Worst service hotel with best ambience.. Food : need variety of food and good quality. Service : 1. They have lot of hidden charges.. for water bottle they will charge you extra on checkout day. 2. Staff will call everyone for dinner, even if you had not opted for it. And when you reach there they will not inform about the same and ask you to have dinner without informing that it will be charged and charge for it huge amount when food is not even worthy of it. 3. Front desk and the senior staff are utterly nonsense. They will lie to your face and won't even budge. 4. I tried to checkout at 10 and was told that you can go back to room so someone will come and check if nothing is broken. The way it was conveyed was so rude that I literally felt like slapping the person. There were two staff members in Elephant restaurant who were kind enough to welcome guests with smile. This resort requires serious management training and change in few rules.

Extremely surreal atmosphere with a beautiful and a thoughtful architecture, situated amongst lush greenery, excellent service, excellent food, serene surroundings and what a lovely ambience, words might fail to describe the beauty of this well maintained resort. The place is a must stay provided you are visiting Kaziranga, you can spend a minium of 3 days and 2 nights here. For safari I would recommend elephant safari as it takes us into the jungle and very close to the rhinos, the jeep safari is a waste of time and money.

One of the most beautiful resorts & surrounded by greenery of the Kaziranga National Park... We went here for a brunch after our park visit and weren't disappointed. The service staff is courteous & quick, the washrooms big & clean, the art and decor made in wood is simply mesmerizing. They have pool & gym as well which is naturally for guests who are staying. The food served was delicious right from starters to mains. The beer glass was frosted. The complementary stuff... The whole experience was amazing. Prices are also decent compared to the atmosphere. Will definitely recommend and will be staying the next time!

Nice experience, spa service need a little more professional approach, a separate cashier to address crowd. Veg thali need attention in menu. Great place for hangout definitely.

Easy to reach using Google Maps no goof ups , well placed signs on the main road. The place is well maintained in terms of rooms and the grounds. Accessibility to the central zone of the park is easy. BUT and thats a big one ; the FOOD. Loads of improvement is possible. Absolutely nothing is even close to tasty. No you won’t starve but wouldn’t we love to have some tasty bites out of home ?

Borgos is a beautiful resort, would recommend wholeheartedly. It's a very family friendly resort located right next to the reserve gates ( 5 minutes to reach the safari point). The main entrance is very grand and the entire premise has a lot of solid wood: either as furniture or as decor. Beautiful paintings adorn the walls, and the rooms are quite comfortable. The resort seamlessly incorporates the bamboo jungle within it's boundaries. Would also recommend tasting traditional assamese cuisine at their restaurant: Juhal. We ordered the vegetarian thali and each dish was beautifully presented to us by Mr Rupesh. The food was delicious and the evening cultural festival was very nice.

Last December I booked this hotel for couple of nights, totally disappointed with my stay, as resort was also booked for wedding function for both nights. We could not sleep even for few hours, as there were so much of noises just outside our door, people were allowed to talk in the corridor until 2:30 early morning. It is my advise to make sure the resort is not booked for marriage or any other functions, because they don't have any kind of rules or guidelines for night programs.

I love that place. Since it's the holiday season there were a lot of guests there. Went there for a weekend trip with my family. Pros:- Excellent food; it was not only good but also to my liking Plenty of space for relaxation & sports as well Great place for not only couples but also families too Being a fitness enthusiast I personally loved going to the gym Not only there's a swimming pool but there's a Jacuzzi too; which of course I loved 😍 Cons:- The beds are not quite suitable for aged people; please look into this matter & make some changes if possible; it's my humble request to the hotel management Secondly the housekeeping service needs some upgrading. The room I stayed in didn't have the important phone no's in there. Thirdly there was just a small bar of soap in my bathroom which wasn't useful at all. P.S.=> Overall I enjoyed my weekend stay there. Will visit again ☺️

The ambience is good for the money, the amenities are as expected but the food is worst. You ask for butter chicken, they'll give you thick chicken gravy with extra sweetness. Like really?

I visited borgos in the month of March and it was quite busy as the season was going on. The property is huge and very well spread out. The interior and overall landscape of the hotel is really nice. The rooms are nice and 4 star like but are getting outdated. The rooms are just spacious for two people. The ambience is really peaceful and the staff is super friendly and helpful at all times. The dinner we had wasn't very good due to lack of non vegetarian options. The breakfast was much better with a few varieties. The property is close to the Kaziranga National park and you can easily Book your Safari rides there. Overall, a good place to stay in kaziranga but it's time for them to renovate a few things.

Great place to stay especially with family. Great food, you don't have to think twice for ordering North Indian or western cuisine. The chef's are brilliant and arrive you the right tasting food. The rooms very clean, spacious and the overall service and experience has been amazing!

Beautiful property with many services like spa, gym, pool, etc. The best part of the place is food and cocktails. Assamese Thali by Chef Banu Das was so flavourful that I love every bit of it. Sujit from bar made cocktails with fresh juices which was amazing. Overall the staff is friendly and I would recommend it to all my friends. Try it out.

Next to the Central range of Kaziranga national park. This is a luxury resort. They help arrange jeep safaris during the season. Also they have a small traditional dance show in the evenings. Rooms are huge with a good balconies.

Probably the best jungle resort in India. Great location next to central region of kaziranga national park. Resort has 3 restaurants , a great pool , spa n gym. It's a beautiful property to walk around in with family and loved ones. Impressive service and cleanliness too which is difficult in such a large property

Had a pleasant stay! The location is in the central range of the park and has beautiful view from the balcony. Rooms are well maintained and the resort offers good amenities. They also have wheel chair facilities. The staff were very cordial and cooperative. We reached the resort at around 10 pm, Special thanks to Jhoni Bhumij for helping us out and arranging dinner for us. And Many thanks to the staff, Eric, pinky, and pallav for their friendly attitude and warm gestures. However, We were unaware that the khaziranga park remains closed from May to October, it would’ve been better to mention it on the website. Partial refund would’ve been appreciated. It’s also better if they install walk in showers for senior citizens. Otherwise, it was an amazing experience!

Borgos is indeed one of the best properties in Assam; services are top-notch. Rooms are super spacious; the ambience is calm and serene. It is a perfect gateaway for families. But what is disappointing is the food . The buffets are below average for such a great property. There is a huge scope of improvement in both their restaurants. They need to curate their menus and update to what other hotel of similar stature are serving across the country.

Excellent response and very smooth operations by the banquet team. Done several conferences with this property, the banquet team really amazing in all sort of services and even positive response to any last moment requirement also. To mention specific name - Tara Das had been very helpful through out the event"We ordered mainly Indian dishes which were all very tasty and good serving size."

The Ambience of the hotel is amazing, location is extraordinary but the rooms are nightmare. Leakage in the bathroom. They were molds in the bathroom and on ceiling due to the last leakage they much have had. Did not repaint and fix it. The shower taps were so tight we had to call for room service to help us open and close it before and after shower

We spent our wedding anniversary at this Resort in December 2023. The resort is at walking distance from central zone (kohara) of kaziranga National Park. We would like to give Special thanks to Mr. Sujit Lama from bar and zara and Hemant from elephant restaurant for making our stay comfortable. I would also like to thank Naina and Anjali from Restaurant for being super kind with our Daughter. We would also like to mention the name of this bad person at front desk who was very rude, unprofessional and highly prejudiced who did not have any matter to talk to the guest. He did everything he could to make us regret our choice of this hotel. His name is Pranjul Saikia. He was unapologetic, ungreatful, and completely I'll mannered. He did not even care about his senior Eric who was though nice, but seem to have no control wlovere this man. He should not be at this Hotel and not for the Hospitality Industry.

We ordered both veg n non veg. The veg platter was average. The non-veg platter was good. LimeSoda was exactly as we needed. Gravy Manchurian was average. Pink Pasta was good. Staff was polite with good service. Location is wonderful. Property is good to explore.

We only had breakfast at this place before heading off for the safari so cannot comment on anything else other than the food, service and ambience. The place is gorgeous, loved the decor and everyone was very polite and nice. We paid for the breakfast buffet which was great. A large variety to choose from and the food was great. It's location from the Kaziranga Safari park is so close

The hotel is really beautiful. The food is amazing at the traditional assamese restaurant. It is located at the heart of Kaziranga and away from the noisy highway. The interior and ambience of the hotel is also amazing and makes you feel happy. As someone who has travelled a lot internationally, I found this place awesome and would recommend it for both locals and non-locals seeking to stay or dine during their visit to Kaziranga .

Service need to improve, This time experience was not so good, Actually service person not that much of trained, Nobody welcome us, they were looked not happy that we are there. No napkins placed before we asked, But the service person try to give 100% best. Need some senior person for look out all the corner, It will be better if you served wines in the guest table. Over all okay,

Cool place near the Kaziranga National Park. Lush Greenery all around, excellent food and lot of space to hang around and click photos. Courteous staff and prompt service. Rooms are well maintained. Sitting in lawn in cool breezy evening was the superb time. Only issue is pool area is not accessible if you are not staying with them. Should allow everyone with some minimum charge.

Great hotel with amazing forest ambience. The luxury room is especially good with a private Jacuzzi. The locations is great, near the Kohara market and close to central zone. Elephant and Jeep safaris can be booked on the spot (based on availability). The staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet is grand and had lots of Assamese as well as North and South Indian options.

Lovely resort at Kaziranga. Has a rustic look and finish. Nice spread in restaurant. We were fortunate to attend a small cultural treat of local dance and music at their banquet hall. It's a good place to use as base for kaziranga safari!

Nice place to relax and unwind. Rooms are spacious and comfy but needs a bit of maintenance. Vodafone network coverage was poor. 3 stars for service as the TV did not work during my stay.

The resort is huge and the service is good. The food is above average. The location is also great. The only issue is the rooms. They smell a lot probably because of some drainage issues. The bathrooms are extremely dated. So at first when you enter the room everything seems too old. Also the sit out lounge chairs in our balcony had torn seats.

Borgos lives up to its name of being a wild haven as it's nestled in a cradle of wild nature. Its the perfect weekend getaway for a quick recharge of one's tired city slicker. And the cute lil bakery is a must try especially it's melt in the mouth assortment of cookies n pastries.

It's the best resort in Kaziranga. Slightly high priced but resort is good, rooms and food everything is good. When the staff saw we were travelling with kids, they upgraded is to a suite room! Staff is very kid and thoughtful. It was lovely, big room with balcony and bath tub. There was Bihu dance performance in evening on the lawns. Distance to National Park is around 10 mins. Breakfast is scrumptious and good. Overall, highly recommended.

Awesome place, good and clean rooms. Have more than enough place for a morning walk or a evening stroll surrounded by trees and birds chirping. Swimming and pool also available. All this combined with good food, makes it a perfect place to relax amd spend time with your family.

Place is beautiful. However, I had a very bad experience at Assamese Restaurant, Juhaal. 1. Most of the fish items were not available. 2. Many of the items would take more than 45 minutes to get ready. 3. Lots of turmeric powder were used to prepare the dishes. Our hands were draped with yellow colour after we finished eating. The colour wouldn't leave our hands even after we cleaned our hands with an ample amount of soap. 4. The chicken pieces were too hard and chewy. Request ALL OF YOU GUYS TO REFRAIN FROM ordering chicken dishes. Rest is up to you...

The place is very beautiful, the rooms are cozy and charming. The housekeeping staff are very promt, polite and practiced. The serving staff are highly responsive and alert to all and every needs. The food is beyond amazing, always presenting local and international cuisines on the menu - a bit rich for every meal though. A few more lighter and fresh selection will not go amiss. All in all, excellent stay.

Right from the moment we entered the experience was surreal. From welcoming and cheerful staffs to the location of the resort, This property is serene and very peaceful and amazing food. We could see lots of trees so greenery and fresh air. This place is safe for children’s and elderly people. Would recommend for others.
