Staff at the reception counter were very rude. They continously made mistakes and when the people started to question them,they started shouting at them. I AM A DOCTOR and they knew that very well as I had told them before but they misbehaved with me too. Their language was also very bad. Being a resident of HEC colony I was surprised by their behaviour. There was no complaint box so that I could write their and then. I never expected this in a private hospital of a reputed group. I WILL NEVER SUGGEST ANY PATIENT TO VISIT THIS HOSPITAL IN FUTURE.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and made to feel at ease. I am really disappointed with Paras Hospital. My mother had emergency in night at 1 Am, and Hospital told that only emergency room is available starting from Rs 45000 per day. Even senior doctors were not available. I would say they just want to loot your money. Better go to other hospitals.

Worst service ever seen. Not reccomendable at all for any patient.Behave of staff even doctors are not good. They are only for accumulating money for the management . They have kept one person named Mr. Abhishek at counter for fighting only. Today it happened with one patient and I am the witnessed. During the time of admission of patient the terms was 7500/ per day but during the time of discharge the charges became 11800/ per day very very surprising. The treatment given by the doctors was worst. Just you can understand in 5 days patient went in almost dead condition from good condition. It seems that management of Paras Hosital has given special training to their staff how to looting money instead of providing good services. One of the best hospitals for HEC people and is now renovated with all the necessary features and benefits which have been added to it. Now the place is know by the name Paras Hec hospital which provides you good treatment by experienced doctors and trained staffs. Even the cleanliness and hygiene is of excellent quality. The place is well build and provides ample comfort and place to the patients till them they recover.

Very good nursing staff, caring & providing good care to the patient. Doctors are also very supportive and provide responses to patients as well as to their family members. Housekeeping staffs are very good and provide right attention to the patient. Gust Relation staffs are available all the time to address concerns.

This hospital should be given -5 star, Worst hospital with unqualified nurses ward boys. They have almost killed my father. I would specifically name a doctor Maya, The doctor was not even able to read the x-ray and sonography report. Dr Kunal is a visiting consultant, He is good.

I came to Paras hec hospital for management for pain abdomen . infrastructure is nice . facilities are also good.. all doctors and staffs are polite .I appreciate specially Keya mam ..she is very supportive and soft spoken .I must say that she has more concern about patients than hospital nursing sisters.

Excellent hospital. In particular, Nikita Ma'am and Riya Ma'am, who greatly aided us in our health checkup, are excellent and prompt members of the staff. The personnel acts in a very courteous manner. There are various kinds of doctors. One of the most pristine hospitals I've ever seen. Parking is also abundant. Hospital with a stellar reputation and very high standards, situated in the heart of the city.

If we are paying a premium price then we expect to have a fast service. My wife got a gallbladder surgery there. The waiting time in the reception for any paperwork is rediculus. And there is no space to sit for the patient also. They keep delaying everything unnecessary. The computer system don't work at times. I waited 45mins for a 1 min work. This is the reality. Don't trust the reviews.

Has memories of Chotka Baba associated with this Hospital. Baba was admitted in this Hospital in 1993 and it is here that he took his last breath.

One of the best healthcare providers in Ranchi, rather say best in Jharkhand, good team of Doctor, medical and paramedical staff, I liked the cleanliness and humble nature of doctors and other staff. Good quality and hygiene of food is maintained. Lots of space for parking, opd doesn't seems crowded due to properly arranged doctors cabin and waiting areas, the billing section for outdoor and indoor patients are separate so don't have to wait in a que for billing. Suggesting improvement: the management should arrange some kind of sleeping arrangement for the attendant in the "Shared Private Cabin/Ward" as a chair doesn't suffice the comfort of the attendant specially if the treatment period is long. Overall I am rating it 5 out of 5 as per my experience with my mother's indoor treatment and my outdoor visits.

Treatment and facilities available are very good. Services of nurses / sisters, house keeping, and other staffs are also very good However sisters are to be assigned for specific nos. of room/ beds for further effectiveness as well as their enhancing assertiveness.

Don't even think of going here if you don't have a hefty health insurance or you are filthy rich. A single day ICU will cost you 55000 and even the tests here like ultrasound and Echocardiography are more expensive than outside. It is not a hospital for middle class family.

Very bad experience, they will try not to discharge you till you will not force. Only one or two doctors are good rest are just having very large list of degree. Duty doctors and nurses are very incompetent. Senior doctors doesn't see what patient is prescribed, same time they are giving medicine to clean your bowl and same time they are giving medicine to stop loose motion. Very careless. They will advise only those things by which hospital get income not for wellness of patient. I am very disappointed and will nvr return here.

Paras hospital has been a place of optimum care and service. They are very caring and helpful at every level. My father had mlbeen admitted for 13 days and in all those days, the Doctors took superb care, especially Dr. Shiv Akshat. He has been a true angel for us. All the supporting staffs like nurses, ward boys, hospitality and security people have been very cordial, considerate and supportive. A big thank you to all of them.

The hospital is neat and clean but the saff at registration counter was very inefficient also most of the counters were empty. The hospital lack doctors..... Most of the doctors either left before noon or were unavailable at their cabin... I spent 9 hours in total at the hospital for blood test, x-ray, ECG, ultrasound and consultation. I should hardly take 2-3 hours. Pathetic administration!!

Overall the treatment and facilities provided are good. However the administration is more concerned with clearing the traffic of the attendants rather than actually solving their issues and helping them with the complex process which the attendants struggle with whilst availing treatment, consultancy, billing etc.

Rude behaviour and shouting by doctor maya . Today I went to show my wife for nerve pain to genral physician. Was asking at the counter next to the cabin if she would be looking at patients. She shouted and said stay away when I was more than 15 feet away and not even asking her directly Her tone is derogatory and not cultured. Says this hospital has only covid patients and yoh book video call.. all this while shouting as if she was doing some favour to me This is the worst behaviour a doctor can do . I am a docsapp gold member and hence used video consulting there instead of your non cultured doctor Avoid this hospital

I was there for my father's treatment.Dr Patrick sir was kind and he explains everything nicely.The behaviour of doctors are very good..some of the nurses behaviour and way of talking was nice but they were so late for giving medicines to patients.The housekeeping was not available in the time of need.Bathrooms were not so clean.some of the housekeeper were very lazy and also there way of talking was bad and rude.whenever we call them most oF the the time they ignored us . security guards were also good bt one security guard's way of talking was kind of rude.

I visited this hospital for a routine wellness check. Ms Reena M was kind enough to discuss all the packages available and explained the tests listed. She also assisted in getting tests, scan and consultation done. The hospital is clean and the staff and technicians are very polite. Doctors are humble and listen patiently. I found it quite convenient as all tests and consultation under one place and booked four more checkups for family members. They have packages curated for senior citizens and women well being at a discounted rate. I would like to thank Reena and her colleague Anushka for their promptness. This newly built hospital may consider the followings for future additions: OTG for dental, hearing test for ENT and Oncology department.

1. Horrible experience with staff of blood center, reception admission desk, RMO. 2. Lift man behavior is not all good. 3. Suggested others not visit the hospital. 4. Seriousness of the patient health condition is not important for the hospital mgmt staff. 5. Unnecessary provides medical accessories for the patient which is not returnable after the discharge. 6. Doctor is excellent. Nursing staffs are good.

Very poor hospitality, very inexperienced nurses and housekeeping. 7 out of 10 nursing staffs are inexperienced. Housekeeping staffs are on tender system, they don't know about hospitality in such an expensive hospital. Nurses and Housekeeping staffs are very much ignorant. Seems to work in a very well managed system but inside its completely hollow. I saw moist walls also, in my ward. Hope my review changes the system in a year or two.

Wastes a lot of time. Doctor comes in 2-3 hours late from home at least :( Doctor’s coordinations have huge ego and they talk rudely. Even when the doctor is so late he chooses to talk to MRs for long time instead of patients waiting for him. The place is all about looks the quality of staff is pathetic. Best to avoid.
