Good facility in general, helpful and very kind staff but quite a bad experience in general because of other customers. Many of them was quite noisy and didn't use the facilities very neatly. Especially one who was spilling his stuff and clothes on the floor of the common space (2F) and seems like to not know how to use a shower or a washing machine. It smelled so terrible when i arrived i had to open the windows to make it breathable. I know it's not up to the guesthouse but i think in that situation they should do something when it's making everyone else uncomfortable.

The whole room was unsanitary, and there was a smell that I could not understand, a mixture of human, mildewy towel, and food odors, although it may have been appropriate for the price. I was disappointed that the room did not seem to be well ventilated. When I told them I was concerned about the smell, they put a deodorizer that smelled like a strong air freshener, which made me feel bad. I don't know if it was an employee or not, but one of the employees was talking in English about how interesting the Japanese pronunciation is, and all he did was talk and talk.

very cheap & in a good area! Near the train station& bus terminale wich makes things really easy. They have a good accomodation with kitchen & tv. & the guy who was in charge was very friendly! Clean but there is a strong smell on the second floor.. i had to open the window during the day & put some essential oil under my nose at night.. i believe its from a long-stay client cuz in the comments someone wrote the same thing a month ago.. for the price, my essential oil was okay to change the smell but if it was more expensive i would have ask to change my bed for a different floor

I surprisingly enjoyed my stay here, the bed space was super spacious with extra head space/shelf space and leg room, hooks and a towel rack. There were a lot of people in the one room which may be a problem for light sleepers but it was pretty quiet overall. There was 2 baths/2 toilets which were nice and clean and very spacious plus 2 vanity spaces. You take your shoes off at the entrance which makes it pretty clean. They provide individual lockers for everyone (about backpack size) and space to leave suitcases etc.. Common room and kitchen was nice and big and I actually like the layout, the space wasn’t awkward it was a nice atmosphere that made it easy to talk to people. The only thing I didn’t like was the smell, nothing bad probably just a weird laundry detergent! I can tell everything is nice and clean. A nice stay and would go again ~~

One of my favorite guest houses in the world. The design is very contemporary with a Japanese spin. The setup here is terrific. The social space is maybe the best I’ve ever seen. Wide open and it encourages communication, but also has areas where you can be alone. Some of my best memories of the summer of 2019 were in Santiago Guesthouse Naha and I hope you will make some here too!

I think this is the best hostel I’ve been to in my life (I’ve been to many). Everything is very clean: the kitchen, the common area, the bathrooms and the bedrooms. The beds are super comfortable and you feel like you have your one little bedroom, super cozy. There are also small things that you can use in the bathroom, such as sunscreen, body lotion… depending on the time and the floor you’re in. Also the kitchen has many stuff for everyone to use for free (coffee and milk, soy sauce, sesam oil…). And the common area is just amazing: tatami floor, a big TV screen (they have Netflix). It just makes you feel so comfortable. The atmosphere is great, people are very friendly and that’s also thanks to the space, it invites you to feel like at home, so everyone is more in a familiar mood I feel. Of course, if you want to be doing your own thing you can also do it, but if you like to talk, maybe you struggle a bit not to socialise. It will always depend on who there is of course. The workers are also super helpful and kind. To summarise, it’s one of those hostels in which you could stay for a long time. I ended up staying there for way longer than expected. It just makes you feel like at home.

Overall it’s a great hostel. It is minutes away from action, close to the airport and near the main train station. The rooms are packed but somewhat quiet still. There are lockers for valuables but I would suggest more space for bags. It’s a nice place to meet people. There is a big common room for socializing. I’d have no problem staying there again

Great hostel, perfect location a few steps from the main bus station, good to reach everywhere in Naha and beyond. Best price per night and ultra clean environment, comfy beds and nice bathroom area. Only bad thing is lockers are small and all the luggages are on the floor, but there's a special room for that, not where the bedroom is.

The location of this hostel is unbeatable and the beds are big and comfy. But on the downside there are just too many beds per room, over 20 and each room has a bathroom with only 2 toilets and 2 showers, I mean, we had to basically line up to have a shower. The common areas were nice and the staff was really helpful. Near the hostel you can find the bus terminal that connects you with the rest of the island and Kokusai street, as well as many nice Izakayas.

A very nice Guesthouse. Very modern and very clean. The common space on the first floor is very cozy and rather big. Cheap and well located, I sure come back soon, thank you very much.

Super welcoming Guesthouse in the heart of Naha. Close to Kokusai Dori Str. and Naminoue Beach. I worked here as part of the staff. My bosses and colleagues were very friendly. Everything is cleaned daily and the lounge is super cozy. Also, all rooms are kept at a good temperature. I can definitely recommend this place.
