Happy with the service price can be little low. Few small small basic things can be change like no tissue at toilet/Flash is not working/ no disposal cup near drinking water. So please concentrate on small small things peoples are paying more than enough money but your overall service is not justified. Looking for improvement.thank you!

Personally will not recommend this hospital as their staffs are not at all supportive. Security gaurd has another level of attitude with him.. just imagine he doest allow to enter the hospital as if we are going inside a secretariat. There is no one who is helpful to give proper information about where to visit for the treatment. Such kind of hospital is an example of how to earn more profit from patients.

Good clean hospital. Located in Bhangaghar. Doctors are available any time. Lab test are also available. Their is a hospital canteen also, where you can have hygienic food. I liked their veg thali which is 100 rps. canteen has huge varieties of food options from snacks, coffee to thalis. Canteen are very neat and clean.

One of the worst arrangements for parking. There security had no clue. Exit parking blocked. Had to wait half an hour to park. No problems with the hospital service but parking needs a serious solution.

This is a full scam hospital. They charge fees for every single consult with the same doctor, and above all have to buy all the equipments oneself after charging thousands of fees with separate doctor fee for the process. I don't understand instead of prioritising human health they are playing games with patients life for money.

In most of the hospital I have come across, it is seen that doctors are good but the management is not good. Specially the behaviour of the front desk staff. Hospital is good, but hospitality is not up to the mark. Most front office people are working like they are working till they are getting a better opportunity. But it should not be the case. You have to work hard in your current organization till you are in the organisation

NO-CARE hospital...that doesn't care about the patient and family. They only care about looting / draining your hard earned money. Incident 1) my sister went for a liver checkup....(I that time she was completely fine with no heath issue.) After report arrived , they scared her that she was going through some complicated condition for which she might not bear any child in future so she should immediately admit in the hospital and do operation for that. And it's been 4years , without any operation she is find ,and have 2 children after that incident. Thank you NO-CARE HOSPITAL for giving me reason not to trust.

Complaint : Very poor canteen service & service to the patients in the cabins. No staffs in the canteen half the time the canteen remains closed. No room service in the cabins for the patients too very pathetic condition. No response comes from the reception & canteen once called. The patient's attendant also needs to do room services. A complete miss management. Seriously pathetic & hopeless condition.

I got booster vaccination today, which was done through a disciplined way, but behaviour of some of the security guard is not acceptable. I request authority to see this matter. I have photo of the fellow who behaved rudely but won’t pass it. Poor chap, expect some good attitude in future. So, I kept the last star blank.

Absolutely pathetic management and service. If not for the surgeon who happens to be a family surgeon, I would have never ever visited this hospital. There is a huge lack of employees. There are shortage of Nurses who are overworked and has too many patients to handle. The housekeeping people are absconding most of the time. The management is pathetic and doesn't take complaints seriously. Unless you have a close relative working in this hospital, I do not recommend this hospital

If you want to save the lives of your near and dear ones. Please dont get your operation done here. This is only for the Cardio dep i have no knowledge about other department. ( These doctors know to kill people ) . Dear folks i strongly recommend you all not to visit these hospital insted go for apollo (chennai)or narayan (bangalore). It's sad to say that the new Nemcare Hospital is good to look at but the behaviour of the nurses and overall execution of all the services are very poor except the doctors who are really skilled and well behaved. The nurses cannot speak Assamese nor Hindi properly. Moreover the treatment fees is really high. The cabins are so much costly and are congested. The new hospital complex lacks the aura of the previous Nemcare Hospital. I hope it will be developed and will serve the true purpose of medical science and services. Morality is needed to improve properly I guess. Thank you.

Money oriented hospital.. The worst service when it goes to the time billing of discharge. I am a humble request to the management team to kindly rectify your billing system.. The co-ordination between the doctor and the nurse is also not good. Earlier this hospital was my most favorite hospital. Now day by day his service is getting worse.

No proper diagnosis and treatment given after patient spend 25 days in hospital. If you could not diagnose and treat a patient, it is your moral duty to refer the patient to other doctor. Beware of this hospital for treatment of critical illness. Only good thing about Namecare is the sodexo canteen.

I couldn't even rate it a single star. Poor management has been seen so far. Our patient was not able to walk by his own. There was not a single wheelchair🦽 available for an hour. We kept the patient in the car which was not such a good sign for him as he was recently struck with hypertension. We call the available staff for the concerns but they were busy with their cellphones. Somehow we managed a wheelchair🦽. After that the staff showed some sympathy to us but we refused and didn't allow them to carry the patient. A lot of problems come in my sight. So i must say it is not worth 1 star ⭐.

I had experienced of both old and new blocks of Nemcare Hospital. In New block Nemcare Superspeciality hospital except Neurology dept. and Nursing staff, rest of the depts. are not good at all especially Cardiology.Never go for treatment under Dr.Monowar Hussain from Cardiology dept. In Old block Nemcare Hospital, some of the doctors are very good but except 1-2 nurses, the nursing staff is useless and washroom for attendent in 1st floor is unhygenic !!! Also there is lack of vehicle parking. Anyone who want to admit his/her near and dear ones to this hospital for treatment may please look into my feedback form attached and read this review then only you decide.

NEMcare= Nothing_Except_Money care One of the ripper Hospital in Northeast India.Worst Experience. Neurology Doctor know nothing just will give you one another test day by day and will rip Money from you. And not only that other depertments too. I AM GIVING HONEST Review You will regret after admitting patients here. They will give you many test without any treatment and the amount is huge which is unbelievable. Test by test cost you lakh without any treatment just test. Dont ever think of admitting a patient in this Hospital if you don't have huge amount of money. And besides Helper response as they are the owner of the Hospital We waited 1.30 hours for a wheel chair atlast we have to make walk the patient no use of worker. Pathethic Hospital. This type of Hospital reminds me of Gabbar Movie Scene. Worst Experience with billing section.

Recenty i hv admitted in this Nemcare hospital for a surgery of my left arm...Vry worst experience i would ever had in this dramebaz hospital, they r good actors bt nt good doctors, doctors use to maintain distance from patient, no regular visit after surgery, even they dnt give u the information of the cost of surgery before ur admission, after admission they charge a huge amount of fees compared to other best surgeon in guwahati but u dnt find their names in google seach list as good doctors, they r failure in every department of health services, they r nothing bt only money ripper, security personels r only keep eye on patients bt nt upon criminals or theives, u hv to treat there like a prisoner instead of a patient...now i m regretting for my visit to this nesty hospital, beside my treatmnt cost they took neary Rs 4000 as 2/3 covid testing charge, i hv to pay double in this hospital compared to other best othopedic hospital in ghy..i dont recomand anyone to go to this robbers hospital for any kind of treatment..i dnt want that other innocent people also get cheated like me, i wished if i could give zero or minus star instead of my one star.

The admission and discharge procedure is not that great ! The admission desk is not friendly and they do not even take the initiative to talk about basic things like medical insurance. Also despite clearing the entire bill pre hand , they made me and my family wait unnecessarily for quite long . Talking about the nurses and the doctors, they are doing some exceptionally excellent work but however the nurses at times gets rude. But to be honest , I would like to give full 5 stars to both the Sodexo canteen advisors - Mr. Aditya Goswami and Mr. Dhaneshwar Sharma for taking extreme care of my fooding during my stay there. They are very hygienic and maintain great taste in food . Also they constantly called me up asking about my likes and dislikes and health conditions each day and then served the food accordingly. I want to thank them personally and wish them great success ahead . Overall, the experience was ok !

Horrible service. Complete waste of money. They are not bothered about treating the patients, just want to make money. Rooms are very very expensive without any good facility. Lack of hygiene. Communication gap, doctors & nurses are unwilling to explain the things clearly. However, I got a chance to interact with 2 assistant doctors. Overall, I had a worse experience.

Worst experience ever. Even GMCH is better than this hospital. Things are so so overlypriced. They don't even provide the cannula/injection from the hospital everything we have to buy from ourselves. The staff members especially the ward boys/girls , nurses are so unprofessional. The chief incharge doesnot do anything she was just roaming from here and there, doing chit -chating, watching videos on YouTube etc. The doctor advised me to take some salines and stuff like that. I went their in the emergency department. First they were taking so much time, in the middle when I told them that I wanted to go to washroom they were taking so much time to remove the cannula, the incharge was just sitting idle still she didnot bother to look once and when I came back I was waiting for them to insert the cannula again. I was waiting for more than 10minutes the chief incharge was again infront of me relaxing not even bothered to look at the matter, other ward boys were also ignoring. Work culture is so pathetic literally I don't want to explain more. What I experienced I have just shared a little bit. Please the owner or the HR's whoever is in the top heirarcy who used to recruit this types of people please first give them proper training and teach them how to work professionally. We as a patient's think and come up that this hospital will provide us with better services but you failed to meet my expectations. Please do look into the matter. I wanted to record a video for prove but was unable because I can't shoot with one hand by laying. From outside everything looks good but the insights are very poor/ pathetic. Even doctors come so late they are not punctual at all. Really every disgusting😑😑😑😑

Went to OPD when I was very sick. They refused to give appointment and told that it would be a walk in. Had to wait 3 hours to finally get my turn. My humble opinion: Don't visit it if you are really sick. For minor stuff and if you have time you can ..

Most doctors are experienced and treatment is good. But the behaviour of young nurses ain't that good. They should learn hospitality. And discharge procedure is very bad. Even after the payment, they take lots of time for those paper works.

Not so good not bad. My doctors were very good. They understood my conditions and treated me accordingly. But this time i didn't get satisfaction from nursing and cleaning department. Whenever we call nurse we have to wait. Cleaning was not good. No doubt they come in the morning and evening but dont do their job nicely. They clean bathroom properly. Rest are good.

This review is for some of the supporting staffs at New Nemcare. Their rude and preferential behaviour is something, the Hospital administration should look into if it wishes to improve patient care and convenience like that of its contemporary medical While the doctors behave such amicably, working stuff and their crass behaviour leaves a bitter aftertaste. I would mention a support staff SURJA SHANKAR SAIKIA who was sitting in the emergency counter in 21/7/23. In presence of a long queue, he still was favouring his own wards and acquaintances on the cash counter despite complaints from several attendants who due to his rude behaviour like myself had to leave the queue an resort for Apollo hospital. Another similar incident was from the staff posted in maintaining quese of certain doctors. Such distasteful behaviour from stuff of a pvt nursing facilities where attendants are paying handsome sum and time is utterly despicable. The authority needs to address such issues.

My doctor (Dr Chapala Patowary) was so good, humble and kind hearted. One of the best gynecologists I've ever met. Since I was pregnant and was delivering my first baby, I got all the care I actually needed. Also the management, nurses, room keeper were friendly and helpful. My husband booked a well furnished and tidy super deluxe cabin which I found very satisfying and comfortable. But I didn't like the food provided. Refreshments and food section should be taken care of. Thank you

Before yesterday I went to donate a unit of blood against a patient...that was my 47th blood donation...I have never seen any irresponsible sister like the sister of nem care blood bank...a donor can donate maximum 450 ml of blood but she took more than 600 ml of blood from me..i didn't make any toxic situation on that time because there were so many donors at that time..she was busy on her phone....u people can check on CCTV if there is cc cam. ..A SMALL Request to the nemcare management team to look after this....and don't appoint any irresponsible sister in hospital like her...such a fool sister...

Won't recommend. No sincerity, no knowledge about basic politeness. The management and some of the doctors need to know that their arrogance and irresponsible behaviour/lateness will one day bring the worst experience on them. I regret bringing my grandmother here and made her suffer for more then 1 week and the cardiologist was out of station but the staff never told us about this and kept us in the dark! Hope you all suffer the pain before your death.

I am sharing my personal experience here. Both me and my husband were tested positive and admitted in Nemcare New building. First and foremost the canteen food is horrible. I lost weight because I always had to throw away the food. It was so tasteless . Soup was salty water. Tea was lukewarm water. So I would never recommend this hospital. Also the prices are so high for everything . Our bill was 3lacs plus for 7 days. They should change their canteen chef immediately. I would give 0 stars but that was not possible so one star.

Really disappointed. Endoscopy room doesn't have a separate toilet. Need to use a common toilet which is in between icu and other cabins use by all the attendants. For changing also have to use that toilet only. So if u are here please bring some extra long clothes so that you can hide urself and change properly. Condition of the bathroom is pathetic. Can't changr there.. no ac in the waiting room.

Nemcare Super Speciality Hospital Guwahati is one of the best hospital in Guwahati. Treatment offered by the experienced Doctors are remarkable. All the nurse stationed in 6A side and 6B side are very polite, disciplined and friendly. The resident Doctors are also good and cooperative. The canteen is run by SODEXO. The food quality is good but there is scope for improvement. All the staffs of the canteen are also very polite, friendly and disciplined. The service offered by Ajit Nandy, Anjan Deka, Dhaneswar Sarma, Smt Pobita Tumung, Smt Simpy are worth mentioning. I thank the whole team whoever works in this unit for their kind hospitality and polite behaviour. Overall I would say that the all the facilities of this hospital is good.

Likely good hospital but communication of doctors are worst patient admitted in ICU cant seek attention from attendant cant get the exact situation of the patient worst experience... Charges are too high as compared to other hospitals. RTPCR for covid test charges Rs 1200 whereas other hospital charges Rs 250 only... Money sucking hospital..

Dear Hospital Management, Pl do not loot public. You can not force people coming for OPD to do compulsory COVID test. Especially when they have taken both the Covid vaccination. Pl stop this harrasment.

Visited Nemcare Hospital for the second dose for my wife, and we are satisfied with their arrangements. Right from parking of the vehicle, which is a thing to worry, to completion of the formalities before the vaccination was quite smooth. There was someone to attend to our queries. Cordial and well behaved staff particularly the security staff. Only a little arrangement for seating during waiting before the vaccination needs to be improved.

Worst private hospital in Guwahati. Lack of basic facilities. 1. I stayed here for 4 days and the patient lift is not working for these 4 days. Patient had to go through the stairs to the operation theatre. 2. The cabins here do not have the basic requirements. Forget about T.V or other things. It do not have a chair and moreover it do not have a bed table either for the patient to eat meals. 3. Less responsive nurses and staff. You have to go and call every time. Even after calling they don't come. You have to give a reminder. 4. One have to go through RTPCR test to get admitted. The result comes after 4-5 hours after sample collection and only after a negative result a patient can get admitted but there is no facility for a patient to take rest or stay for this 4-5 hours without getting infected because staying with the usual hospital crowd in vulnerable. Plus point - Doctors are good and well behaved. Treatment process was good. Satisfied with the treatment process. These should be the basic amenities a hospital should provide to its patients because everyone is paying for it.

Pathetic experience with a horrible radiologist. (G K Kalita). i am giving 2 stars. one for nurse stuff and other for clean room. everything was very good but we faced one horrible person that was one radiologist ( G K KALITA) we admitted my wife in emergency ward due to stomach pain on 17th at about 11.30pm. next day she was taken for ultrasound, xray and CT scan. she was in pain and also had vomiting tendency and nausea. doctor told us to go for another ultrasound and she was taken to the ultrasound room again. while waiting for our turn assistant of the radiologist was saying " ako kio pothabo lage. hoiye goise already test. " then while checking her the radiologist start saying " mathat xumai lo eitu tur eku hoa nai. eitu psychological problem. " ( u have no problem in ur stomach its a psychological problem and keep it in ur mind"). after hearing that my wife started crying and we left that room without completing the test. she is still in depression. we wont tolerate this kind of behavior and we want action.

ICU is run by petty nurses and technicians who know nothing. Its called intensive care unit for a reason. They will not have things ready during critical situations. Not to forget the super attitude guards/security who will not let attendants and family to visit for a minute longer as if we are there to have party. And bill department will call you everyday asking for money even though you've been clearing each bill.

Very professional and maybe one of the best in Guwahati. My sister was admitted for her C-section delivery. And I must confess: "Their services exceeded my expectations". Almost all the staff, we came across were well behaved and professional (reflects good management/training). Very Prompt Response on any issues from all the Doctors and Nursing staff(never had to tell them twice). The doctor and the nursing station frequently checked (every 2 hrs sometimes even less) on the mother's and child's health with utmost care (giving us the peace of mind). Lastly, we would like to thank Dr Madhumita Das and the nursing station 6B (especially sister Eva) for their excellent services.

I am typing this as I sit in the hospital. To say that the staff here are highly unprofessional is an understatement. The pharmacy people made us wait for a long time . The doctor prescribed 14 tablets of a medicine to be taken one tablet per day for 14 days and the person working in the pharmacy gave us 10 (ten) tablets and told us it’s the same . πŸ˜… ok maybe he is more qualified than the doctor who completed her post graduation in medicine . He did not want to give us 14 tablets because he did not want to β€œcut the strip and make it incomplete” ok cool .wow . Anyway I’m still waiting in queue and the cashier is clicking away on his keyboard god knows doing what . After a few more minutes , I asked him whether he was gonna give me the meds and he said he can leave if u want . I felt humiliated and disappointed. Cos it’s a healthcare centre and you are going to deal with sick people and relatives of sick people only . People who are in pain , desperate and frustrated, helpless and lost . If Nemcare continues with these kind of staff , I’m not a fortune teller, but the hospital will get a bad rep and ultimately will be left behind cos hospital management is a real thing and people actually go to institutes to learn how to behave towards sick people. Well thanks to the lovely doctor who is taking care of my mom we keep going back but once she leaves the hospital I’m not going there again . πŸ™πŸ»

I was admitted to Name care Hospital on 7th December’21 for a Hernia operation. I had a wonderful experience with this Hospital. This hospital is nearest to my home, Ulubari. My operation was successfully carried out on 8th Dec’21. All the staff and doctors took good care of me during and after the surgery. Dr. Dilip Kr. Deka was terrific, knowledgeable, and sensitive and a wonderful surgeon. I recommend patients consult him for surgeries without hesitation. The staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. The nurses were very good and hardworking. They do anything and everything to help me and I got the best care. The place is neat and clean and the housekeeping was very good. I am so glad I chose Name care Hospital and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Hi My mom was admitted in your hospital on 7th july and discharged on 13 th July in general 5 D ( Jaymati Das). During the treatment I found all the staffs very carring. The Housekeeping staffs were also good. The hospital was very clean. The nurse were quite good. Spacially the lady who did our discharge procedure(forgot the name). She was very sincere in her job with a kind and polite behaviour. Loved the service.

Great service. A note from my wife- I got admitted for a surgery but with a 10 month old baby, I was prepared for the hospital stay to be a nightmare. But what a surprise!!! A very smooth and pleasant hospital stay for a change. We must mention the efficient hospital staff who ensured the family along with the patient was tension free. Each one was very polite and did their duty with a smile. It was very refreshing. A special thanks to Mr. Writu Mahanta who went way beyond his role to make us comfortable during our stay. From adjusting AC temperature to post surgery care, he made sure we never felt lost.Thank you Nemcare for giving us a homely environment and accomodating our baby's needs no matter how small.

I would have given five stars because everything is perfect in this hospital except the lift/elevator security guard who is horribly rude. We are aware of the rules and its his duty but it would have been nice if he would have been a little gentle towards us. Its a request to kindly look upon this matter. Rest is excellent!

The two stars are for the doctors and their treatment. Management is worst in here. I had booked a cabin the previous day, but after paying the initial amount I was told only a semi cabin was available. I reluctantly took the latter. My patient was operated upon the next day and then transferred to a dirty bed and the room was not even cleaned once till then. When I pointed it out to the incharge, they had no answers. The nurses had the audacity to tell me if I wanted a room with facilities, I needed to book a cabin! Ultimately when we resorted to not pay the bills if the patient was not shifted to a clean bed, they adjusted the cover of the bed and cleaned the room.

I visited nemcare today. When i went inside ultrasound room, I witnessed the bed was dirty. Nurse expected me to lay down on the same bed without cleaning. Please have a check if management is reading the msg. Lift flap of the bed you will be able to see used tissues, blood stains. When i complained the nurse about the bedsheet which she used to cover me that was also dirty then she bothered herself to change the sheet. Such a big hospital but no cleaniness.

The most irresponsible hospital. My father was admitted under dr. Amritanshu gastrology and he never visited not even once. Not even during emergency. They only know how to make money but without proper care.

This hospital is there to extract ur money so plz don't visit and play with ur serious patient. Deliberately torture patient and their relatives Teach some manner to the lady wearing maroon selewar kamiz on 5th floor B nursing station. Md, kindly hire the required staffs to server the patient, or higher ing required staffs will reduce ur profit.

I wanted to express my deepest gratitude for the outstanding care provided to my mother during her recent surgery at Nemcare Hospital. Dr. Siddhartha Hazarika's expertise and compassionate approach made a significant difference in her treatment, and we are truly thankful for his dedication. I would also like to extend a special thank to Tazdir Dada(of 4th floor) for navigating the complexities of health insurance claims and invaluable assistance in managing the process. His support and efficiency made a challenging aspect of healthcare much more manageable during a stressful time.Thank you so so much Tazdir dada. And the exceptional teamwork and professionalism displayed by Dr. Siddhartha Hazarika and the entire Nemcare Hospital staff have left a lasting positive impression on our family. We appreciate the high standard of care and the kindness shown throughout the entire process. And lastly I would like to tell that the food provided to patient is no so good as compared to other hospitals in terms of taste, so my suggestion is that please try to improve it....and another cons is no room service for the attendant...again the pharmacy is too small in the old campus , which is an another cons.. Thank you

My mom took her sister to the emergency ward of the hospital .. they had to wait for almost two hours for a duty doctor..I don’t know what hospital makes patients wait in the emergency..Being a renowned hospital that’s a pretty substandard thing to do..what would they do in case of accidents god only knows!! Please take action against whoever is responsible because u don’t make patients wait in the emergency no matter what!!!
