few days after he went missing and expressed the desire that a monument be built in his memory. A little bit of oxygen lacking felt here but don't worry, be positive and tension free

A great experience to visit Old Baba Harbhajan Singh temple. Properly maintained by Indian Army. They believe that Baba Harbhajan Singh still discharging his duties. The bunker transformed to temple is kept as if someone using it in regular manner. Visited on Sunday.According to an on duty army personnel every Sunday one of different Regiments of Army serve Prasad (cooked meal) to Baba Harbhajan Singh as well as they serve it to visitiors also. We had it. It was a great experience to be served by Army personnel. The natural beauty of surrounding valley is awesome.

Enroute to Zuluk, you can visit Old Baba Mandir and enjoy the beauty of the place. Usually tourists visit New Baba Mandir and return back, but in my opinion Zuluk is must visit part of Sikkim and so is Old Baba Mandir. On Sundays you can also enjoy tasty langar arranged by army personnel.

This is actually a bunker converted to a temple, its belived baba used this bunker before he was martryed. It contain all his belongings and appears like a small house. The route to the temple is very scenic, during winter there is heavy snowfall hence permissions are granted based on situations, a must visit place if someone plans to travel to Changu, Nathula or Zuluk.
