Today I visited the restaurant with my mom as the alimentation is fine and even the location is upright. I know it is crowded all time, waiting is not a issue but the behavior of two of the staff members was so rude and the way they treated us was not acceptable. The staff includes a guy and a girl who was there on the cash counter. The guy was not at all skilled. He was a zero qualifier and a horrible hostess. Really it's terrible; Only serving good food is not enough, please make your staff to respect people, the way they treated us is not worth it for sure. Both the person who has been working there acts like they would rather be somewhere else instead. It shows in both the service and the behaviour they portray with the customers. You will never see me eat over your restaurant again. P. S. - The guy was tall and was wearing a dark blue shirt; and he had a tattoo on his neck and the girl was wearing a yellow T-shirt. I guess it was her uniform.

Visit here often with my family to enjoy the food out here.

One of the best North Indian food joint in Tezpur. very authentic taste of North Indian apart from that South Indian items are also very tasty and interesting part the prices are very reasonable. Restaurant has good ambience. Staff is good food quality is very good. One thing they should look after is the parking space. I think many customers avoid coming here because of no parking of car.

Good variety of sweets and snacks. Service could be faster. Chole bhature is good. Overall it's on the expensive side

Horrible food. If you are prepared to spend a substantial amount on opening an eatery, try to understand the dishes first and get good cooks at least. Try to master 4-5 things and keep the menu limited to those 4-5 things instead of having everything on menu and then getting everything horribly bad. Sambar was sour at pani puri level. Then masala in dosa was again sour. One can eat, if the food is tasteless. But how to eat something which is downright revolting.

My all time favorite go-to place. Be it food, service and the amazing songs playing in the cafe along with the delicious and my most loved 'dahi pani-puri' is worth mentioning. All the other food items are vegetarian here. You can get a lot of variations in sweets and snacks. 5/5 for a reason. Try and comment on your own!!!!!

Dahi Vada was awesome but paneer pokoda was disgusting even road side street maintain some amount of quality. Serverd Panner with thick layer of bason without any chutney. Request management to kindly improve the quality of mentioned dish(Paneer Pakoda). Thanks!

The food is tasty, and the ambience is good. Not much costly. Can get good dosa here. Pav bhaji also good. The billing counter is always too busy, have to wait to take a token prior to food a minimum of 5 to 10 minutes. There is only one counter for billing the whole shop including dining in and taking away, as well as for sweet shop. Self service is another issue, some people do not like.

Found it average. Had dahi-phuchka, pani-phuchka and sweets.... The curd was not fresh. The taste ok others was ok ok ... not that great. Parking is a big problem in that area

They are famous for their sweet collection and celebration boxes. They display sweets with expiry dates so that you know the longevity of sweets. Their snacks are also of good quality.

People with sweeth tooth in Tezpur, Kanha is the place for you. Low cost, mind blowing sweets and chats, what more is needed. The tea was indeed good. All of us loved each item so so much, we ordered twice. The place has a freshness, the decor is way nice (oh! Those paintings). Very apt place for snacks with friends or family. People are very friendly. We loved it here. Sweets, chats, tea, price, place all perfect. Easily visible from the traffic and just by the side of the road.

Hiii I am a regular customer since 3 years of KFC Kanha tezpur As it is pure veg restaurant, but from last some months quality and service getting down it is very disappointing and also discount for defence personnel not providing nowadays.... Before it was 5% discount....

Food is great. Order is delivered fast. Reasonable prices. South Indian, Chat, Chinese, Beverage options in menu. UPI payments accepted here.

Bestest place for vegetarians to satisfy their hunger pangs. Everything here is tasty especially their sweet dishes. Ambience is nyc & cosy. Good place to come with family and friends. Prices are reasonable. But Parking is a problem here.

Kanhaa is the perfect place for delicious sweets,snacks,various chaats,and many more and also at very affordable price. Their dahi puchka is my most fav and gulab jamun ice cream roll also .Do give it a try.☺ . . This place is perfect place for evening hangouts.And also the ice cream rolls is new added in their menu.Do give them a visit.

Found this plastic piece on one of the puchkas while I was chewing on it. I think I will have to complain to the Food Safety and Standard Authority of India. This is a grave ignorance of the quality standards of the food from the restaurant's end. Also, the curd was stale and had a pungent smell to it.
