Bad experience, bad taste, bad service, not clean, pricy not worth We stop by to have lunch and got only half of our order, service boy denied that he has not taken our order. After that they got aur remaining order very fast and taste was bad. AC was not working. And on top of that restaurant was full of flies. And flies even sit on our plates. And when we complaint same to service boy he told same thing to a lady( idk who she was) she literally said makkhi baith raha to hum kya kre. Then we have no guts to eat there. We got packed our food. Such service in so pricier restaurant was not expected. Not worth your visit 👎

Very bad behaviour by the manager/owner. Self made policies are executed while checking out. The space is too less to be even called a hotel. The property is not maintained and the entire lawn was covered with stuff from last evening 's party. The food was good enough to force you to visit the doctor which is also inaccessible at that location. The path leading to the resort is full of drunk men and shady shops. Not at all safe for females.

Located just beside Dhoni's farm House... Beautiful place. An open restaurant the snacks vally on the outside is also too good. Just the washroom is too dirty near gaurd's Room. Overall a nice place with a good ambiance.

The food served in buffet on 1st jan 2022, was horrible. They charged a whooping 885 per person and the food was really very bad, we just had a couple of mock tails and there after could hardly take 1-2 bites from the main course it tasted so bad and all the items were cold, that we decided better not to waste our time there, though we had already wasted our money.

Had dinner @focus tonight and I must say everything was perfect.. cold winter night with beautiful friends. Food served was good, service was good.. overall ambience is great... Garden seems beautiful. Location is amazing. Owner happens to be a very good person as well

Its next to MS Dhoni's farmhouse so nothing to mention about the location. Dhoni's swimming pool in the roof can be seen from the resort. The food is also good

Resorts Launched excellent Taste of Biryani specially Dum Mutton Biryani in combo pack with dessert services. Starters was also mouthwatering & super Delicious 😋😋 ..Delicious.

The place is fine and has the ambience. The garden is big enough to have a function or organise parties. The arrangements are also good. The rooms are well maintained and arranged with requirements, they too have in room food facility from the restaurant. The management trys to do it's best but the staff members are not cooperative, the owner too is expert in luring the customers by words and lines which he has made up according to the customer and at the final moment disappears at the time of problems. The food is just average. The price of the facility and the resort is also bit high according to the segment. And it's just like its name "FOCUS".

A beautiful place to hang out. The aura is very calm and serene. Food prices are also very genuine and not overpriced. They offer service for short parties and events including marriage and the charge of the place for that also is not very much. It's affordable. Moreover a must visit place in Ranchi.

This place is nothing like a resort. The place is just a normal banquet hall with a ground and few rooms. The restaurant has separate entrance and is facing the road and you won't be allowed to go inside the so called "RESORT" if you are not coming with family. You will be asked to sit outside on the tables placed on the footpath. Tried few snacks and even those were below average. So neither the place nor the food is good. So try to avoid this place.

Excellent place. We actually went to the restaurant for lunch. Restaurant is 1. Very well designed and furnished. 2. Very hygienic. 3. Staff are courteous and service very good. 4. To top it all food was excellent. The Owner was very courteous and allowed us to visit resort. It's really beautiful with well furnished rooms, a banquet hall, good playing area for kids. Since it is on the ring road, it's easily approachable, one need not have to worry about the traffic. Great ambience and do not miss to visit the place asap.

The accommodation at Focus Club and Resort was top-notch. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Rude behaviour of bill manging female staff in restraunt we order tea in kulhar and the quality of that kulhar was so poor that it broke within 5 mins .. and after calling that staff she was blaming us for the breaking of the kulhad and telling us that "aplog ghnto s baithe rhnge to chai kulhr ka cup to tote ga hi na isme apko jldi chai pina parta h" it was barely 5 minutes we got that kulhar tea in our table. worst serivice totally dissapointed

The resort itself was stunning. The grounds were meticulously maintained, with beautiful gardens and well-kept pathways. The architecture of the buildings was impressive, blending seamlessly with the surrounding natural beauty. Everywhere I looked, there were breathtaking views to enjoy.

Well what would I say this resort definitely stands out in Ranchi as this resort shares it's neighbourhood with MS Dhoni's House that anyways makes it quite special, coming to the resorts it's perfect for hosting medium to large parties. They Have a big green lawn, a big hall ,plus lots of luxury rooms suites as people would definitely want to stay in these rooms during long event stays. The Resort food is also quite nice and service is also top notch among their rivals in the city. I would definitely recommend it to people looking for hosting parties or marriages.

It is good resort, if you are with the friends and family. I am sure you will be cheeky happy of you be in the resort. The cleanness and the food extreamly good and nothing to say more than this.

Price is too high compare to taste and quality. Had dinner with friends but the quality of food was not good and price too high. Need some improvements on staff behavior. Not recommended.

3rd class service in "super deluxe room". From Ranchi local itself,I'm a doctor, my wife also(a leading doctor in RANCHI). Came here on 13 th sept 2023 to enjoy her b'day,,but but but what I saw I never saw in metro cities also, my personal recommendation, don't come to this resort, I also came here after Google reviews, but reality is different. I will give zero star for this resort in Ranchi,b'coz Google can't give zero star so I have to give 1 star on review.. HARD EARNED MONEY PAISA BARBAAAD HAI YAHAAN.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Focus Club and Resort in Ranchi, and I must say it was an incredible experience! From the moment I stepped foot onto the property, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a serene atmosphere. The accommodation at Focus Club and Resort was top-notch. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, while the modern amenities provided everything one could need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was commendable. Lastly, I must mention that the value for money offered by this resort is exceptional. Considering all that it has to offer, the prices are reasonable and well worth every penny.

1.Very slow service even in serving readymade stuff.Even for serving cold drink they took some time. 2.Waiter often make mistakes while taking orders for example we ordered chicken egg roll but they served us with chicken roll although the taste was ok. 3.Need to be more careful with food they serve as the fried chicken momos we ordered was totally burnt.

Today i visited the place to get some pani puri parcelled.. For each pani puri plate they are giving 7 pc and cost is 50 rs.. chalo ok .. When we got it home they have given for 35 pani puris i.e 5 plates , but the potato they gave will not even come for 10-15 pani puris.. And the puri was literally smelling of oil .. dunno what oil they have used..as the quality was so bad so i would say it is overpriced.. dunno about the main course though… Not a good experience

Worst service , Poor hygiene, dull staffs ... Ordered chicken biryani it had Hairs in it and when shown to owner and waiters. They don't even said sorry,it was like usual affairs for them. No regret for the poor hygiene condition only a cold remark that they will less 15 ~20 rupees in the bill. Not at all recommended .if on same route want better service and food, go for palm resort

Sikandar a good man over here ...Nice food ,place I enjoyed my time here. Hospitality is no1 ,food was awesome ,I tried only veg and they made me happy . Must go this place and use backside lawn where artificial grass makes you feel completely that you are on hockey ground.

A good place if you want a mini highway dhaba kind of feel. Located nearby Dhoni's house on the Ring Road, Focus Club serves you some good food albeit at slightly high price. Great for families, couples, kids and everyone. Their tea and coffee are amazing. On Sundays usually when I go on a mini drive I go there.

The name contradicts the service. Staff behaviour is very rude, they do not have any focus on their work we order something they serve something. Entire staff including the manager misbehaved with us. One of the female staff just banged the serving plate on our table.

Open Lawn is great! One big hall. But it's not a resort. Few rooms for organising marriage ceremony.

The restaurant food is good. However, too spicy and oily. Manchow Soup was very hot, could not finish it. Malai Kofta was delicious.

The locale and ambience is nice and open air. The flip point is the service. Slow to the core. One of the most sluggish in terms of service quality. Also, they also cater to birthday events. Sometimes booking is done for half the area. The flip side is the noise pollution and disturbances it causes to rest of the folks. People can't even talk sitting next to each other. It was very annoying and even after multiple requests, the noise wasn't lowered and we have leave after waiting for 2 hours with no food served.

The resort was good by environment. But the service was very very bad, disappointed, the taste of mojito was like sarbat too sweet like i was drinking the sarbat😐😐they mix the coldrink with water to fill the glass, don't pay them by online process, they received payment but they disagree with that....

SCAM BY FOCUS Beware of the scam played by der staff. If u book the hotel you are in trouble it can be cancelled cuz dey got offer frm third party. Money refunded but wate of time and other places are lost in d due process. They are outside city limits making dem inconvenient fr travel at night. Rooms are dirty and messy and nothing is cleaned up. Food taste is awful and no proper hygiene maintained in the kitchen area. You can find fruit flies very easily covered in ur food.

I visited today for the time and my experience was great. Foods are delicious and service is amazing. The boy named Rahul served us and his job is great.

We stopped here for lunch. The taste of food was good. Service was also good. Only thing was Biryani mentioned half and full in the menu, we wanted half Biryani (just for one person) but had to take full as they didn't serve half. Rest all was good. They need to have more hoding or sign boards otherwise if you miss it you will have to take turn from the junction or median.

Overrated......highly expensive with no value for money. We ordered snacks which was too expensive and doesn't taste well. Besides that, their 2 of the ACs were not functioning. So in a way service was also not good. They don't have a parking space or area. Not worth of visiting.
